The hotel is generally nice, the breakfast was very good, just like a five star hotel should be. It just needs a little renovation.

The rooms are big enough but unfortunately very old. To be honest, some of the furniture such as the toilet and wardrobe looked a bit outdated for a hotel claiming 5 star quality. Anyone who usually visits a 5-star hotel may be a little disappointed here. Otherwise the staff was very nice and helpful. They have extra services but, for example, I forgot my coat in the closet and called later. I got help quickly and within a few hours I received a text message saying my jacket had been shipped to the address I provided. Thank you very much for this, but the mail cost more than 200 TL, although it should normally cost 40/50 TL, and the postman told me that this was not normal! Then I got angry and called. They told me that they don't normally have such services and that they do this as an extra😕 Oh, before I forget: There are 2 more things I don't like: 1. There is probably live music in the lobby and it is too loud for me personally. Since my room was on the first floor, I could even hear music in the room just before 1am! It would be great if this could be changed. 2. The main entrance was filled with large stones and was partially blocked because it was understood that it was going to be renovated. Even if it is a construction area, I think the road should remain at least partially safe and unobstructed for hotel guests. Unfortunately, it's a place I definitely don't plan on going back to.

Nice spacious rooms.
The air conditioning wasn't quite up to American standards but it was adequate.
Breakfast was fantastic! The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Think of a hotel where even the guests have to pay to enter the outdoor pool… I decided to take a 2-day vacation but thanks to them I couldn’t leave the room…

Hotel and staff: The interior of rooms look quite old, and the AC doesn't get very cold. The shower and fridge in the first room were broken, got moved to another room where that shower and fridge were also broken. The manager told me that I had to call before arriving at the hotel in a rude manner, when it wasn't stated on the app and nor did they contact me before hand to inform me. We also left some photos and I contacted them on Instagram last week and they read the message and did not bother to respond. The pool also requires a fee which was a bit inconvenient but not a big problem. The spa was amazing and a new experience. Breakfast also had a bit of variety, especially when it came to cheese.

Location: Honestly, we thought we would regret the location, but when you use maps and use the bus and metro services it is easy to get to touristy places and the prices in the area are really reasonable compared to the tourist areas.

If it wasn't for the managers attitude when I checked in and the lack of reply of the photo. I would have recommended this hotel to others

I loved staying there the reception staff was super nice to me they recommend alot of places for me to visit and the hotel relation was super nice also she helped me alot since I was staying alone in the hotel so overall it was a really pleasant stay I would
