Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. This place is phenomenal.

We interacted with the doormen, drivers, valet, front desk, housekeeping, room service, spa staff and even the people who fill the mini bar. They were all top notch with superior customer service and hospitality skills. I'm just a regular Joe but they all made me feel like a V.I.P.

Our room was beautiful. It was extremely comfortable and spotless. The housekeeping team is really amazing here.

The entire experience was 5 star and exceeded my expectations.

The staff here works so hard and puts in so much effort. It's really a shame that people give hotels negative reviews when they don't get the upgrades they feel entitled to.

What a fantastic experience. Stayed there on points, upgraded to an amazing strip view. Bellman, valets, front desk, concierge housekeeping and house car driver all, first class. Went thru the concierge to have flowers on the bed when we came back after getting married. Super nice rooms for a very special occasion. The only disappointment of the stay was that the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations, and the makeshift dining room and bar were kind of cramped. If you want a first-class quiet stay without a casino. This is your spot!

This was our first experience with Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas and what a statement. This was and is now our favourite place to stay. For us, this was absolute perfection, a location that focuses on ‘wellness’ from the menu selections, to spa services and the overall feel. It is a pleasant / remarkable option to the typical hotel in Vegas. The staff were friendly beyond expectation from the moment we arrived, during our stay and right to the time we checked out - sensational, you felt welcomed and greeted like a family member. The care that was taken to reach out with genuine interest during our stay - that attention to detail is a rarity and exuded from every person we came into contact with. There wasn’t a single thing missed, the room had everything, appointed beautifully with functionality and purpose, I couldn’t think of anything that was missed. A job well done to the team from a Canadian customer that will be definitely returning and telling others of this ultra experience.

5 stars for this hotel!! From the staff to the rooms in a good location, everything was excellent. One of our family members was not feeling well and the staff was very responsive, quickly delivering ice and towels at all hours. At 4:00 am, I had to go to the nearby CVS and the front desk receptionist walked me over - Thank you! And while we like all of the crazy of Las Vegas, we were happy there was not a casino in this hotel - it made for a quiet oasis. We also recommend any of the breakfast items here - all were delicious.Thank you staff!

My wife and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas for an anniversary weekend. We couldn't have had a better stay. The hotel's location is ideal on the strip for visiting nearby casinos/restaurants/shopping (Aria, Cosmo, MGM, Shops at Crystals) but offers a quieter, more intimate Las Vegas experience. The room was clean, well-appointed and super comfortable. Pool was relaxing with great drinks, food and service. We splurged and reserved a private cabana and glad we did as it gave us a really nice, private space to enjoy. Spa was absolutely amazing and so happy we had set aside time to really enjoy the facilities. We got some of the best massages we have ever had. Breakfast at the hotel was convenient and they had a variety of good options. The entire staff was friendly and took customer service to the next level. They really made sure that we had a special and memorable weekend in Las Vegas. We would definitely recommend to others.

What a great hotel on the street. I have stayed at the men's locations on the strip and this is my favorite and absolutely beautiful place. Very stylish and great staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and Waldorf standards. Registration went smoothly and quickly. The location is great, you can walk anywhere along the strip. We recommend this place to anyone or other Hilton members.

This stay was great from trip to check out. I needed extra towels, they bought them very quickly. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. They cleaned my room so well that I was very pleased with even the way she touched up my makeup area. I'll come back.

Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I stayed in a villa suite and it was more than I could have imagined. My room was excellent and exceeded everything I expected. The customer service here is the best. Jane at the front desk did a great job and is a real gift to this establishment. Jane showed me great respect and showed real professionalism. I spoke to a manager named Thomas, he was a great conversationalist and I was happy to have the experience of talking to Jane and Thomas. Thanks guys for the wonderful experience I had. I will be back and for everyone reading my review this hotel was a dream come true. Stay here and you'll love it.

Such a beautiful hotel and the Staff is excellent. Thank you to the manager Jeremy for all of your help and for making sure that my husband and I stay was enjoyable. You really went above and beyond.
