My family and I have stayed at Destiny Palms many times for over 8 years. Always quiet, safe, plenty of free parking and friendly/helpful staff. Minutes away from anything you might need and only 4 miles to Disney World! Highly recommended!
Well this place has good aspects and bad ones. Since people read reviews to see what's wrong with a place let's start with the bad... the rooms have no soundproofing or so it seems. You can hear everything from inside your room. The rooms are small but it is not too small. If you stay here do NOT let them out you in a room by the stairs at the end that lead outside. It was so incredibly noisy and the...
Very friendly staff. Was accommodated by allowing us to check in early, so bonus points to that. Can't fault the hotel on anything except the small washrooms, I prefer my sinks in the same room. Breakfast was mediocre but better than nothing. And rooms were always clean and fresh, kudos to the cleaning staff. Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel and will recommend to all that ask for suggestions
Excellent price and location, just 10-15 min from any Disney park. The accommodations were perfectly clean and acceptable. The room included a fridge and a microwave. Nothing super fancy, but zero complaints. It's the perfect spot to lay your head between busy park days. I'll be happy to return again.
Great King size bed nice and comfy. Dim lighting throughout the room. Shower No tub. Free Wifi. Great price and great location really close to Animal kingdom. Free breakfast bagels, pancakes, waffles and cereal.
No, it's not a five star hotel. But if you're looking for somewhere cheap, clean, and comfortable... That's what you get here. My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights during our Disney trip. It was perfect for just us two. Breakfast is bagels, waffles and juice. Nope, not an amazing meal, but it's free. Overall, staying here saved us a good chunk of money and it was exactly what we expected. The beds...

We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed. We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful...
This is such a beautiful hotel! My husband and I were here for a business event. The event space was stunning, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and professional. We enjoyed the amenities, like the beautiful pool and hot tub. There is high quality and enjoyable food at the hotel restaurants and store as well. Highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again.
This Hyatt is top of the line in service and accommodations. Our room was so large and clean. My mom was able to bring her scooter into the room because of the space. Our luggage was delayed from the airline and a bell man brought our luggage to our room and actually set it up for us. Every day we were greeted with smiles and every single person had a pleasant attitude from the bellman to the customer...
My stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I checked in until my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless and enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with any requests or questions. The hotel offers a variety of food options, and I was impressed with the quality and diversity of the dining...
I stayed here for a company conference and really only utilized the meeting space and my guest room. The guest room was large and very clean. The mattress was pretty firm, you have a coffee/tea maker in the room and bottled water plus a small fridge. The conference space was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The banquet food was also good, I really appreciated the fresh veggie...

Amazing location for visiting Epcot. You can walk or take the boat to either them park. The towel animals were super cute when checking in. If you’re Platinum or higher with Marriott you get to pick your welcome gift at the Fuel market in the lobby. The beds we’re comfortable and the a/c was very cold. The only downside is the resort fee and parking charge which adds about $70 a day to the nightly...
We always have a great time when we have stayed at the dolphin. We enjoy eating a fuel, or the other restaurants, the pool, sing fireworks from our room, and overall atmosphere. We love that the hotel is so close to the parks and that the facility offers so many different amenities. I have to give a special shout out to Mohammed from the front desk. He was kind, sincere, genuine, and really made me...
The resort as a whole is really nice. However for the money it's costs to stay here, the rooms could be better. The bathrooms are small and not configured to be accommodating. There is a door stop in the floor that will get stepped on every time you get out of the shower and it's not fun to step on. I will say the people who clean the rooms are fantastic! The pool area is amazing. All of the restaurants...
I stayed at the Dolphin with my family and overall had a good experience. The biggest benefit of the Dolphin (and Swan) is that you get direct access to the boats that take you to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Staying at either hotel gives you access to the pool and restaurants. We got our breakfast at the quick serve Fuel restaurant and the food was pretty decent at a reasonable price. We also...
Amazing place. The hotel building itself is very beautiful. It's very pleasant to walk around the area.
Although advertised as a Disney hotel...you don’t get the perks of a Disney hotel. Great hotel with tons on amenities..however...shuttle to hotel from airport using magical express (perk of a Disney hotel $35/person) not included. Perk of free magic bands ($15/band) not included. Loved the staff!! I can't rave enough about the front desk team and how accommodating they were. Our flight got delayed because of turtles on the runway....no joke. Lol but they made sure our reservation was taken care of and assured us our late arrival was no problem. I loved the condos, they were just as described. Having elevators in each building was a huge plus with suit cases. We really enjoyed...
I can only speak about the newer units in the Reserve. They were beautiful and modern. Full kitchen with pots, dishes, silverware, cups and glassware, and cutting boards. There is also a coffee maker and blender. Highly recommend it for families with small children as you can cook and have plenty of room to run around. The master bathroom only had a bathtub, FYI. 12 years ago last stay at the hotel it was nice seeing that Steve the parrot man was still there. Overall very nice and helpfull hotel staff.
This hotel was a great stay. It has everything you need to accommodate. We're a family size of 6 and the 2 beds with pull out sofa worked perfectly. The charter bus to all the Disney parks, including Disney Springs, is so convenient and a load off of us parents after a full day at the parks. The rooms are clean! Food is good! Pool view, And its nice and quite when its time to be. What more can you...
Great location. Rooms were clean and worked for my large family. We called for pillows and a clogged sink, and someone came super quick. The hallways smell amazing. I was happy to see there wasn't carpet in the rooms(I hate when hotels have carpet in the rooms it's gross cause they never get cleaned). The two women at the desk during my checkin were great!!! Only issues we found were there wasn't...
Renovations in Tower 2 are great, and rooms are much brighter and inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is parking during events. But they are definitely making positive changes from the past.
Loved staying here at the Caribe Royal for two nights! With Starbucks and many dining options on site- you don't really have to leave the property! Location felt very safe.👌🏽 Convenient gated parking right around the property as well. Families...
Comfortable and clean room. Room service did a great job cleaning. Very thorough. The pool was great and the grounds are well kept and maintained. The conference facility is also good. I knocked it a star because all of the restaurants and amenities are way overpriced. Be prepared to seek food elsewhere. It’s much cheaper. If prices were better this would be an easy 4 star.

Big rooms, great value. Everything was clean. Huge heated pool and a couple hot tubs. Nice setup overall. Would come back for the price. Wish we had more time to stay. Only complaint was it smelled a bit musty at times near our room, not unbearable by any means.
My family and I stayed a week at this location and loved it! The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom villa and it was beautiful! The resort had its own cute little grocery that offered made to order sandwiches and salads. We had some trouble with booking another day and Blanca at the front desk was incredible and handling the situation for us with the conflicting company we dealt with online! Will continue...
Beautiful place. They accommodate your every need. If you need something in your room all you have to do is call and they will rush it up to you. I loved the pool areas. Everything was extremely clean and inviting.
Well run with very friendly staff. Quickly feels like home. Much more value than a hotel room. Prefer to any other comparably priced accommodation tried in the same area. Have spent weeks in nearly every building. Beds were great in all.
Amazing resort, friendly staff. Only complaint would be their bed pillows are not firm at all - no support so bring your own. ALSO, the water tastes like pool water and it's more expensive than gas in their marketplace so bring bottled FOR SURE! Other than that, the rooms and pools are VERY clean. Pirate ship pools are awesome with a big slide. Beautiful resort
This is our second visit here and we have enjoyed it both times. We are in a very spacious one bedroom condo. It is a much better experience than a single room hotel stay. And we are just around the corner from Disney. We will be back.

Everything, amazing accommodations. Great room service and restaurants. Loved the pools! And having Starbucks on site was a bonus.
Upon arrival, which we were only going to a resort with a pool, we were informed upon check-in that the main pool was closed. Room constantly had a musty mildew smell coming from the air conditioner. Service at the restaurant was awesome, it's expensive but you get treated overwhelming nice! Pools are gorgeous, only one hottub works!
Had a great trip out here. Couldn’t ask for better proximity to the Disney parks, the food and drinks were great and the facilities for running the card tournament were top notch. Room was well cleaned, service at restaurants was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again
We just finished a 4 days stay here with our family of 5. I feel like the negative reviews others have posted aren’t warranted. I don’t know what they’re expecting for this pricing but if you’re looking for the most modern looking hotel then pay the extra money for useless esthetic. This hotel was fantastic. Our room was serviced daily and replenished with fresh towels and wash cloths. We were able...
This hotel is located in the perfect location for accessing Disney parks at an affordable price. We there’s to Epcot for food and wine and it was a 10 minute ride. The room was clean and comfortable. Good experience overall but fell short on service at the cafe in lobby area. Two days in a row, staff at the cafe left my coffee on the counter while I was standing few feet away without any attempt to alert me my order was ready. They have no problem asking for a tip when you pay but pretty petty angry type approach to their guests. Room was decent, a little musty. Staff at check in was great....

Pool, location and breakfast are amazing. They always have so much for families going on. Love the fire pits and swim up movie nights. Stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. On the surface everything in this hotel seems great. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean. The pool area is nice. The front desk was helpful and sent someone up immediately but the safe still would not work and the outlets were never fixed. But that wasn’t the end of the...
We stayed here for 4 night but think that other hotels are a better option. The hotel is good and modern but I think it makes the most of the Hilton brand with service letting it down. Walking distance to Disney Springs. We spent a lot of time there at the awesome pool with zero depth entry, water spouts & lazy river. Pool restaurant is reasonable for a resort. Cafe just OK. Parking is a long walk and $10 night or $20 valet. Rooms were clean and nice but not quite up to what we were expecting. Be aware of the daily resort fee.
I like this hotel, everything was perfect , and the location was near to disney springs and few minutes away by car from DisneyWorld ???
The pools and hot tub area was very nice. They had a walk in beach entrance, a 3 foot deep lazy river which was perfect for my kids and 2 deeper pools. All were nicely heated. There's a turf area with lawn games the kids enjoyed. Pool bar was reasonable. The room was not up to the Hilton standard. The stand alone shower leaked all the way into the room. The door knob casing was falling off the door...
The room was not serviced efficiently before my stay (lack of appropriate amount of towels and tge latch on the balcony door was not locked), and the room service had a missing item that management had an issue delivering. However, they were quick to apologize once the order had been fixed. The atmosphere is nice. And the pool is fun.
Very good location that is close to the Disney downtown area. It has very large conferences rooms enough to fit over 2000 people. It is an okay hotel in terms of luxury. The pool has a lazy river and a bar. The house keeping is pretty good. The people are very nice and friendly.

I honestly can't think of a single thing bad about this place. Highly recommended
Beautiful property, stellar customer service and concierge! The villas are comfy yet large enough for a small family! Plenty of activities for families! The pool areas are super luxurious! I've stayed in Orlando many times and never have seen this resort. It's the perfect hideaway!
The rooms were great - very clean. The staff was very accommodating. Especially Gina, she was great! However, there were rarely chairs available at the pool, as a family of 4 we never had chairs all together. Also the music was way too loud at the pool. In addition, the maid didn't come until after 4 and when we went up from the pool at 3:30 to get ready for dinner we had no shampoo or towels to shower...

Staff were very friendly throughout our stay and always happy to help, no issue with getting a pack and play (we stayed slightly out of season) for our 7month old with speedy delivery. The accommodation was very clean, tidy and welcoming. The resort is beautiful with lots of pool options and amenities were very well looked after. All in all we had a lovely stay and would recommend to others as well...
Friendly staff, FANTASTIC fitness center!!! Clean too! Pool and recreation building very nice. Movie theater, craft area, computer and printer available. Live music in the evening. Plenty of TV's all around! Room is adequate for timeshare. Fridge was not making ice but maintenance was on top of it before end of day!! WiFi can be slow and requires frequent sign in. If using cell phone be careful and...
Suites are sizable, comfy and clean, variety of options (time share opportunities...beautiful properties!!) plenty of activities to partake in without leaving the property. Didn't want to leave.
Loved the close location to the park but I've stayed at nicer RCI resorts. We were 4 grown adults, no children, but 2 of us slept on small child beds. The bath tubs were slippery, they needed anti slip stickers. One of the jets didn't work in the tub. And there was lots of wear and tear around the room.
Security is very lax in guest noose complaints. Other than having to moved in the middle of the night because of noise everything was good.
Great location for visiting Disney and/or Universal Studios. Really nice facility, with plenty of space and on-site activities. 24 hour guarded entry gate, and super friendly staff. We will definitley be staying here again!
