Sheraton Waikiki

Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Checking in super easy. Staff always nice and helpful. Security team jumps into action quick if you leave something valuable in a room at checkout, views of Waikiki beach are great if you pay for a room with a view of Diamond Head. Renting cabana and other things at the pools or beach are super expensive. Easy to get into and out of the property if you valet. Rooms, even the biggest/most expensive, are super small and you’ll always be cramped up. Overall great property.

Overall this is a great place to stay in downtown Waikiki. The rooms are smaller and it is most definitely crowded… but the location is the key element with the Sheraton. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is perfect for relaxing and there’s beach access. Customer service was good, not over the top but you’ll will get the answers you need.

Great hotel with spotless rooms and extremely good service. Their housekeeping staff is outstanding. Our entire family enjoyed the 9 days we stayed in Sheraton Waikiki. Kids enjoyed the main pool, water slide, and hot tubs. Adults only Infinity Pool is a nice place to relax and watch the sunset. There are good restaurants in the hotel and there are enough places to eat within walking distance.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort Spa and I must say that it was a 5 Star experience. The location of the hotel is superb, being one of the few true beachfront hotels in the heart of Waikiki 12. The hotel has a lot of resort amenities that cater to all your needs. The staff is very friendly and their service is great. I would like to give a special shout-out to Issac at the front desk for making my check-in experience smooth and for making me feel appreciated as an Elite member. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Honolulu. (Self Parking is just as easy as Valet)

This is the hotel you want to take your family. My kids greatly enjoyed the outdoor waterpark. Ice cream served right there too! We had room service delivered to our room for dinner, rolled in with fancy dinnerware big big platters and rolling tables. We had a diamond head and ocean front beach waves view. Absolutely stunning and the staff is incredibly friendly and warm and welcoming and you feel like you are at home staying at this hotel. 5 stars isn’t enough. Amazing and gorgeous!

The Infinity Pool was incredible!!! the best sunsets daily 🍹

The beachfront rooms have spectacular views. The infinity pool that blends into the ocean horizon was very cool. They also have a regular pool, plenty of lounge chairs, some table games like billards and a spa. My room was clean and the staff a super friendly. Also situated very close to a myriad of shops and local restaurants. Would gladly book again.

Love the amenities, although some info about them would be helpful. A fan in the bathroom is needed. Can't see as mirror dogs, and deathly hot as no air is getting to room. Light on balcony would be nice. We unplugged one of the lamps which I felt was kinda weird to do just to sit out at night to watch and listen to beach. Map of hotel & store listing needed too. So much to do on property.

Great location with a good view. If you are lucky and get one of the Ocean viewing rooms on the top floor you experience of staying in the hotel increases 10 fold.

Lot of in house shopping options, located near a shopping mall and shopping district, ideal for tourists.

Only drawback i see is there is now 24/7 room service so if you crave food late night you need to go out. Which is a bummer for me.

Lastly how can i forget the swimming pool and water sports area that is like the icing of the cake if you stay with your family.
