Very well maintained beautiful quiet hotel. Great location close to many options for restaurants and shopping. Staff is friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping is top notch! Only downside was the bed was not very comfortable and did not like the feather pillows- but that is a personal preference.

We had such a fantastic experience, the service from the staff was amazing and we rarely saw anyone. It is right next to some incredible restaurants to eat at and also close to shopping. and it feels like it is just a short drive away from everything you need! The room was beautiful, clean and super modern. The lobby smells so nice. This will definitely be our first choice for a place to stay in Charlotte.

The short story is this is a nice hotel with a few shortcomings. The longer version is the rooms are very modern and well laid out...finally a hotel room frig that is actually cold, and a 12 foot bench to put all my stuff. I enjoyed the easily accessed ice/water machine in the hallway. The location is great, the parking (although free) is not. With one exception the staff was apathetic and don't expect any offers of assistance, self service all the way. I very much appreciated the gracious email from management, as more often than not the response is canned and insincere.

Breakfast was really good. Bacon was crispy and perfect, the croissants were amazing.
They charge for coffee (not sure if there was a complimentary station somewhere and I missed it, not sure.)

Room service didn’t come at all so I thought that was different.

Great hotel but will not return. Stayed for a getaway and left my phone charger in the hotel room. I live four hours away and when I returned home , called the hotel and spoke with the front desk. I explained that I left my phone charger plugged in on the bedside table, the room number and time I checked out of the room. I called the same day I checked out and told them I would pay to have it shipped back to me. I was told no one found the charger and housekeeping would call me the next day. I have not received a phone call. I am disappointed with the hotel and do not recommend. Definitely not good customer service and the way this has been handled.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights visiting our son and his family. What a beautiful and welcoming hotel! It seems to be new and from the friendly welcome at the front desk to workers in the restaurant, the housecleaners, and others in the elevator, everyone was so friendly and polite. Our room was spotless and quiet, the mattress was firm, and we had an in-room refrigerator and safe. The rooftop was quite nice, although it would have been even better if open during the day, with a nice view of the city skyline. Breakfast was fantastic with cooked-to-order eggs and a nice buffet of fresh fruit, scones, bacon, yogurt, croissants, oatmeal, and so much more. We'll be back!

Booked 2 double beds for 3 people. Everything was clean and tidy. However, they should give us towels equal to the number of people in the reservation. Bring your own toothbrush and all personal items. They only provide a small bar of soap for body and face and 3 bottles of conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. Check in time: 4:00 PM Check out time: 12:00 PM. Free parking!
