My first time. My Sister is a time share owner and we had an AMAZING TIME IN OUR VILLA. The room service for coffee, laundry detergent, paper products, all the things you could possibly need they provide. Well maintained property. Halloween is the current holiday. They have decorated thru out the community. It's not raunchy either. We'll out together. I truly will be back.

It is a very ideal place to spend a vacation if you have the time. A whole lot of amenities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Wish I had more time to enjoy every single bit of this resort but alas my vacation was short. The customer service was very good and timely. The rooms were very clean and well put together o and the bed soft and cuddly like a cloud. Would definitely recommend to people to stay...

Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok but they didn't have comfortable drawers to put your things on and not enough places to hang towels. The kitchen had only 4 of each thing which is annoying, as you usually need one of those to prepare the food and such... The swimming pools were disappointing because they were very small, simple and always crowded. The shock was to go to...

Loved staying here. The room we stayed in was outdated in the washroom, washroom had molt in the showers and the carpet in the room had an odor. The kitchen was renovated and lovely. For the price I expect everything to be at the level of the cost and it wasn't. Customer service was great. The hot tub by our room was broken but within days was fixed, so that's a plus. We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. This didn't fit our schedule... What a pain.... But, I booked a room the night before. Kevin at the check in was able to combine the two reservations and we got into the bigger suite in a day earlier. We also checked in at noon rather then 4pm. Which was great. We loved the room and we were able to walk to Walmart to get supplies for the week...

Impressed. No complaints. Staff was gracious, courteous, and prompt when service was requested. Rooms were updated, spacious and well appointed. My family enjoyed one day of the resorts amenities while on our Disney trip, which included, mini golf and the paddle boats. Staff were all nice. Grounds were well kept and beautiful. Cozy place, close to restaurants and shops. My favorite is the concrete walking trail around the small lake. The large balcony has a table and sun lounger. We had asked for two beds. Once we got there it had one bed and a pull out couch that was very uncomfortable. Our daughter was competing and needed good sleep and I have had back surgery and could not handle it either. There were no other options. We should have been told it was a pull out. A pull out and a bed are not the same. Otherwise very nice and clean.

Room was fine, location and access to shops, restaurants and parking all good.

I had never stayed here but a corporate event was held at this location and I got the opportunity to stay. I was happily surprised with this hotel. Excellent hotel, clean large rooms, great staff and inside access to the Florida Mall. The event included lunch and breakfast both of which were very good as well. It's 5 stars from me.

This beautiful hotel is conveniently located and has an unbelievable shopping experience. The hotel lobby leads out INTO the Florida mall! This hotel has friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed. What more can I ask for it? I stayed one night during a work trip, and I remembered a server who name Jesus at breakfast. He was so nice and made us feel so special. There is a shopping mall next by the hotel and I would recommend this hotel for future staying.

Love this place

The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel. We live about an hour away from the parks but wanted to stay at a Universal hotel to make our time away from work more convenient and relaxing. Having such a close proximity to the parks was great. I freaking love this place. The first day we stayed it rained but there is so much to do here. They have an arcade room, bowling, a bunch of food, shopping, you name it. We stayed on the Ritz-Carlton side of the resort, but you have access to both hotels for a very grand resort experience. It was amazing! The resort is huge and incredible! We liked the pool at the Ritz a little better just because it was less busy and quieter. But the JW has a lazy river which was a lot of fun. Everything was perfect for our short family vacation. We booked 2 rooms and it was all we expected. No comments about the pool because it was to cold to use the pool.

As a gold member, I enjoy Hilton brand hotels. They're clean, inviting and the staff typically go above and beyond to meet accommodations. Las Palmeras is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, the convention center and Sea World. This particular facility gets 4 stars because of the $25 per day "resort fee." I felt that the nearly $200 per night was sufficient.

Great resort for families! Lots of fun for kids including a huge wrap around pool, splash pad, and water slide open late, too! The bartender outside can make delicious virgin drinks for the kids as well. And the employees that help with the activities are so much fun, especially Kelly, she was a delight to talk with and she showed so much enthusiasm for her work there!

We really enjoyed our service until went to a tour of the facility and the corporate tried to get us to join their owning membership. We enjoyed our tour guide but when we politely said that no was not the time to purchase and that we are paying for a wedding the corporate manager got very rude to us. He asked where we were goin on our honeymoon and said it was a dump compared to what Hilton offered...

Great rooms with modern sinks and granite counters. Bed wasn't as comfortable, but it had lots of down pillows to adjust things to your preference. Nice amenities for solo travelers and families. The staff very friendly, professional and friendly. Clean and secure. We had a great stay!

The last time people were this nice to me in a hotel I was staying in a Ritz Carlton. Hotel looks a little run down on the outside but the inside is updated, modern, spotless, and they really seem to get the service message. Very nice hotel with an excellent staff.

The renovations made years ago are still seen today in the modern upgrades. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the valets were Johnny on the spot (quickly hustling). Although close to the airport the noise from passing planes was non existent. Only 5min or so from the airport. Make sure you call the hotel for the shuttle once you get your bag. The hotel was great overall. However, my room definitely had some deficiencies which is unusual for a Marriott property. The bathroom didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned and the sheets of one of the queens in my room didn't appear to have been changed from the previous guest as they had some spots on them that looked fresh, not laundered stains. Great customer service, rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Customer laundry was out of service, but they offered to dry our swimsuits so we didn't have to fly out with wet clothes. On site restaurant was super delicious. They were in middle of renovations when we stayed there and the hotel is absolutely magnificent! We got a brand new room and we were blown away by how nice it was! Service was top notch. Would highly recommend staying here!

Close to Disney property, good upkeep. Nice amenities, staying here grants access to sister property within walking distance. Food on property is better than expected, although nothing to write home about. All in all my experience was a positive one.

Clean and acceptable for a decent hotel. Decent price too. It does seem to have very limited amenities like no daily room cleaning or breakfast or coffee or any basics. The walls also sound pretty thin as you can hear all your neighbors (with lots of kids for the theme parks). No frills but was a good price. I was satisfied. This place is beautiful and very well kept. Prices for things are fair with good staff. I had a problem with transportation to and from Disney and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When we go to Disney again or any attraction in the area we will stay there.

Excellent price and location, just 10-15 min from any Disney park. The accommodations were perfectly clean and acceptable. The room included a fridge and a microwave. Excellent stay! We were here for 8 nights in a king suite. We checked in on a Friday afternoon & checked out early on a Saturday Morning. The rooms were comfortable & clean. My only issue was the sofa bed didn’t have a blanket with the sheets & pillow. The coffee maker did break 3 days in & we never had another one brought after we notified the front desk, but that is ok. The noise level was ridiculous...

This was a nice resort in a very great area. It was walking distance from several stores... including Publix! It was near fitness locations so I still had a chance to workout. Great resort for families. Clean spacious condo apartments. Love the in unit washer and dryer. Awesome pool; kids love it. Within walking distance of fast food, shopping and more!

The stay is nice. There are a few things here and there that need addressing but overall, it was nice. When you spend all day at a theme park it's nice to have a swim or hot tub soak. The kitchen is also nice to have for breakfast and whatnot.

Parkway International has become our home away from home. We vacation here once or twice a year and it has been excellent every single time. I love this place! The service was impeccable from check in, bartenders, room service and even Merlot, the resident parrot who loves chewing on straws! We stayed in a bi-level suite which was incredible. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Can't wait to come back.

Beautifully landscaped grounds with golf course and jogging paths! ...Stopped by to see the hotel for a future booking on a visa points stay. Enjoyed a nice afternoon "walk- jog". I chose the A path at 1.3 miles that meanders by beautiful little lakes and Grand Oaks. There is also a B path that is over 3 miles long. I visited the hotel for lunch but all was closed except the bar and limited menue...

Lake Restaurant is hit or miss. Breakfast can be exceedingly crowded. Lunch/dinner seemed to be better. Food quality is good. Staff was good - we loved Beverly Hotel room was fine. Beds are hard as a rock. Balconies are not real - basically 1 foot slab. Pool area was nice. Both Hot tubs are in surprisingly bad shape - dingy and no bubbles. This hotel seems cater to corporate/conferences/business...

Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting the Disney parks. Overall it's an amazing resort and I would definitely stay again. The best parts were the delicious food, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and the amazing atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced for a resort and honestly pretty good! I can't say enough good things about this place. The proximity is ideal for springs and parks, but is not connected to them. It's like it's your own little island resort. The pools are great, the hotel is beautiful, everyone who works there is always so wonderful. From the main restaurant to the pool bar...all the food and drinks are great. I've been here many times and have never regretted...

12 years ago last stay at the hotel it was nice seeing that Steve the parrot man was still there. Overall very nice and helpfull hotel staff.

This hotel was a great stay. It has everything you need to accommodate. We're a family size of 6 and the 2 beds with pull out sofa worked perfectly. The charter bus to all the Disney parks, including Disney Springs, is so convenient and a load off of us parents after a full day at the parks. The rooms are clean! Food is good! Great location. Rooms were clean and worked for my large family. We called for pillows and a clogged sink, and someone came super quick. The hallways smell amazing. I was happy to see there wasn't carpet in the rooms(I hate when hotels have carpet in the rooms it's gross cause they never get cleaned). The two women at the desk during my checkin were great!!! Renovations in Tower 2 are great, and rooms are much brighter and inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is parking during events. But they are definitely making positive changes from the past.

Loved staying here at the Caribe Royal for two nights! With Starbucks and many dining options on site- you don't really have to leave the property! Comfortable and clean room. Room service did a great job cleaning. Very thorough. The pool was great and the grounds are well kept and maintained. The conference facility is also good. I knocked it a star because all of the restaurants and amenities are way overpriced. Be prepared to seek food elsewhere. It’s much cheaper. If prices were better this would be an easy 4 star.

Big rooms, great value. Everything was clean. Huge heated pool and a couple hot tubs. Nice setup overall. Would come back for the price. Wish we had more time to stay. Only complaint was it smelled a bit musty at times near our room, not unbearable by any means.

My family and I stayed a week at this location and loved it! The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom villa and it was beautiful! The resort had its own cute little grocery that offered made to order sandwiches and salads. We had some trouble with booking another day and Blanca at the front desk was incredible and handling the situation for us with the conflicting company we dealt with online! Will continue...

Beautiful place. They accommodate your every need. If you need something in your room all you have to do is call and they will rush it up to you. I loved the pool areas. Everything was extremely clean and inviting.

Well run with very friendly staff. Quickly feels like home. Much more value than a hotel room. Prefer to any other comparably priced accommodation tried in the same area. Have spent weeks in nearly every building. Beds were great in all.

Amazing resort, friendly staff. Only complaint would be their bed pillows are not firm at all - no support so bring your own. ALSO, the water tastes like pool water and it's more expensive than gas in their marketplace so bring bottled FOR SURE! Other than that, the rooms and pools are VERY clean. Pirate ship pools are awesome with a big slide. Beautiful resort

This is our second visit here and we have enjoyed it both times. We are in a very spacious one bedroom condo. It is a much better experience than a single room hotel stay. And we are just around the corner from Disney. We will be back.
