Terrific staff! Nice rooftop bar and lobby. Pretty good breakfast buffet and good location. My only issue was that our room was on the same side as North Avenue and staying on a weekend night had a fair amount of street noise (loud stereos & motorcycles) that we could hear from our fourth floor room. They DID provide two complimentary sets of ear plugs :) I would definitely stay again, and perhaps request a room on the other side of the building or a lot higher up.

The valet and front desk staff were amazing! This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at and the breakfast has a great variety. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chicago!

Had a great stay here about a week ago. The rooftop restaurant and bar were really nice and I thought it was pretty awesome that you can order anything you want and just take it to your room. Super convenient and relaxing stay

The hotel is ok. Typical Hyatt Place in a nice area. Got charged twice for 1 night valet parking, 90$ total. When inquiring about the second charge at checkout, the agent responded, without explanation, that the charge would go away. It didn't go away. After sending numerous emails to customer service, all I got back is a copy of the wrong bill. It's been 2 weeks after my stay. I am a loyal Hyatt member, and normally have no complaints. This experience is unfortunate.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and amazing. Our family was suffering through a tragic event and all of the staff were phenomenal to us, especially Nicole, the rooftop bartender. We could not have been more happy with our stay…they made a difficult time, just a bit more bearable with their kindness.
