4/5 – Great Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups!

We spent Memorial Weekend at Hotel Indigo – Vinings and overall had a great time! Our experience started a bit rocky—we had reserved a king room with a balcony, but when we arrived and carried all our bags to the room, we realized it wasn’t the balcony room we booked. Thankfully, the front desk staff was very accommodating and quickly corrected the issue, moving us to the right room.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, but we were disappointed to find there was no mini fridge or microwave. That was a big inconvenience, especially for a multi-night stay. On top of that, the only ice machine (located on the 4th floor) was out of order during our entire 3-night visit. We also experienced a water outage due to a leak, which lasted several hours one evening (around 5PM to 10PM).

Despite those issues, the good definitely outweighed the bad. The hotel felt safe, was pet-friendly, and had a nice atmosphere. Breakfast and drinks were delicious, and the staff was friendly—especially Ariel in the hotel restaurant. She was so warm, welcoming, and truly stood out with her hospitality!

We’d definitely consider staying here again!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Indigo recently in vinings and I have to say, one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had! The Public House restaurant located inside the hotel was FANTASTIC! We even got to speak directly to Chef KP who was so friendly and kind! And her food was to die for! We will be back so soon to the Public House and to stay in the clean, cozy room!

I recently stayed at Indigo during a particularly challenging time in my life, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I received. The staff treated me and my family with the utmost respect and kindness. Big thank you to Marlo Thompson!!!! Always made me feel welcome and made me laugh when I was having bad day . Their support truly made a difference during a difficult period. I am forever grateful for their outstanding service and compassionate care. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a warm and welcoming environment!

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel, Markonat the front desk was super friendly, the GM Mrs Jackson male sure guest are treated like family. Looking forward to visiting again soon! Indigo Vinings will be our hotel of choice anytime we visit Atlanta!

Our stay was okay after the long wait to check in, and a unfortunate mix up of a room assignment which was already occupied when we entered.

Wonderful staff! Pretty hotel!
The hotel was great for a staycation. The amenities are nice and the hotel is comfy and clean! The staff is so super friendly and helpful! Deja helped me in get checked in. She is definitely a person you want as the face of your business. She was so warm with a big smile and very welcoming! Also, I grabbed breakfast before I headed out. Malik my server was a gem! The staff here definitely made the experience that much better!

Housekeeping did a great job. The location is in an amazing part of Atlanta near cute shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
