The Green Park Bostanci

This hotel, and more specifically the reception staff, left a very unpleasant impression. My friend and I stayed for one night because of the location - close to the metro. The room was spacious and clean. This is where the pluses of the hotel for us ended. In the morning, my friend was in a hurry to work and I forgot to give him a souvenir (a box of chocolates). We agreed that I would leave it at the front desk and he would come by after work and collect it. When I did the check out, I explained the situation and asked the guy at reception to give the gift to my friend. He assured me that everything would be ok. However, in the evening my friend called me and said that he had arrived at the hotel, but nobody was going to give him the gift because it was not there / they couldn't find it / or something else. At the same time, the guy from the new shift showed his whole appearance of being busy with other hotel guests and disregarding the situation with the lost / eaten / stolen gift. My friend does not have a lot of free time to run after the staff, call them and find out where the thing that was supposed to be given to him is. Dear hotel management, such a rude attitude to guests is absolutely unacceptable for any normal hotel, and even more so for a 5 star hotel. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone, or watch your personal things carefully, cause, for example, they can be eaten or misappropriated.

Worst hotel experience I ever had.
Came to the hotel and found very big bed bugs in our first room (room 1419).
We chose the hotel because of the facilities listed, but in the "winter time" (April 27th) the room A/C are not operational.
So we slept with open window and still 25 degrees inside, and did not get much sleep for 3 nights. The hotel was not even able to provide a simple ventilation fan.

Also the pool area and outside area are prohibited to use. This effectively means that there is NO outside area to sit (even though the chairs are out with mattresses on them).

"Green Park..." more like "Car Park Bostanci", as there is nothing green in the area, but the hotel is surrounded by approx. 240 noisy car repair workshops.

One good thing is, that the gym is decent.

We received no compensation for the missing/bad facilities.

There are not enough towels in the double room, the door to the room does not close without a lock, despite the fact that the cards are intended for this. The cabinet door is unscrewed and is simply missing. Dirty glasses in the shower that are meant for dental bills. the hotel staff is disrespectful to their customers. cannot find the doors from the cabinet for 3 days the master came to repair the doors but the door cannot find. For two days I say to bring a new glass 4 times a day until now nobody has brought anything yet. I asked at the reception to call the senior manager, I was rude and refused to call the manager. cuisine disgusting brought raw steak with chicken on request to cook good meat pretended not to understand me.

This hotel is very bad, I regret booking this hotel for 5 days, I lost my airpods but they don't want to be responsible, the manager is also unfriendly and arrogant, this is a 5 star hotel but the service is like a 2 hotel🖕If they still don't want to be responsible for losing my airpods, I will publish it to all social media and tiktok

This hotel is worst hotel yiu can ever stay. The staffs are very rude. They are not friendly and ask for tips. The hotek is not cpean and have a strong smeel in the bathroom. I totally regret my stay because i had to search another hotel that night to go to.
