For the most part, we loved the size of the room. We’re two adults and one kid. The room we booked was two queens plus a sofa bed. It came with a kitchen (no oven). The size of the room was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. Condition of the room was not the best but still acceptable for the price.
Staff are nice and they try really hard. From housekeeping to reception to the clean up crew at breakfast. Such amazing people.
Gym is nice with new equipment. Pool area looks nice too but the water was not heated and so it was freezing.
Our flight coming in was delayed and we checked in at 2am. The original room they gave us felt like the room you get when you are the last guest to check in for the night.
It was on the ground floor right next to the lobby. It had many ants crawling around the kitchen and the most putrid, off putting smell from the shower and the sink. Like something died in the pipes! Reception said they were full house (it was the last room!) and can have us in another room the next day.
Next day we got a new room, this one was in better condition but still that smell coming from the shower. It was not as strong as the first room but it was definitely still there. We didn’t brother to change rooms again. It was traumatic every time we had to shower 😩
Upon check out we informed the front desk about the smell and the lady at front desk mentioned that it might have been the same stack which made sense. She said she would have maintenance look into it.
Overall for the price and great service we felt it’s still a good hotel for families on a budget that want the space and the kitchen.

I recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Orlando, Florida, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, but it was downhill from there. One night during our stay, we waited in the lobby for 15 minutes to put bottled waters on our room tab, while two staff members took an extended time to check in one guest, leaving us unattended.
Moreover, the room was lacking in amenities as we were shorted on towels and the coffee maker was not functional. Despite contacting the staff for additional towels, they failed to deliver as promised. In fact, they even lied on the phone about bringing the towels and hung up on me, forcing me to call back and request them again, only to never receive them.
Overall, the service at the Element Hotel was subpar, and the lack of attention to detail and customer care was concerning. I would not recommend this hotel based on the inadequate service and unmet expectations during my stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Element!!! EXTREMELY clean! The beds are wonderful and so comfortable!! Free breakfast daily that was great!! We loved the happy hour as well with free wine and beer with a small snack. The hotel fitness center was great as well. Convenient location, friendly staff, safe area, no complaints at all!! Morella was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Awesome! One of the cutest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms were like a mini apartment with a separate room for TV and eating. Almost a full kitchen with a big fridge and sink. Tons of storage space. I really wish we spent our whole week here. Believe it or not I liked it better than the super fancy hotel the contractor put us up in at first. This place had a pool, exercise room, bar, excellent breakfast and even bikes for rent! Really cool! Next time we're in Orlando this is where we're staying! Highly recommend!

I wouldn't stay here again. I stayed at the Element in Sacramento (near the airport) and it was amazing! So I was expecting the same level of cleanliness and bed and linen comfort. Well, the cleanliness rated about 3 out of 5. There were marks on the wall, probably from luggage scuffs, but, still...why not clean that? A little white sponge would erase it instantly. The bed Did have 4 pillows if different thicknesses (a MUST) but they didn't seem very fresh which always grosses me out a little. These sheets were clean but not soft. The towels in the bathroom felt like sandpaper with the exception of one of the hand towels. Also, I would appeal to the management to allow guests to self-serve a glass of wine when they arrive even if that's later in the evening. Apparently they only allow access to their wine bar during their happy hours which ends early. Something like 6:30. Ridiculous. The staff, well nice, we're not as professional as those I had encountered at the element. Sacramento. I knew as soon as I walked in and set my bags down that I would have made a different choice if I could but I had prepaid. Worst of all, the room smelled heavily of air freshener. The shower smelled musty despite appearing to be clean. My room had two queen size beds. One was directly in front of the AC vent which blew full blast. I had to sleep in the other bed just because I can't take cold air blowing directly on me. If you're someone who likes a fan blasting in your face, you might enjoy that, but I did not. The AC was either off completely or blasting like an airplane engine taking off. It was super quiet until it came on and then it was super loud.
There were stains on the carpet and chips on the furniture. I found it far below expectations. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member but I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Awesome location for sea world parks. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool very clean and good temperature. The to go breakfast is good but the cooking station can get a little busy since there is only one person cooking, but that are lots of grab and go options if you did not want to wait for the cooked breakfast. I would go back to this location again and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is nice, clean and airy with big windows bringing in lots of natural light and nice light colours.
The reception area feels welcoming and smells fresh and clean.
The room was also very spacious which was especially helpful for us as we were travelling with an infant and the main reason we opted to stay here.
That said, greater control of the air conditioning would be useful as the fan seems to only run on full blast or not at all which is a little uncomfortable for sleeping as it blows the air around the room so fast. It also results in it turning on and off which was a little noisy but not as bad as some places we've stayed. The controls had been restricted to prevent greater control as it would have been more comfortable to have a constant fan at low speed instead.
Also, the breakfast offering was poor in my opinion. There wasn't much on offer and things like scrambled eggs were not scrambled eggs, they were just diced up fried eggs and little else in terms of hot food on offer. Other items were often unavailable and we had to request cutlery several times as there were none. This was frustrating, again as we have an infant, having a good breakfast is important but we ended up having to purchase food to prepare in our room or eating out.
The location wasn't too bad either. About 15-20 minutes from Disney parks and next door to Sea World / Discovery Cove.
Having a parking charge seems like a needless expense just to make a bit more money. I don't see why this is being charged and would usually avoid hotels trying to charge for this.
Overall, I would recommend staying here but with some caveats / warnings.

Great space, very cozy but modern. The elevator is the smoothest I’ve ever ridden, you don’t know it’s moving at all! The pool area is spectacular, the gym is huge and the staff are all very welcoming and nice!
The area for breakfast looked cute although I missed it thanks to the KFC next door making me sick. Other than that a good stay.

I quite enjoyed my stay here in Orlando. Check-in was really easy. The front desk was super nice and helpful in every encounter throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms are comfortable. They have everything you need for long or short-term stays but I got the idea many people were here for long term accommodations. The hotel shares common areas with the aloft. The aloft has a bar and Game room on site. Both hotels are spotless and well-kept. Parking was plentiful and free, which I loved. This hotel is closer to the theme parks than the downtown area but still seemed proximal to everywhere I needed to go. I’d definitely recommend.
