Ocean Inn

This place is absolutely filthy. Stained linen, the shower looks like it's never been scrubbed, that there is so much built up soap scum. The shower curtain was dirty and the pillows had stains on them. Everything is rusted in the room, and the AC doesn't cool the room down enough to survive the Florida heat. The room looks unkept for long and I question whether the sheets were even changed. I wish I had read reviews prior to staying. Garbage bags of linen in a top shelf. Dirty light switch. Save your money and pay extra for better quality. My skin is crawling. It won't let me post photos.

There was no one available to check us in on a Friday night at 6pm. We were supposed to stay two nights. We called both phone numbers on the office door but went to voice mail. We never received called back. A resident informed us that the manager/owner goes to Miami every Friday and isn’t around. Poor way to operate a hotel business.

Don't stay here if you want peace of mind, knowing your car won't be towed. They want you to pay for parking, but with no on-sight management, you can't get ahold of anyone to do so. So, you'll spend your night worrying about your car.

The room was dingy, which is a shame, because the whole place had HUGE potential as a niche hotel. With nobody truly running the place, the place is running into the ground.

Lots of rust in the bathroom, stained old blankets on the bed, the drain in the tub is backed up severely.

My dear friend Cindy B went above and beyond fore to enjoy my birthday March 31st with me on the beach she spent a lot of money , and her room #11 was filthy dirty and nasty, blood on the sheets, poop on the towels sand all over the floor , the bathtub was filthy dirty, the toilet moves around, there was so many flaws with the room, although it looks good at first glance, my friend Cindy B really DESURVEs to be reimbursed for the 2 nights stay she booked from March 30th thru April 1st. She's the sweetest person in the world. And I really think if you could send her the money she booked for those two nights that would be wonderful. There was no insight manager and the maintenance man or whoever was completely rude to my friend Cindy B. He had zero information or knowledge he gave her zero answer when she asked questions regarding the amenities that were supposed to be inside the room and were not.. thank you for your generosity.
