I proposed to my fiance yesterday at the reunion tower and we stayed in one of these beautiful rooms and had the best day of our lives. The Centennial had a breakfast bar in the morning and everything was delicious! And Robert Larios the guest services manager even emailed me after our stay to make sure we enjoyed everything. Really made our whole experience special. Robert is the best in Dallas! I am just blown away by the service here and the hotel is beautiful. My dad used to take me here as a kid to ride up and down the glass elevators and now I have more beautiful memories of this place. Thanks again!

I don't know what went wrong there. I had already paid, but they charged me again at the hotel counter. It's very strange! This alone makes me unhappy and I would not consider staying in this room again!

What a beautiful hotel!!! Beautiful rooms, large accommodating conference rooms, and super spacious dining area. Super nice bartenders and wait staff. Checking in and check out process was seamless. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to hold a work event. We came here for a work event. The staff were great, facilities and rooms were really nice, and meeting/ ballrooms were good. They also have some other amenities, like quick grab coffee and snacks places, and a few restaurants. It was easy to navigate with parking attached.

I was genuinely impressed with my recent stay at HRD. The suite was spotless, spacious, and incredibly quiet — exactly what I needed. But what truly set the experience apart was Michelle, my concierge. She went above and beyond in every way, turning a quick trip to Dallas into something truly memorable. Her exceptional service and attention to detail made all the difference. You have to appreciate this kinda service since it is so rare these days. Can't wait to visit again.

Me and my wife stayed over the weekend for our Anniversary. It was our 3rd time staying at the hotel, And we always have a great experience. A particular person from the valet department stood out to us the most. I asked the gentleman on how we could leave a review, and He gave me a Google review card. His name is Errol. He was very attentive and welcoming and respectful. Great job Hyatt with your awesome staff. Thank you for another memorable weekend.

The room is big and comfortable. The hotel lobby is also very grand. The downside is that it is on the edge of the city, with a train station and viaduct next to it. If you need to buy something, it is very inconvenient without a car.

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits.
The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.

I went there for one of the most convenient and best hotels in Dallas. But there was no Christmas atmosphere on Christmas Eve. There were very few people staying. It seems that I chose the wrong day.

The hotel is located in Downtown Dallas. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and the parking fee is $30. There were many parties on the weekend when I checked in. There were rooms playing music and making noise at night. The soundproofing was very poor. The front desk handled it promptly after reporting it. The advantage is that it is very close to various attractions, you can go to Citywalk, and there is also a delicious barbecue restaurant.
