Sonesta Airport South Hotel

Perhaps my opinion may be a bit different, but it is worth reading.
I both wish and feel compelled to express gratitude for an incredibly beautiful, extraordinary, and compassionate act, and to remind everyone how many kind-hearted people exist in this world.

My mother, who is 79 years old, **missed her connecting flight at Atlanta Airport** and had to stay overnight in Atlanta. We were very fortunate that your hotel was chosen, as it offered exceptional cleanliness and top-tier customer service. My mother was surrounded by kind-hearted individuals and a welcoming environment.

Through this message, I extend my deepest thanks to the entire team and every single person at this hotel who showed kindness and went above and beyond our expectations in caring for my mother. These wonderful people transformed a hotel into a home, where my mother felt the comfort, peace, and warmth of her own household.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Absolutely first class folks at this location mean that minor things like paint get overlooked in favor of exemplary service. From our phenomenal, shuttle driver, Quintin, whose heart is as big as his smile, two the desk staff, and all the employees we ran into, I have nothing but the best things to say about their folks.

I liked the look of the rooms and the size. Had nice view from our large window. Very nice layout with coffee maker and shower strategically located. Downsides, no everyday room cleaning, walls not very thick so interior room sounds not blocked, broken floor ice machine so had to go to other floors to get ice, leaky faucet. On scale of 1 to 10, a 7.

The environment is comfortable and the surroundings are convenient, making it suitable for business trips and personal travel.

Great for the price. Hotel had some renovations that I'm sure will make it look like a 5 star when they are completed. The room didn't have a microwave in the kitchenette so heating up food after a night out drinking and dancing wasn't possible but the mini fridge was big and the beds were clean and soft. Our check in was smooth although the day clerk was a bit short, the night clerks were much nicer and helpful with local tips. Overall, have booked another stay for my next business trip!

The room was clean, but the facilities were a bit old and the door lock was a bit loose. The location is very close to the airport and very convenient. There is a restaurant next to the hotel for hamburgers, etc. It is also convenient. It takes less than 15 minutes to take a taxi to Walmart, and the transportation is convenient
