This was not comfortable for us, and doesn't really help if your kids want to go to the pool more than once a day. Then there is not enough hanging space in the room to let the towels dry so
The kitchen had only 4 of each thing which is annoying, as you usually need one of those to prepare the food and such. The swimming pools were disappointing because they were very small, simple and always crowded
The shock was to go to the pool and when we came out there were no towels to be found. It happens that the pool towels are left in your room and you have to take them to the pool and back
Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok but they didn't have comfortable drawers to put your things on and not enough places to hang towels
It is a very ideal place to spend a vacation if you have the time. A whole lot of amenities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Wish I had more time to enjoy every single bit of this resort but alas my vacation was short
We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. But, I booked a room the night before. Kevin at the check in was able to combine the two reservations and we got into the bigger suite in a day earlier

The staff was always friendly and polite! The pool was fun with music, daily games and prizes. The kids will definitely love this! The garage was not very well designed with limited space to park your car
Yes, there are fewer amenities than before (live music poolside, Sea World pet pool, etc. ), but it's still the standard of what a resort should be
We did have a fire alarm go off during the night, but we feel like it was handled well and we're grateful nothing serious happened. We highly recommend this resort and it has everything we were looking for!
To be clear we don't own here, we have stayed at several resorts in the area and decided this was where we would spend our time and money on vacation. Yes, the added daily resort fee is excessive
Just checked in and from the start, perfect holiday. We've stayed here over a dozen times (we stayed for 5 weeks in the summer) and there's a reason we keep coming back
Let's start by saying that we had a great week away from home! Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen

Always clean and well maintained. The gym and pool area are again well maintained and I enjoyed using these facilities when I stay
Excellent hotel, clean large rooms, great staff and inside access to the Florida Mall. The event included lunch and breakfast both of which were very good as well
I had never stayed here but a corporate event was held at this location and I got the opportunity to stay. I was happily surprised with this hotel
This hotel has friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed. What more can I ask for it? I stayed one night during a work trip, and I remembered a server who name Jesus at breakfast
He was so nice and made us feel so special. There is a shopping mall next by the hotel and I would recommend this hotel for future staying
The rooms even though spacious are very outdated with chipped furniture and paint peeling from window sills. The rooms are still comfortable. Even outdated, The hotel is worth the experience

We really enjoyed our stay! While you are there, be sure to go to the Swizzle Bar and see Brian to have him concoct a one of a kind cocktail for you! We had an absolute blast chatting with the people around us about their park experiences while enjoying our fabulous drinks! Definitely check out the Coke cup program if you'll be spending several days at the resort
The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel
Other than that, it was a very perfect stay!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and there is quite a few places to eat in and around the resort! Plenty if things to see and do with a bar nearly at every angle
Wish the pool had a more convenient entrance from the expensive tower rooms. Went to the splash pad side my 5 yr old was only on in it after 5 min he had a chemical burn
I love the retro vibe and the rooms had no issue!
We live about an hour away from the parks but wanted to stay at a Universal hotel to make our time away from work more convenient and relaxing. Having such a close proximity to the parks was great

The lazy River pool was amazing. The kids had a blast and the staff spent the evening helping everyone make smores at the fire pit. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful
Gorgeous hotel, and kept very clean and beautiful. Great Care is taken for this property. Food is mediocre and expensive but the area itself is in a perfect spot with the restaurants all in driving distance
I love the factors tons of elevators, makes it easy to move quickly even when there’s lots of conferences and people going to different rooms after the sessions get out the pool and lazy river is absolutely awesome, this is a great location for business family
They have a really nice walking path by the lake that my Norwich Terrier loved, and the pool was very nice with different areas and types of loungers. We had a nice view over the pool close to the elevator
I wanted a hotel that took my dog and had a nice pool. This hotel was fabulous for both requirements
The pools were fun and the kids had a great time

Everything was perfect for our short family vacation. We booked 2 rooms and it was all we expected. No comments about the pool because it was to cold to use the pool.
Great resort for families! Lots of fun for kids including a huge wrap around pool, splash pad, and water slide open late, too! The bartender outside can make delicious virgin drinks for the kids as well
We opted for the resort experience and didn't need our bedding changed, but Sharon on our floor kept us well stocked in towels and tp! Will definitely recommend!!
Most excellent service! Wish I could give 10 stars for an amazing experience! We had a package delivered beforehand and wonderful Stephanie (and her IMPECCABLE customer service!!) made sure we were reunited with it upon our arrival
Great rooms with modern sinks and granite counters. Bed wasn't as comfortable, but it had lots of down pillows to adjust things to your preference. Nice amenities for solo travelers and families
And the employees that help with the activities are so much fun, especially Kelly, she was a delight to talk with and she showed so much enthusiasm for her work there!

Customer laundry was out of service, but they offered to dry our swimsuits so we didn't have to fly out with wet clothes. On site restaurant was super delicious. Oh and loved that they had a pretty decent size Starbucks!
The renovations made years ago are still seen today in the modern upgrades. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the valets were Johnny on the spot (quickly hustling)
Great customer service, rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool
the evening little sweet treats, soft drinks for free, the alcohol is honour bar ($) Make sure you request a Lake view. It’s quiet and the view in the morning is great. The staff was fantastic and professional
Only 5min or so from the airport. Make sure you call the hotel for the shuttle once you get your bag. Only takes the driver 5min to get to the airport. the hotel has been renovated and the room looks great
They were in middle of renovations when we stayed there and the hotel is absolutely magnificent! We got a brand new room and we were blown away by how nice it was! Service was top notch

All in all my experience was a positive one
This place is beautiful and very well kept. Prices for things are fair with good staff. I had a problem with transportation to and from Disney and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of
Recently stayed here for a week in a 3 bedroom unit. Our group had 5 adults and 2 children. We had an issue with one of the safes and one of the toilets running. Both were repaired VERY quickly
There is a playground, a pool with water slides, a splash park, mini golf, and I'm sure more that we didn't take advantage of
The rooms are comfortable and large. The staff is accommodating but not intrusive. The amenities were stocked and clean
They have a nice pool area, staff, and rooms but the only thing I didn't like is that I could hear every word said by the neighboring room when I turned my television off!

It's easy to get in and out with three entrances that I have seen so far. The hotel is within waking distance of a 7-11, two fast food restaurants and a flea market. There are more but it's farther then a short walk
Minutes away from anything you might need and only 4 miles to Disney World! Highly recommended!
Was accommodated by allowing us to check in early, so bonus points to that. Can't fault the hotel on anything except the small washrooms, I prefer my sinks in the same room. Breakfast was mediocre but better than nothing
Excellent price and location, just 10-15 min from any Disney park. The accommodations were perfectly clean and acceptable. The room included a fridge and a microwave. Nothing super fancy, but zero complaints
And rooms were always clean and fresh, kudos to the cleaning staff. Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel and will recommend to all that ask for suggestions
It's the perfect spot to lay your head between busy park days. I'll be happy to return again

So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet
The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies. The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well
It has any type of equipment you could want and offers spin and yoga classes. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and a slide. It had the biggest TV I have seen in a hotel room
We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed
We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere
This Hyatt is top of the line in service and accommodations. Our room was so large and clean. My mom was able to bring her scooter into the room because of the space

Adorable hotel. To me it felt like a modern Game of Thrones decor. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast, with honestly the best eggs ever. Loved our waiter and staff. Beautiful place with great service.
We recently got back from our stay at the Castle Hotel Autograph Collection. The people were extremely nice. Cassandra, Jeyson, and their manager were the best. Thank you for all of your help during our stay
They were very attentive to our needs and very cordial. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, basically anybody. The hotel in general is beautiful and well maintained
The room service was very good as well
Interesting Hotel concept, very pretty Lobby. Hallways are very dark with the feel of an old castle crossed with a new hotel. Be aware that room service ends at 11 pm. Also the mediocre bottle of wine in the room is $35
This hotel is very trendy and has a really cool environment. I stay at this resort frequently. The downstairs bar is a cool place to hang out even if you aren't a guest, and the bar tender was awesome

The noise level was ridiculous! You never heard anyone, ever! This is probably the quietest hotel I have ever been in! The free washers & dryers were great too! We only had to have our own detergent
We initially booked a hotel at the Holiday Inn across from Universal through Costco’s travel package, but after reading all the nightmare-fuel reviews about that Holiday Inn we decided to do a last minute change and ended up booking our stay with Candlewood Suites instead
Excellent stay! We were here for 8 nights in a king suite. We checked in on a Friday afternoon & checked out early on a Saturday Morning. The rooms were comfortable & clean
The pool area was a nice and quiet place to hang out and the deepest it got was 5 feet, which makes it family-friendly. They have grills and grilling tools you can borrow to use
It was very quiet and the room was clean and smelled fresh, and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! That's all a big deal! We could see the fireworks from Disney from our room, which our granddaughter loved! I highly recommend staying here
The kitchenette is stocked with all the kitchenware you need to cook meals. They have a laundry room for guests to use (washer and dryer were free for guests, you just needed to provide your own detergent)

Amazing location for visiting Epcot. You can walk or take the boat to either them park. The towel animals were super cute when checking in
If you’re Platinum or higher with Marriott you get to pick your welcome gift at the Fuel market in the lobby. The beds we’re comfortable and the a/c was very cold
Th lobby is relaxing, we would sit there and listen to live music and they had a little bar. The stores are all nearby and the pool was our favorite! Great poolside service too :) Def will be booking there again soon
We always have a great time when we have stayed at the dolphin. We enjoy eating a fuel, or the other restaurants, the pool, sing fireworks from our room, and overall atmosphere
There is a door stop in the floor that will get stepped on every time you get out of the shower and it's not fun to step on. I will say the people who clean the rooms are fantastic! The pool area is amazing
Staying at either hotel gives you access to the pool and restaurants. We got our breakfast at the quick serve Fuel restaurant and the food was pretty decent at a reasonable price

We really enjoyed the pool and the walk along the water and watching the beautiful sunset from our patio. We loved staying here because it was close to shopping, universal and dining options
I can only speak about the newer units in the Reserve. They were beautiful and modern. Full kitchen with pots, dishes, silverware, cups and glassware, and cutting boards. There is also a coffee maker and blender
I can only speak for the newer units at The Reserve. Full kitchen with pots, cooking utensils, silverware, cup and glassware, along with cutting boards. Also has coffee maker and blender
Highly recommend it for families with small children as you can cook and have plenty of room to run around. The master bathroom only had a bathtub, FYI
They provide toiletries for the first few days and then you have to leave what you need. Overall a great stay and would come again
There was also plenty of space to park our rental car. We will be back again soon because of the staff

I was thoroughly impressed by this place! For the price, you get quite a spacious room with a full kitchenette and a smart TV. Everything was very clean, and the amenities in the room just work perfectly
The lots are shared with The Orlando Eye/Icon and a shopping plaza next door, as well as the giant parking garage. There's no reserved section for the hotel other than Valet which costs even more
Needless to say, he was absolutely the right guy for the job! Isaac is fantastic and our family thinks he is great, super friendly, and so accommodating! He really goes out of his way to make you feel at home and does such a great job! We also don’t want to forget Mason at the front desk, he is such a great guy, so professional, kind and welcoming! He really makes you feel at home away from home! Both...
Service was quick and straightforward. The location is quite good because ICON park is only a few minute walk, and there are some more restaurant options in the adjacent shopping center
Chatting the front desk through the Marriott app was basically nonexistent. The one major complaint I have is the parking situation. I would suggest you don't pay for parking
We now make this our go to hotel for most stays except when we do big resorts for special occasions. We met Isaac our first stay here and he was recently promoted to manager

Great resort for families. Clean spacious condo apartments. Love the in unit washer and dryer. Awesome pool; kids love it. Within walking distance of fast food, shopping and more!
The rooms are consistently clean and the staff is always very pleasant and helpful. We like to take time to hang out by the poolside bar and have had good service there, too
This was a nice resort in a very great area. It was walking distance from several stores. including Publix! It was near fitness locations so I still had a chance to workout
And after a full day at the parks it's wonderful to relax in the suite's jaccuzzi tub. The only thing I would change is improving the bar's food a bit, but other than that this place is our top pick in Orlando
It's a little dated but the amenities are good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff were outstanding, Julio was amazing. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable
We rented a room with a bedroom (2 beds) and a master suite that had a Jacuzzi-style tub and shower, a kitchen (equipped with a few appliances and cooking utensils), a living room, and a laundry area

The drinks were both unique and outstanding. We eventually asked about food. I asked Brian if he wanted to pick our food too, and he kindly agreed. Brian ended up doing this for two other couples
I highly recommend staying at this resort. Best customer service in a long time, during and before our stay. The hotel has a breathtaking exotic landscape that was not in the photos provided on their website
The property is beautiful and well maintained. The highlight however, was Brian at the Lakehouse Bar. We stopped to have a drink before going off for dinner
While looking over the drink menu, Brian offered to design cocktails for us, based on our individual likes and dislikes. We thought it was a great idea, kind of like a chef’s tasting menu, not knowing what you’ll get
The pools are also incredible, numerous waterfalls, a cave with a walking location and water slides. I also enjoyed playing at their well maintained Pitch and Putt golf course along with the mini golf course
We spent the night having a memorable experience that went beyond food and beverage; thank you Brian

Families with small children - flotation vests and toys are available for use at the gym building but arrive early because they run out of rentals FAST! 🥽🏊🏽‍♀️ I highly recommend staying here at Caribe Royale! And the Orlando Vice is a must try at the poolside bar and restaurant! 🍹💦
The rooms are clean! Food is good! Pool view, And its nice and quite when its time to be. What more can you ask for? So worth it!
Renovations in Tower 2 are great, and rooms are much brighter and inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is parking during events. But they are definitely making positive changes from the past.
The charter bus to all the Disney parks, including Disney Springs, is so convenient and a load off of us parents after a full day at the parks
And the size of the bathroom was small, but guess because the sink wasn't in there it made sense. Also, the price of the food was a tad high ($9 for ice cream was ridiculous)
The two women at the desk during my checkin were great!!! Only issues we found were there wasn't a thermostat in the room, so we couldn't adjust the temp in the room

Beautiful place. They accommodate your every need. If you need something in your room all you have to do is call and they will rush it up to you. I loved the pool areas. Everything was extremely clean and inviting.
ALSO, the water tastes like pool water and it's more expensive than gas in their marketplace so bring bottled FOR SURE! Other than that, the rooms and pools are VERY clean. Pirate ship pools are awesome with a big slide
THREE swimming pools, yes three!! Besides a hot steam pool which is great for lazing around. Good long morning walks and an exhaustive fitness centre too
Huge heated pool and a couple hot tubs. Would come back for the price. Wish we had more time to stay. Only complaint was it smelled a bit musty at times near our room, not unbearable by any means
We had some trouble with booking another day and Blanca at the front desk was incredible and handling the situation for us with the conflicting company we dealt with online! Will continue to rave about this resort and Blanca! Thanks again!
I'd suggest that relaxing in the resort for a few days and exploring its features is better than clubbing it with a theme park visit, so as to fully get the resort experience. Picture attached is the view from my balcony
