Was impressed with the layout and structure of this building. Rooms were nice, pool was big, only one clothing drawer in the room. Microwave available for use in the deli

hotel room was fine, bed comfortable and outside area is nice with the pool and the pool bar.

Located near Valcano bay and i believe Universal. Definitely a resort worth going to. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. Staff are polite and very professional. Oh yeah and the views are stunning, especially at night

Has two hot tubs and a bar outside by the pool. Has spas and other great restaurants near lobby. Resort is connected to convention center. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable

Very nice hotel and very quiet rooms! The staff is friendly, and the restaurant/bar options are nice. The pool is heated which was nice since it was a cooler Florida day with a breeze

This was not comfortable for us, and doesn't really help if your kids want to go to the pool more than once a day. Then there is not enough hanging space in the room to let the towels dry so

The kitchen had only 4 of each thing which is annoying, as you usually need one of those to prepare the food and such. The swimming pools were disappointing because they were very small, simple and always crowded

The shock was to go to the pool and when we came out there were no towels to be found. It happens that the pool towels are left in your room and you have to take them to the pool and back

Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok but they didn't have comfortable drawers to put your things on and not enough places to hang towels

It is a very ideal place to spend a vacation if you have the time. A whole lot of amenities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Wish I had more time to enjoy every single bit of this resort but alas my vacation was short

We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. But, I booked a room the night before. Kevin at the check in was able to combine the two reservations and we got into the bigger suite in a day earlier

We really enjoyed our stay! While you are there, be sure to go to the Swizzle Bar and see Brian to have him concoct a one of a kind cocktail for you! We had an absolute blast chatting with the people around us about their park experiences while enjoying our fabulous drinks! Definitely check out the Coke cup program if you'll be spending several days at the resort

The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel

Other than that, it was a very perfect stay!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and there is quite a few places to eat in and around the resort! Plenty if things to see and do with a bar nearly at every angle

Wish the pool had a more convenient entrance from the expensive tower rooms. Went to the splash pad side my 5 yr old was only on in it after 5 min he had a chemical burn

I love the retro vibe and the rooms had no issue!

We live about an hour away from the parks but wanted to stay at a Universal hotel to make our time away from work more convenient and relaxing. Having such a close proximity to the parks was great

All in all my experience was a positive one

This place is beautiful and very well kept. Prices for things are fair with good staff. I had a problem with transportation to and from Disney and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of

Recently stayed here for a week in a 3 bedroom unit. Our group had 5 adults and 2 children. We had an issue with one of the safes and one of the toilets running. Both were repaired VERY quickly

There is a playground, a pool with water slides, a splash park, mini golf, and I'm sure more that we didn't take advantage of

The rooms are comfortable and large. The staff is accommodating but not intrusive. The amenities were stocked and clean

They have a nice pool area, staff, and rooms but the only thing I didn't like is that I could hear every word said by the neighboring room when I turned my television off!

Upon checkout the front desk work was watching a show on her tablet when I approached she did not greet me. I had to say hello I would like to check out. She continued to watch her crime show as she assisted me

This is a great hotel and a good value for the money. It is very clean, comfortable and a great lobby with tons of seating and working areas (great if you're here for work. Instead of being couped up in your room)

The staff was absolutely amazing! They couldn't have been kinder!! We were in town for my husband's sister's memorial and I wish we could have stayed longer!

I do wish the pool during the night had lights as it was very dark with no light support. On a positive note, the pool itself is nice and inviting. Rooms are clean and easy parking

The room’s themselves were the same. Housekeeping came by daily to make the beds, clean, and restock towels

It's easy to get in and out with three entrances that I have seen so far. The hotel is within waking distance of a 7-11, two fast food restaurants and a flea market. There are more but it's farther then a short walk

My family and I have stayed at Destiny Palms many times for over 8 years. Always quiet, safe, plenty of free parking and friendly/helpful staff

Breakfast is bagels, waffles and juice. Nope, not an amazing meal, but it's free. Overall, staying here saved us a good chunk of money and it was exactly what we expected

Minutes away from anything you might need and only 4 miles to Disney World! Highly recommended!

You can hear everything from inside your room. The rooms are small but it is not too small. If you stay here do NOT let them out you in a room by the stairs at the end that lead outside

Was accommodated by allowing us to check in early, so bonus points to that. Can't fault the hotel on anything except the small washrooms, I prefer my sinks in the same room. Breakfast was mediocre but better than nothing

So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet

The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies. The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well

It has any type of equipment you could want and offers spin and yoga classes. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and a slide. It had the biggest TV I have seen in a hotel room

We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed

We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere

This Hyatt is top of the line in service and accommodations. Our room was so large and clean. My mom was able to bring her scooter into the room because of the space

Very nice & clean. The ceilings are a bit low, which forces the showers to be short. Very nice staff and I enjoyed the buffet. I Love fresh waffles!

We also wished there would be a mosquito net at the window, because we prefer fresh air over the air condition. It had enough space and it looked nice. We really enjoyed the pool area

Simple hotel, great to stay at for a competition. The hotel staff and facilities aren't extravagant but just enough to satisfy you after a day of work or traveling without getting in your way.

Even though we wanted a room on an upper floor, we got a room next to the lobby. You could hear the music and people talking at the lobby/bar for a long time. Gladly I brought earplugs, so I was able to sleep

Therefore the room wasn't cleaned very well. We found plenty of dark short hair, that wasn't ours and there was urin next to the toilet

Amazing location for visiting Epcot. You can walk or take the boat to either them park. The towel animals were super cute when checking in

If you’re Platinum or higher with Marriott you get to pick your welcome gift at the Fuel market in the lobby. The beds we’re comfortable and the a/c was very cold

Th lobby is relaxing, we would sit there and listen to live music and they had a little bar. The stores are all nearby and the pool was our favorite! Great poolside service too :) Def will be booking there again soon

We always have a great time when we have stayed at the dolphin. We enjoy eating a fuel, or the other restaurants, the pool, sing fireworks from our room, and overall atmosphere

There is a door stop in the floor that will get stepped on every time you get out of the shower and it's not fun to step on. I will say the people who clean the rooms are fantastic! The pool area is amazing

Staying at either hotel gives you access to the pool and restaurants. We got our breakfast at the quick serve Fuel restaurant and the food was pretty decent at a reasonable price

We really enjoyed the pool and the walk along the water and watching the beautiful sunset from our patio. We loved staying here because it was close to shopping, universal and dining options

I can only speak about the newer units in the Reserve. They were beautiful and modern. Full kitchen with pots, dishes, silverware, cups and glassware, and cutting boards. There is also a coffee maker and blender

Highly recommend it for families with small children as you can cook and have plenty of room to run around. The master bathroom only had a bathtub, FYI

They provide toiletries for the first few days and then you have to leave what you need. Overall a great stay and would come again

The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable even the pull out sofa! The suite had everything we needed and the staff was more than happy to help if you ran out of anything! This is definitely our GO TO Orlando getaway

Amazing staff 2 gentlemen in particular do not remember their names but they were both beyond helpful excellent customer service. The location is great many dining options near by as well as attractions

Took the family to Disney world, booked this back in May, and ended up having to leave early due to the hurricane. Gave me a full refund on all days I didn't use with no muss or fuss

Walking distance to many places and short ride or shuttle to all the attraction parks. Definitely would stay again, specifically now everything is going to be new and updated

The rooms are consistently clean and the staff is always very pleasant and helpful. We like to take time to hang out by the poolside bar and have had good service there, too

This was a nice resort in a very great area. It was walking distance from several stores. including Publix! It was near fitness locations so I still had a chance to workout

And after a full day at the parks it's wonderful to relax in the suite's jaccuzzi tub. The only thing I would change is improving the bar's food a bit, but other than that this place is our top pick in Orlando

It's a little dated but the amenities are good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff were outstanding, Julio was amazing. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable

We rented a room with a bedroom (2 beds) and a master suite that had a Jacuzzi-style tub and shower, a kitchen (equipped with a few appliances and cooking utensils), a living room, and a laundry area

Families with small children - flotation vests and toys are available for use at the gym building but arrive early because they run out of rentals FAST! 🥽🏊🏽‍♀️ I highly recommend staying here at Caribe Royale! And the Orlando Vice is a must try at the poolside bar and restaurant! 🍹💦

The rooms are clean! Food is good! Pool view, And its nice and quite when its time to be. What more can you ask for? So worth it!

Renovations in Tower 2 are great, and rooms are much brighter and inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is parking during events. But they are definitely making positive changes from the past.

The charter bus to all the Disney parks, including Disney Springs, is so convenient and a load off of us parents after a full day at the parks

And the size of the bathroom was small, but guess because the sink wasn't in there it made sense. Also, the price of the food was a tad high ($9 for ice cream was ridiculous)

The two women at the desk during my checkin were great!!! Only issues we found were there wasn't a thermostat in the room, so we couldn't adjust the temp in the room

Beautiful place. They accommodate your every need. If you need something in your room all you have to do is call and they will rush it up to you. I loved the pool areas. Everything was extremely clean and inviting.

ALSO, the water tastes like pool water and it's more expensive than gas in their marketplace so bring bottled FOR SURE! Other than that, the rooms and pools are VERY clean. Pirate ship pools are awesome with a big slide

THREE swimming pools, yes three!! Besides a hot steam pool which is great for lazing around. Good long morning walks and an exhaustive fitness centre too

Huge heated pool and a couple hot tubs. Would come back for the price. Wish we had more time to stay. Only complaint was it smelled a bit musty at times near our room, not unbearable by any means

We had some trouble with booking another day and Blanca at the front desk was incredible and handling the situation for us with the conflicting company we dealt with online! Will continue to rave about this resort and Blanca! Thanks again!

I'd suggest that relaxing in the resort for a few days and exploring its features is better than clubbing it with a theme park visit, so as to fully get the resort experience. Picture attached is the view from my balcony

MY GOD!! This place is amazing!! The entrance was so gorgeous and so were the rooms. This place has hosted many privileges. They had several pools and their breakfast buffet was amazing

I live in Orlando and visit here often. There are several restaurants to choose from, but Capa has to be my favorite as you can see the Disney fireworks from the rooftop

The Four Seasons Resort is definitely worth a visit/stay. The property is huge and in very good condition. Enjoyed booking a spa treatment and was very pleased with the service. The staff is very friendly and attentive

This is my second day at this place and it is amazing. The basketball court is fun too. The restaurants are amazing too. I definitely recommend coming here if you're going to Disney or anything else

My wife and I stayed at this Hampton Inn for a recent vacation. The location is very conveniently located near Universal Studios, and there is a complimentary shuttle to the Universal Parks as well as to Epcot

The breakfast has a wide variety (thank God because I'm vegetarian) and they keep fruit out the whole day so people can snack on them. Also, they have free coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7

This was my first time staying with them and I must say, my time was great. I stayed in a standard queen suite. The staff was great, the room was great. The hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfy

We used this hotel the weekend of my wedding and they were great!! Paul and his team were very accommodating!! We utilized their conference room for getting ready the morning of and everyone hung out in the lobby until late and we didn’t have any problems

The hotel has a great location, close to the convention center, close to international drive and close to Orlando Eye. Keep in mind I was driving my own car and had no trouble finding a space to park

Not many frills and our room did not have a fridge, but we didn't request one either. Fast food is about a 10 minute drive due to traffic and lights
