Getting to where we needed to be was easy. Valet parking convenient yet pricy, however worth it.

Stayed here for a show we were going to at the salt shed (about a 15 minute walk from this hotel) and it was honestly a pleasant surprise how wonderful it was. I booked it for convenience, but it might just be my top choice for when I come here. Lovely rooftop bar and a wonderful view of the city skyline, amazing at sunset and at night. The room was huge, was quiet, the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool and came with a mini fridge to use. Loved the bathroom and there was also mini kitchen on the lobby floor that we could use to warm up food at night. Overall, pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chicago.

Not a lot of parking basically forced to valet. Roof/outdoor area was closed, making it feel confining in the hotel

Your parking fee was HIGH!!! $55 per nt?!??? our room was sooooo NOISY!!!!! The staff was great!! Loved all the parking attendants and the desk staff and maids were all so nice! Beautiful, spacious room ... just tooooo LOUD!!!!

Great place to stay in Chicago
This hotel is the best hotel I've stayed in, in Chicago! The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop has great food and drinks. I will stay here again!

We came in for a show at the Salt shed. It was close by and we enjoyed this hotel very much. Breakfast was good, nice staff nice rooms.

Very uncooperative staff that couldn’t help me switch my booking after an error on their own end. Terrible experience and money down the drain.

Had a wonderful experience! The staff was so courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! My only complaint is the parking fee. For the amount of money spent on the room, parking should absolutely be included. Having an additional $55 per night charge is quite expensive in my opinion.

The hotel was nice. Staff was nice. The rooftop bar/restaurant was nice. The only issue was cars doing burnouts in the middle of the street right outside our window at 2:30 in the morning for extended periods of time. This obviously isn’t the hotels fault, but it definitely disturbed us.

To much noise from street. Otherwise all was acceptable. Excellent service from parking attendant.
