Planned a very special vacation with my two kids and my brother and his wife. Booked a reservation online and needed to extend it and arrive a day earlier. Called reservations and spoke to Lauren and she was very polite, helpful, and solution based. Due to my specific request being beyond her scope she transferred me to the reservation manager Kelly who greeted me exceptionally well, listened, and not only accommodated my request, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Talk about service, I haven’t even arrived yet. No surprise why Halekulani, who owns Halepuna, has won over 500 awards. Outstanding service Lauren and Kelly! I will definitely share this upon check in and hope to thank you in person. I have no doubt your team will make this trip the best one yet!

Very courteous and professional Staff. Daily housekeeping is excellent. Very clean rooms, lobby and amenities areas. Delicious bakery next door. Comfortable beds and pillows. Love the electric blinds with option between sheer and blackout. Love the modern toilet with remote. :-). Location is perfect. Can walk to restaurants and shops. Next to the Hawaiian Center Mall with food court. Adjacent to the Sheraton Waikiki. Had a very exclusive adult only feel even though it's not adult only. Felt like it was a very relaxing hidden gem but still close to all the action. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for our staycation anniversary trip from Maui and were very impressed. The kamaaina rates were very affordable compared to neighboring hotels.

Our room was so clean it blew me away. Not only that, the staff is so darn sweet. The hotel is so quiet and relaxing. I swam in the pool every day of our week-long stay there because it was so mellow and not like the majority of hotels in Waikiki area where you have to fight for a spot in the pool.

Can’t wait to come back. Many Mahaloz!

We were looking for a refuge of sorts before tying the knot. A quiet, elegant and minimalist hotel that would keep us calm before we got married. This hotel was just that and more. The three high-speed elevators ensured people did not bombard us; in fact, we often felt alone. The hotel is elegant, intimate, minimalist, artistic and extremely clean, making it even more thrilling to be in a heavenly place. I would have stayed here my entire trip and wish I had! The only downside is no breakfast place on-site serving elevated cuisine so that is my one challenge. I love this hotel and hope in future to return. Thank you for giving us a quiet room on a high floor with an ocean view - just simply divine.

Stayed here for a week. This place is terrific. Location is great. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The entire building is clean, quiet and well taken care of. Rooms are well outfitted. The pool/bar is awesome and the staff there go above and beyond. We will without a doubt be staying here again on our next trip back!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect! The room is clean, has all the amenities you would need, and the view was amazing! We would come back to our room to watch the sunset because it was right in front of the hotel. The pool area is nice and has plenty of seating. Their Thursday night movie was really fun! They offer drinks and popcorn too. We did a stand up paddle boarding class with a company that the hotel partners with and it was so cool. We were even able to see some turtles! The location was perfect too. It’s super close to the beach and a short walk to the main strip for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying here for our Hawaii getaway! Room was modern and nice. Breakfast was included, and was a nice sit-down buffet restaurant. Parking was included. Easy to join tours that picked up across the street at the Sheridan. It's tricky to find the beach access paths, but they exist. You have to walk around the Sheridan, though, if the Sheridan has closed off its boardwalk. Patio looked toward the ocean and we could see rainbows! Didn't have time to check out the roof top pool, was too busy having fun!
