Reviews
The hotel’s only real advantage is its proximity to the airport, which makes it convenient for catching early flights. However, several aspects of my stay were disappointing:
Noise Levels: The hotel is very noisy due to its proximity to the airport. Flights land and take off from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM, making it hard to relax.
Amenities:
No complimentary bottled water is provided unless you specifically ask for it at reception.
Hair conditioner is also not available unless requested, and when I asked for it, I was met with an unfriendly attitude from the staff.
The rooms are outdated with no USB plugs, which is inconvenient for modern travelers.
Customer Service: As someone who doesn’t speak with a native American accent, I was shocked by the dismissive attitude of the staff. Their facial expressions and tone made it clear they were judging my English pronunciation, which felt disrespectful. Hotels should welcome guests from all over the world and treat everyone with equal respect, regardless of their background or accent.
Communication: I emailed the hotel in advance to inquire about the shuttle bus schedule, but I never received a response.
Overall, While the location is convenient for travelers, the outdated facilities, poor communication, and unprofessional attitudes of the staff make this hotel a disappointing choice. More effort is needed to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for international guests.
