Orlando, 7700 Westgate Boulevard 🧭 Map
My first time. My Sister is a time share owner and we had an AMAZING TIME IN OUR VILLA. The room service for coffee, laundry detergent, paper products, all the things you could possibly need they provide. Well maintained property. Halloween is the current holiday. They have decorated thru out the community. It's not raunchy either. We'll out together. I truly will be back.
It is a very ideal place to spend a vacation if you have the time. A whole lot of amenities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Wish I had more time to enjoy every single bit of this resort but alas my vacation was short. The customer service was very good and timely. The rooms were very clean and well put together o and the bed soft and cuddly like a cloud. Would definitely recommend to people to stay...
Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok but they didn't have comfortable drawers to put your things on and not enough places to hang towels. The kitchen had only 4 of each thing which is annoying, as you usually need one of those to prepare the food and such... The swimming pools were disappointing because they were very small, simple and always crowded. The shock was to go to...
Loved staying here. The room we stayed in was outdated in the washroom, washroom had molt in the showers and the carpet in the room had an odor. The kitchen was renovated and lovely. For the price I expect everything to be at the level of the cost and it wasn't. Customer service was great. The hot tub by our room was broken but within days was fixed, so that's a plus. Overall I would visit again but...
We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. This didn't fit our schedule... What a pain.... But, I booked a room the night before. Kevin at the check in was able to combine the two reservations and we got into the bigger suite in a day earlier. We also checked in at noon rather then 4pm. Which was great. We loved the room and we were able to walk to Walmart to get supplies for the week...
Impressed. No complaints. Staff was gracious, courteous, and prompt when service was requested. Rooms were updated, spacious and well appointed. My family enjoyed one day of the resorts amenities while on our Disney trip, which included, mini golf and the paddle boats. Staff were all nice. Grounds were well kept and beautiful. Am not an owner, although was treated as such for the deal that I got. Still...

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. Otherwise will come back someday. Everyone was so nice. The rooms and place were so clean. I wanted to post on their site but the link didn't work anymore because it expired after three days. Thank you Parc Soleil by Hilton Grand Vacation in Orlando, FL. Happy New Yorker!
Let's start by saying that we had a great week away from home! Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. The staff was always friendly and polite! The pool was fun with music, daily games and prizes. The kids will definitely love this! The garage was not very well designed with limited space to park your car. We did have a fire alarm go off during...
Just checked in and from the start, perfect holiday. We've stayed here over a dozen times (we stayed for 5 weeks in the summer) and there's a reason we keep coming back. It's always amazing! The staff is very welcoming. The property is in good condition. This is the perfect place to enjoy the Orlando area. To be clear we don't own here, we have stayed at several resorts in the area...
Cozy place, close to restaurants and shops. My favorite is the concrete walking trail around the small lake. The large balcony has a table and sun lounger. Clean, spacious suite with one king bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice views, watch the Disney fireworks in the evening. Nice pool next to a small cafe and restaurant where we had delicious fish and chips by the pool. Ramps and open parking
It seems like a pretty nice place. They have a real nice pool. A water slide into it. Daily activities. But I'm not sure if this is like open to anyone, or if it's just grand vacation time share members only. Again, in terms of the rooms though, they're nice. I'm in a studio and plenty of room. They have a microwave, small fridge, and kitchen sink. I'm on the first floor on tower two so I'm on the...
We had asked for two beds. Once we got there it had one bed and a pull out couch that was very uncomfortable. Our daughter was competing and needed good sleep and I have had back surgery and could not handle it either. There were no other options. We should have been told it was a pull out. A pull out and a bed are not the same. Otherwise very nice and clean.

Room was fine, location and access to shops, restaurants and parking all good.
I had never stayed here but a corporate event was held at this location and I got the opportunity to stay. I was happily surprised with this hotel. Excellent hotel, clean large rooms, great staff and inside access to the Florida Mall. The event included lunch and breakfast both of which were very good as well. It's 5 stars from me.
This beautiful hotel is conveniently located and has an unbelievable shopping experience. The hotel lobby leads out INTO the Florida mall! The rooms have refrigerators and an AC unit that works great but there are no microwaves. The pool is small and cold. The rooms even though spacious are very outdated with chipped furniture and paint peeling from window sills. The rooms are still comfortable. Even...
This hotel has friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed. What more can I ask for it? I stayed one night during a work trip, and I remembered a server who name Jesus at breakfast. He was so nice and made us feel so special. There is a shopping mall next by the hotel and I would recommend this hotel for future staying.
Second time coming here and I absolutely love it. The hotel staff is very attentive and responsive to the needs of guests. The hotel is located in the BEST location! It's attached to a mall!!! The rooms are nice, spacious, and super clean. You'll love it here!

The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel. Other than that, it was a very perfect stay!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and there is quite a few places to eat in and around the resort! Plenty if things to see and do with a bar...
We live about an hour away from the parks but wanted to stay at a Universal hotel to make our time away from work more convenient and relaxing. Having such a close proximity to the parks was great. If you stay at the hotel, walk over to the Sapphire Falls hotel to take the water taxi instead of taking the buses to and from City Walk. It is much more relaxing and enjoyable. The buses are crowded and...
My husband and I recently stayed at Cabana Bay for 6 days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We had the most AMAZING experience! For the moment we checked in, everyone was super friendly. They gave us an anniversary pin to wear throughout the week. The rooms were super cute and clean. I’m a huge mid century modern enthusiast and this hotel was like a dream come true! Every aspect of the hotel...
First time my wife and I have stayed at any Universal resorts and it will definitely not be the last!!! Loved the retro decor, these ease of checking in, the shops, food and bars . The lazy river was nice to chill in, the different pools and the view of Volcano Bay was awesome!! Every staff member greeted us with a smile from the check in to the housekeepers!! And best of all the pricing was very reasonable...
Good room but needs touch ups badly. We stayed in the family suite 2 bedroom with volcano view ...paid a pretty penny just needs some touch up. The housekeeping staff is amazing very sweet. Wish the pool had a more convenient entrance from the expensive tower rooms. Went to the splash pad side my 5 yr old was only on in it after 5 min he had a chemical burn. Notified the life guard they came and tried...
I freaking love this place. The first day we stayed it rained but there is so much to do here. They have an arcade room, bowling, a bunch of food, shopping, you name it. The second day we stayed we got to enjoy the pools, and lazy river. They have a place to buy Cool rafts. The bars offer a drink mug which you can put another drink in for a discounted price. The rooms are big and we had a great view...

Gorgeous hotel, and kept very clean and beautiful. Great Care is taken for this property. Food is mediocre and expensive but the area itself is in a perfect spot with the restaurants all in driving distance. Service was great. The pools were fun and the kids had a great time.
At first, we didn't get the room we had requested. Called the front desk and they were quick to change us to the one advertised in our reservation. The facilities at the hotel are very nice, including the pool and fitness center. The bars are extremely expensive and crowded when we were there. Granted, it was a weekend and a conference and wedding were happening at the time. Hotel should plan for...
This place is absolutely beautiful. It’s well kept modern facilities with all the amenities. I love the factors tons of elevators, makes it easy to move quickly even when there’s lots of conferences and people going to different rooms after the sessions get out the pool and lazy river is absolutely awesome, this is a great location for business family. The only complaint is for the price of the rooms...
I wanted a hotel that took my dog and had a nice pool. This hotel was fabulous for both requirements. They have a really nice walking path by the lake that my Norwich Terrier loved, and the pool was very nice with different areas and types of loungers. We had a nice view over the pool close to the elevator. It was very quiet. We went to diner at Prime. The server forgot my husband’s pasta dish and...
Best choice for relaxing. You won't be disappointed if you choosing this hotel.
We stayed on the Ritz-Carlton side of the resort, but you have access to both hotels for a very grand resort experience. It was amazing! The resort is huge and incredible! We liked the pool at the Ritz a little better just because it was less busy and quieter. But the JW has a lazy river which was a lot of fun. The JW is definitely more geared towards families with kids, there is plenty to do without...

Location - Great Food - N/A Team - Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!
Everything was perfect for our short family vacation. We booked 2 rooms and it was all we expected. No comments about the pool because it was to cold to use the pool.
As a gold member, I enjoy Hilton brand hotels. They're clean, inviting and the staff typically go above and beyond to meet accommodations. Las Palmeras is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, the convention center and Sea World. This particular facility gets 4 stars because of the $25 per day "resort fee." I felt that the nearly $200 per night was sufficient.
Great resort for families! Lots of fun for kids including a huge wrap around pool, splash pad, and water slide open late, too! The bartender outside can make delicious virgin drinks for the kids as well. And the employees that help with the activities are so much fun, especially Kelly, she was a delight to talk with and she showed so much enthusiasm for her work there!
We really enjoyed our service until went to a tour of the facility and the corporate tried to get us to join their owning membership. We enjoyed our tour guide but when we politely said that no was not the time to purchase and that we are paying for a wedding the corporate manager got very rude to us. He asked where we were goin on our honeymoon and said it was a dump compared to what Hilton offered...
Great rooms with modern sinks and granite counters. Bed wasn't as comfortable, but it had lots of down pillows to adjust things to your preference. Nice amenities for solo travelers and families. The staff very friendly, professional and friendly. Clean and secure. We had a great stay!

The last time people were this nice to me in a hotel I was staying in a Ritz Carlton. Hotel looks a little run down on the outside but the inside is updated, modern, spotless, and they really seem to get the service message. Very nice hotel with an excellent staff.
The renovations made years ago are still seen today in the modern upgrades. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the valets were Johnny on the spot (quickly hustling). Although close to the airport the noise from passing planes was non existent. Another great Marriott property.
Only 5min or so from the airport. Make sure you call the hotel for the shuttle once you get your bag. Only takes the driver 5min to get to the airport. the hotel has been renovated and the room looks great. I love the shower, large and the pressure is perfect. The M lounge is basic but everything you need. Breakfast is the lounge include eggs, oatmeal, fruits... the evening little sweet treats, soft...
The hotel was great overall. However, my room definitely had some deficiencies which is unusual for a Marriott property. The bathroom didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned and the sheets of one of the queens in my room didn't appear to have been changed from the previous guest as they had some spots on them that looked fresh, not laundered stains. So I deducted a star for the bathroom and a star...
Great customer service, rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Customer laundry was out of service, but they offered to dry our swimsuits so we didn't have to fly out with wet clothes. On site restaurant was super delicious. Oh and loved that they had a pretty decent size Starbucks!
They were in middle of renovations when we stayed there and the hotel is absolutely magnificent! We got a brand new room and we were blown away by how nice it was! Service was top notch. Would highly recommend staying here!

Close to Disney property, good upkeep. Nice amenities, staying here grants access to sister property within walking distance. Food on property is better than expected, although nothing to write home about. All in all my experience was a positive one.
Clean and acceptable for a decent hotel. Decent price too. It does seem to have very limited amenities like no daily room cleaning or breakfast or coffee or any basics. The walls also sound pretty thin as you can hear all your neighbors (with lots of kids for the theme parks). No frills but was a good price. I was satisfied. I didn't like how the front desk also has a "vacation sales" or whatever...
We loved it. The rooms are comfortable and large. The staff is accommodating but not intrusive. The amenities were stocked and clean. We will be going back and I tell everyone to check out this hotel! The proximity to Disney is super close as well.
This Hotel is pretty good! I love Charlie, the Blue and Gold Macaw in the lobby he is very friendly. They have a nice pool area, staff, and rooms but the only thing I didn't like is that I could hear every word said by the neighboring room when I turned my television off!
Recently stayed here for a week in a 3 bedroom unit. Our group had 5 adults and 2 children. No complaints. Unit was very clean. We had an issue with one of the safes and one of the toilets running. Both were repaired VERY quickly. The pool was nice and there was also a small playground for our kids to burn off energy. The housekeeping staff was amazing. They cleaned and organized "everything" in our...
This place is beautiful and very well kept. Prices for things are fair with good staff. I had a problem with transportation to and from Disney and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When we go to Disney again or any attraction in the area we will stay there.

My family and I have stayed at Destiny Palms many times for over 8 years. Always quiet, safe, plenty of free parking and friendly/helpful staff. Minutes away from anything you might need and only 4 miles to Disney World! Highly recommended!
Well this place has good aspects and bad ones. Since people read reviews to see what's wrong with a place let's start with the bad... the rooms have no soundproofing or so it seems. You can hear everything from inside your room. The rooms are small but it is not too small. If you stay here do NOT let them out you in a room by the stairs at the end that lead outside. It was so incredibly noisy and the...
Very friendly staff. Was accommodated by allowing us to check in early, so bonus points to that. Can't fault the hotel on anything except the small washrooms, I prefer my sinks in the same room. Breakfast was mediocre but better than nothing. And rooms were always clean and fresh, kudos to the cleaning staff. Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel and will recommend to all that ask for suggestions
Excellent price and location, just 10-15 min from any Disney park. The accommodations were perfectly clean and acceptable. The room included a fridge and a microwave. Nothing super fancy, but zero complaints. It's the perfect spot to lay your head between busy park days. I'll be happy to return again.
Great King size bed nice and comfy. Dim lighting throughout the room. Shower No tub. Free Wifi. Great price and great location really close to Animal kingdom. Free breakfast bagels, pancakes, waffles and cereal.
No, it's not a five star hotel. But if you're looking for somewhere cheap, clean, and comfortable... That's what you get here. My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights during our Disney trip. It was perfect for just us two. Breakfast is bagels, waffles and juice. Nope, not an amazing meal, but it's free. We enjoyed the amenities, like the beautiful pool and hot tub. There is high quality and enjoyable food at the hotel restaurants and store as well. Highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again.
This Hyatt is top of the line in service and accommodations. Our room was so large and clean. My mom was able to bring her scooter into the room because of the space. Adorable hotel. To me it felt like a modern Game of Thrones decor. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast, with honestly the best eggs ever. Loved our waiter and staff. Beautiful place with great service.
Great location. Very clean and rather upscale. A step above many of the other hotels in this area. Seems to have more of an adult feel to it. Great lounge and spa. The hotel is practically connected to Cafe Tu Tu Tango. Definitely eat there.
Interesting Hotel concept, very pretty Lobby. Hallways are very dark with the feel of an old castle crossed with a new hotel. Be aware that room service ends at 11 pm. Also the mediocre bottle of wine in the room is $35. The guest services however are wonderful and they were very accommodating for me, my dog, and my newborn daughter. Great hotel! A bit pricy but it was worth it. Lovely pool, lovely entrance. Great customer service. It could've have gotten 5 stars but I was not known before of parking fees and the hotel is pretty expensive. Overall it was a nice experience. Thank you very much!
This hotel is very trendy and has a really cool environment. I stay at this resort frequently. The downstairs bar is a cool place to hang out even if you aren't a guest, and the bar tender was awesome. We stopped to have a drink before going off for dinner. While looking over the drink menu, Brian offered to design cocktails for us, based on our individual likes and dislikes. We thought it was a great idea, kind of like a chef...
I love this place! The service was impeccable from check in, bartenders, room service and even Merlot, the resident parrot who loves chewing on straws! We stayed in a bi-level suite which was incredible. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Can't wait to come back.
Beautifully landscaped grounds with golf course and jogging paths! ...Stopped by to see the hotel for a future booking on a visa points stay. Enjoyed a nice afternoon "walk- jog". I chose the A path at 1.3 miles that meanders by beautiful little lakes and Grand Oaks. There is also a B path that is over 3 miles long. I visited the hotel for lunch but all was closed except the bar and limited menue...
Lake Restaurant is hit or miss. Breakfast can be exceedingly crowded. Lunch/dinner seemed to be better. Food quality is good. Staff was good - we loved Beverly Hotel room was fine. Beds are hard as a rock. Balconies are not real - basically 1 foot slab. Pool area was nice. Both Hot tubs are in surprisingly bad shape - dingy and no bubbles. This hotel seems cater to corporate/conferences/business...
Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting the Disney parks. Overall it's an amazing resort and I would definitely stay again. The best parts were the delicious food, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and the amazing atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced for a resort and honestly pretty good! The outdoor pools and jacuzzi were welcoming and enjoyable. The atmosphere tends to be better at night than during...
I can't say enough good things about this place. The proximity is ideal for springs and parks, but is not connected to them. It's like it's your own little island resort. The pools are great, the hotel is beautiful, everyone who works there is always so wonderful. From the main restaurant to the pool bar...all the food and drinks are great. I've been here many times and have never regretted...

12 years ago last stay at the hotel it was nice seeing that Steve the parrot man was still there. Overall very nice and helpfull hotel staff.
This hotel was a great stay. It has everything you need to accommodate. We're a family size of 6 and the 2 beds with pull out sofa worked perfectly. The charter bus to all the Disney parks, including Disney Springs, is so convenient and a load off of us parents after a full day at the parks. The rooms are clean! Food is good! Pool view, And its nice and quite when its time to be. What more can you...
Great location. Rooms were clean and worked for my large family. We called for pillows and a clogged sink, and someone came super quick. The hallways smell amazing. I was happy to see there wasn't carpet in the rooms(I hate when hotels have carpet in the rooms it's gross cause they never get cleaned). The two women at the desk during my checkin were great!!! Only issues we found were there wasn't...
Renovations in Tower 2 are great, and rooms are much brighter and inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is parking during events. But they are definitely making positive changes from the past.
Loved staying here at the Caribe Royal for two nights! With Starbucks and many dining options on site- you don't really have to leave the property! Food was delicious, pool was wonderful, and the location and amenities were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are all so pleasant and welcoming! Location felt very safe.👌🏽 Convenient gated parking right around the property as well. Families...
Comfortable and clean room. Room service did a great job cleaning. Very thorough. The pool was great and the grounds are well kept and maintained. The conference facility is also good. I knocked it a star because all of the restaurants and amenities are way overpriced. Be prepared to seek food elsewhere. It’s much cheaper. If prices were better this would be an easy 4 star.

Big rooms, great value. Everything was clean. Huge heated pool and a couple hot tubs. Nice setup overall. Would come back for the price. Wish we had more time to stay. Only complaint was it smelled a bit musty at times near our room, not unbearable by any means.
My family and I stayed a week at this location and loved it! The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom villa and it was beautiful! The resort had its own cute little grocery that offered made to order sandwiches and salads. We had some trouble with booking another day and Blanca at the front desk was incredible and handling the situation for us with the conflicting company we dealt with online! Will continue...
Beautiful place. They accommodate your every need. If you need something in your room all you have to do is call and they will rush it up to you. I loved the pool areas. Everything was extremely clean and inviting.
Well run with very friendly staff. Quickly feels like home. Much more value than a hotel room. Prefer to any other comparably priced accommodation tried in the same area. Have spent weeks in nearly every building. Beds were great in all.
Amazing resort, friendly staff. Only complaint would be their bed pillows are not firm at all - no support so bring your own. ALSO, the water tastes like pool water and it's more expensive than gas in their marketplace so bring bottled FOR SURE! Other than that, the rooms and pools are VERY clean. Pirate ship pools are awesome with a big slide. Beautiful resort
This is our second visit here and we have enjoyed it both times. We are in a very spacious one bedroom condo. It is a much better experience than a single room hotel stay. And we are just around the corner from Disney. We will be back.
