Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa Zanzibar - All Inclusive

We have been visting Neptune Hotel in Zanzibar. Great memories and feeling. Especially Mr Alen at the bar jummy drinks nice smile man.

We are so happy to be at this hotel and so grateful about services here and especially Allen with his natural smile and kindness, good cocktail maker, but also the food was great and the room so confortable and kept clean all days. Thank you so much

Food, resort and room and swimming pools re really perfect.

I had a good birthday party there the only thing I didn’t like is people smoking in common areas some guests are not smokers the resort needs to find a designated area for smoking

Brilliant hotel, amazing staff, all are very friendly and couldn't help you enough. The location is absolutely stunning, the beach/sea are beautiful. The pool is lovely and a nice swim up bar. Brilliant Al acarte restaurants (especially the thai). Animation team are all very friendly and engaging.
However, this doesn't get 5 stars due to:
The service at the bars is very slow, sometimes taking 15 minutes or more to get a drink, they need more bar staff making the cocktails.
The buffet is nice, but doesn't have as much selection as some others I have been to.
The beach is stunning, but my wife and I only visited it once because of the high volume of "beach boys" they try and sell you various items and keep pressing you. Then once you have got rid of one, another tries their luck. They hard sell you on various boat trips. And one couple got walked out to the coral, when there the beach boy demanded $90 for walking them through the shallow sea... horrible scams and it's a shame they ruined the beach. I understand the hotel can't do much as its public land, but this really ruined the beautiful setting.

We did not book this but were transferred here due to some issue, however, we weren't disappointed.

The location was on the beach, food variety was great, nice swimming pool, a few games (pool, foosball, air hockey, darts, and more), books.

The best feature was service, especially around the kitchen, Chef Rana was amazing and accommodating as well as the service staff (shout-out to Omar) made the experience great.

Their acrobatic shows were a pleasant surprise as well as activities (yoga, stretching, water aerobics etc.)

Overall great experience, kudos to the team and management.

Great hotel, very nice and helpful stuff, spacy rooms, exotic scenery, tasty food, sandy beach, very warm ocean, in February almost without any mosquitoes. The little disadvantages are pretty insistent "beach boys" but if you ignoring them, they will leave you, and they are not entering the hotel beach territory, and there aren't so much attractions in the area, the Village of Pwani Mchangani isn't so good for nightwalks.

Very nice bungalows. Staff is friendly. Beach could be a bit better: the locals do their algae farming there and the water gets dirty.

The holiday at this resort was absolutely amazing. I honestly didn't have very high expectations, but everything pleasantly surprised us.

The resort itself was absolutely breathtaking, gorgeous. The food was great, always enough choice, we liked everything.

But what I would like to highlight is the staff. They were just amazing. Extremely nice. Probably the nicest of all our holidays around the world.

I would like to thank Hussein and also Jabir. Professional, very nice staff who do their job 100% and give their all. I wish I also had such great employees in my company like these two guys. If a manager is reading this, be really proud of these guys. But not just them, the whole staff. You all do your jobs well.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I have a feeling that one day when we return to Zanzibar, it will be to this resort again.
