The room is not big, it's quite small! The overall environment of the hotel is OK, but I originally booked two 1.5-meter twin rooms for three people, I don't know why they changed it to a 2-meter double bed room, and then added a movable single bed for me, the room space became very crowded (three people sleeping)! It was already early in the morning, I don't understand this! It seriously affected our mood and the children's mood, resulting in not being able to rest well!

The rooms here are very comfortable and the beds are very cozy. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at Cecilia’s restaurant. Our server for dinner, Herold, and the rest of the staff were great. For breakfast, Wanda put coffee in our cups and smiles on our faces, she truly got our day off to a great start. We really appreciated the good food and great service. I realize it’s not easy to work in a restaurant so thanks to all of you for all that you do!

Not only did Wanda provide excellent service to me today, I observed her assist one of her customers, whose hands were full with luggage and having to rush to his transportation, by speedily getting a to-go box and bringing it to the bus that was about to pull off. That is what I consider "going the extra mile."
Wanda is a great asset to your organization. I certainly hope you recognize her contributions to you as well as show appreciation to her as well as all your wait staff.

A hotel is a hotel. As much as one may try to be perfect, there are times when oversight happens. It just happens that I was in a room with minor oversight in cleaning.
I don't like that the prices are a secret on their in-room dining. I do not mind paying the inflated costs, but do not hide the costs. That's unfair. I shouldn't find out my charge at the time you bring me a receipt to sign.
Other than the hidden surprise with room service, I was pleased with the cafe service, breakfast, and lunch. The front desk was a bit slow. I felt that they did not prepare well for the influx of guests that they knew were coming as the event was scheduled with advanced notice.

I stayed overnight due to missing my flight because of a mechanical fault.
The room was clean and spacious but I had to report that the bedside lights didn't work. Also the outside air conditioning was very noisy at night. Very nice shower.
Service from the staff was excellent.
The hotel was a short drive from the airport c/o the shuttle service.

Hotel is well kept. The staff is very inviting and makes sure to become appropriately familiar with guests.
The rooms and linens are perfect with the exception of a few amenities. There’s no microwave and the mini coffee maker is the best you can do for hot water without going back down to the lobby.
There is a very nice swim out pool.
Overall, would stay again if in town for business. May not be good pricing for a budget family trip.

The hotel environment is a bit old. I was halfway through washing my hair when the hot water burned me so much that I flew off. There was no cold water. I don’t know if it’s because the hotel is too old. Anyway, it was embarrassing not being able to continue taking a shower halfway through.
