The room price is very reasonable. The hotel location was perfect. Walking distance to the most visited New York attractions.
Hotel concierges were all super nice and friendly.
The hotel is centrally located with so much to do and see nearby. The rooms are small, but that’s understandable considering it’s NY real estate. The room was clean and the housekeeping looked after our room every day.
The air conditioner inside the room was a bit weird—it kept alternating between freezing and sweltering. The check-in process was also a bit interesting since I saw someone else’s name on my reservation—so I spent some time correcting all the details.
The staff was kind and polite throughout our stay. There are a lot of dining options nearby. Grand Central station is within walking distance too.
What truly made the stay special was the staff, Manny, Elias & Mark. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable visit. The front desk team were especially helpful and friendly.
The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, except for a couple of plugs which were not working. We requested for a fridge to be put in our room. Safe deposit locker was unusually not in our room but on 2nd floor which we had no problem with it for our passports. I also appreciated the little extras like the 27th floor where coffee refill was available and water refill stations on each floor.
A big thank-you to the team at Club Quarters Grand Central—you made my New York stay smooth and memorable. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
