Montage doesn't really need any more five star reviews, but I'll write one anyway. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is exceptional. What you're really going for, though, is the location which is simply stunning. My wife and I love this place!

The location is beautiful- the stretch of beach this hotel sits on is stunning. The rooms are okay, but a little surprising for what you're paying. The Montage is unbelievable. Amazing view when you walk in. The rooms are super nice. Most impressive was the level of service. Everyone was incredibly nice and were willing to bend over backwards to accommodate you. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

The best room service of all time. That department hits it out of the park! Really enjoyed my high tea experience. Loved my stay and would definitely return. Felt like my room/bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner and paying to park when you are a guest is annoying because it is not cheap on top of an already expensive room.

Very beautiful coastline. we enjoyed the walk slowly for about 45-60 mins. Very well maintained plants and flowers. Unfortunately most of my pictures were my mom that I can't pose. There were some painters painting. It is one of the places I love the scene.

Nestled in the hills tucked away from all the noise, they’ve carved out this amazing getaway, for those who love golf and those who just want to enjoy nature and relax. If you love golf, the beach and great service this is your place! I recently stayed here as part of a wedding party. It was a superlative experience, can’t say enough about the beauty of this place. The rooms are small to me , but have high ceilings. The private patio outside my room overlooked the pool and felt very private with lush water conscious plantings. Five star location but not five star luxury. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious. The mattresses were not comfortable. Offering more amenities would improve experience, for example onsite hair stylist, picnic lunches to go and hosted activities.

Could not ask for a better location. The King Ocean rooms are gorgeous. A little disappointed that they are charging a $30 +4 dollars in tax amenity fee. There were no special amenities. $40 for parking is pretty steep. Twice our room key stopped working and we had to go back to the front desk and get it re-engineered. But it was quiet and beautiful.

Exterior is beautiful. Unfortunately, the interior doesn't match the outside. I'm not sure what the malfunction was either, but upon check in, they stuck us in an ADA room in the basement. The feel was sorta like a nicely furnished dungeon. Other than that, it was great! Also, there was a Jacuzzi in the room, so cool.

I stayed here in March for a quick spring break getaway and it really was the perfect little hotel for a nice weekend. Holiday Inn is my favorite hotel. We travel a lot and I've never found a hotel with such comfortable pillows and beds. Love this rad retro inn! Fashioned from a 5Os beach motel and renovated thoughtfully, the LBL has a lot of charm! Our king sized bed was most comfortable. The room size was adequate for two. Wonderful Stay! Our room had everything we needed, was clean, and a short walk to a quaint beach. Loved the beach chairs provided with the room, as well as the kitchen set up with pour over coffee, a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. Beyond the expectations. They were kind, attentive and generous. We had a nice stay in our little honeymoon. Everything was clean, tidy. Parking is near the hotel and breakfast was included which was very convenient. Also the brunch on the rooftop with ocean view was memorable.

We had a wonderful experience at Seaside Laguna Inn. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Our room also faced to the ocean view which is really great! At the back of this hotel there is a stairs where you can use to get to the beach. Love this quaint hotel and its location. The ameties for the price could be better. You pay for the balcony and the view so I would expect that the patio furniture be more than cheap plastic. The TV needs to be mounted on the wall so that the coffee and microwave look tidy and clean. Maybe coffee upgrade, i.e., Kurig or Pod type. Everyone who works here is beyond nice and accommodating.

Booked a room for about $150 a night over Thanksgiving. It said ocean view, but I was blown away when I entered the room and realized I had a complete balcony where I could sit outside and look right at the ocean. Clean. Quiet. Nice staff. Amazing prices. my favourite hotel in lagune, used to be holiday inn but now taken over by different hotel chain. The hotel is gorgeous, beautiful pool, that old glamorous feel with a court yard pool and little gazebo. Parking in the back and big supermarket across the street. Really comfortable rooms. Really nice hotel. Great location, this is our second time staying. Everywhere in Laguna Beach is crazy expensive but we have been able to stay here for less then $200 a night. You get what you pay for. I've stayed in multiple rooms at this hotel and all are very different. You buy the nice room, it is beautiful. You buy the cheap room. It is exactly what you'd expect. Still better than a cheap hotel but nothing too luxurious. I love this hotel, it had become our regular stay when in town. Staff is always beyond amazing and that stands above any complaint I could ever have...

Took a day trip to California and last minute decided to stay the night. I was thrilled to find the Art Hotel at Laguna Beach. It was updated and very clean and the robes were the icing on the cake! So happy we found this little gem we will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Everything Perfect!!! Wonderful Place to be. The staff ist very friendly! Very top renovated an clean Rooms! The Beach is up tp 5min away. Wonderful. Little Breakfast included! We would come back every Time!

We loved our stay here. The rooms were nice and clean. My sister and I loved the bathrobes. The beach was in walking distance and the hotel provided buckets and umbrellas. What made this hotel was the amazing staff, they had great suggestions and even helped us find restaurants with amazing gluten free options. All and all we had a wonderful stay and would come back if we are in the area.

Very fine place for the price we paid. The staff was very helpful and there's a private parking for guest. The beach is very close by and the food street is about 30 min. walk (so an Uber is the most simple solution for that in case you don't want to drive)

My favorite place in Southern California! Love love love this location, the view, the beach access and walkable to everything in Laguna. Been coming since 2017 and seen this place improve so much! Piece of Paradise on Earth!

Amazing location, we stayed in the king room with balcony + patio. Close to a lot of great food places, Ralph’s was down the street, friendly staff! Remodeling was not loud at all, one thing was we got charged for amenities the day we left even though we never used them. I think this should only be charged if it’s used, hopefully this is something that can be adjusted in the future. We will be back

We had a perfect last minute getaway here. The staff was super friendly and helpful with minor things that came up, as well as recommendations for around town. Sunset is absolutely stunning from just about anywhere on the property! Love this place! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The room was more like our own apartment with all of our needs exceeded. We spent more time at our place than we ever have before, having a beautiful view of the beach, ocean, and sunsets. We easily walked to many of our destinations and took the trolley to others. Beautiful location, beautiful place, great staff. Highly recommend!

Room was larger than expected, there weren't enough photos of the Oceanview suite when we booked. Good ocean view. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Attended a wedding at Arabella Laguna. We spent the entire day getting ready in one of the cottages. Plenty of room for 8 women to move about and do hair and makeup. The garden is a perfect photo op spot. Highly recommend this as a vacation destination or a venue for a special event.

I absolutely love this cute, quaint little place. The cottage my boyfriend and I stayed in took me back to the era of Hollywood Celebs staying here like Humphrey Bogart and Katherine Hepburn. Went to the restaurant inside. The decor was fabulous, the location is centralized to everything and there is valet parking on the side. The outdoor balcony had a great view of the ocean, perfect for tourism. The menu is limited and the food was just alright.

I was here for a business event on the outdoor patio. The venue and views were beautiful and the catering staff were great. The restaurant and beach club are open while the hotel is being renovated. Great place for a business event or wedding.

The hotel is pretty outdated but has really pretty views. It is pretty hot as there is no air conditioning and only ceiling fans. I was there for a wedding I was in, the coordinator was fantastic however it was an invreadbly stressful day due to a fiasco with the rooms.
