The bed was very comfortable and the hotel has an indoor rooftop bar with nice views and a happy hour from 4-6 pm. The room was a little worn - the shower door was clunky to slide. Nothing really wrong but expected something a little more upscale for the price. There’s a casual and affordable breakfast place next door with a direct connection via the hotel lobby. The hotel is walking distance to the World Trade Center.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff were so helpful and friendly from when we walked in - always offering us water, helping with the bags, hailing us taxis and helping us load in (as a party of six, the extra hands were helpful!)
. The lobby was decorated so festively (we stayed in December) and it felt so magical!
The rooms were huge - my room had two double beds, a big bathroom, a desk. We had enough room for three people, three suitcases and still didn’t feel on top of each other. Another couple in our party had the room with the terrace which was a lovely touch - I’d recommend that room for some cute drinks in the room!
It’s really close to the Fulton street subway. Loads within walking distance, including the incredible Frances Tavern for food and drinks. Really recommend!

The location is on Wall Street, very close to the subway station, the room facilities are new and very good.

The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, and the materials used in the environmental facilities are also good, especially the sheets are very comfortable and soft, with high cost performance

5 stars to the hotel staff who were making their best efforts to solve the issue we had. They were super attentive and helpful. The hotel is at the lower town close to Wall Street. People can reach the subway/metro station only 1mins by walk. The only issue ( for us) was the design of the aircon system that facing bed and the wind blowing directly when resting while we were arranged to a different room with the assistance of the staff. Special thanks to Peter and Bryan who were very considerate and helpful. You made a big difference in our comfort through our stay.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Everything - Hotel Artezen is exceptional, the photos don’t do it justice. All the staff were outstanding but a special shout-out to Christan for his help. Our double queen room was bigger than expected with lovely touches e.g. coffee machine, fridge, snacks & water, robe’s etc. Spotlessly clean throughout & proper sound proofing meant we got a great night’s sleep.
Whilst FiDi isn’t the first choice of location for tourists it’s right next to Fulton St subway hub, that pretty much takes you everywhere, walking distance to the NYC ferries & all lower Manhattan’s attractions including the start of the Brooklyn Bridge walk. Location means you get much better value for money & a truly great stay!
Would highly recommend & will stay here again when we return to NYC.
