My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. Otherwise will come back someday. Everyone was so nice. The rooms and place were so clean. Just checked in and from the start, perfect holiday. We've stayed here over a dozen times (we stayed for 5 weeks in the summer) and there's a reason we keep coming back. It's always amazing! Cozy place, close to restaurants and shops. My favorite is the concrete walking trail around the small lake. The large balcony has a table and sun lounger. It seems like a pretty nice place. They have a real nice pool. A water slide into it. Daily activities. We had asked for two beds. Once we got there it had one bed and a pull out couch that was very uncomfortable. Our daughter was competing and needed good sleep and I have had back surgery and could not handle it either. There were no other options. We should have been told it was a pull out. A pull out and a bed are not the same. Otherwise very nice and clean.

Room was fine, location and access to shops, restaurants and parking all good.

I had never stayed here but a corporate event was held at this location and I got the opportunity to stay. I was happily surprised with this hotel. Excellent hotel, clean large rooms, great staff and inside access to the Florida Mall. The event included lunch and breakfast both of which were very good as well. It's 5 stars from me.

This beautiful hotel is conveniently located and has an unbelievable shopping experience. The hotel lobby leads out INTO the Florida mall! The rooms have refrigerators and an AC unit that works great but there are no microwaves. The pool is small and cold. This hotel has friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed. What more can I ask for it? I stayed one night during a work trip, and I remembered a server who name Jesus at breakfast. He was so nice and made us feel so special. There is a shopping mall next by the hotel and I would recommend this hotel for future staying.

Second time coming here and I absolutely love it. The hotel staff is very attentive and responsive to the needs of guests. The hotel is located in the BEST location! It's attached to a mall!!! The rooms are nice, spacious, and super clean. You'll love it here!

Everything was perfect for our short family vacation. We booked 2 rooms and it was all we expected. No comments about the pool because it was to cold to use the pool.

As a gold member, I enjoy Hilton brand hotels. They're clean, inviting and the staff typically go above and beyond to meet accommodations. Las Palmeras is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, the convention center and Sea World. This particular facility gets 4 stars because of the $25 per day "resort fee." I felt that the nearly $200 per night was sufficient.

Great resort for families! Lots of fun for kids including a huge wrap around pool, splash pad, and water slide open late, too! The bartender outside can make delicious virgin drinks for the kids as well. And the employees that help with the activities are so much fun, especially Kelly, she was a delight to talk with and she showed so much enthusiasm for her work there!

We really enjoyed our service until went to a tour of the facility and the corporate tried to get us to join their owning membership. We enjoyed our tour guide but when we politely said that no was not the time to purchase and that we are paying for a wedding the corporate manager got very rude to us. He asked where we were goin on our honeymoon and said it was a dump compared to what Hilton offered...

Great rooms with modern sinks and granite counters. Bed wasn't as comfortable, but it had lots of down pillows to adjust things to your preference. Nice amenities for solo travelers and families. The staff very friendly, professional and friendly. Clean and secure. We had a great stay!

The last time people were this nice to me in a hotel I was staying in a Ritz Carlton. Hotel looks a little run down on the outside but the inside is updated, modern, spotless, and they really seem to get the service message. Very nice hotel with an excellent staff.

The renovations made years ago are still seen today in the modern upgrades. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the valets were Johnny on the spot (quickly hustling). Although close to the airport the noise from passing planes was non existent. Great customer service, rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Customer laundry was out of service, but they offered to dry our swimsuits so we didn't have to fly out with wet clothes. On site restaurant was super delicious. My family and I have stayed at Destiny Palms many times for over 8 years. Always quiet, safe, plenty of free parking and friendly/helpful staff. Minutes away from anything you might need and only 4 miles to Disney World! Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff. Was accommodated by allowing us to check in early, so bonus points to that. Can't fault the hotel on anything except the small washrooms, I prefer my sinks in the same room. Excellent price and location, just 10-15 min from any Disney park. The accommodations were perfectly clean and acceptable. The room included a fridge and a microwave. Nothing super fancy, but zero complaints. It's the perfect spot to lay your head between busy park days. I'll be happy to return again.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The proximity is ideal for springs and parks, but is not connected to them. It's like it's your own little island resort. Comfortable and clean room. Room service did a great job cleaning. Very thorough. The pool was great and the grounds are well kept and maintained. The conference facility is also good. Amazing resort, friendly staff. Only complaint would be their bed pillows are not firm at all - no support so bring your own. This is our second visit here and we have enjoyed it both times. We are in a very spacious one bedroom condo. It is a much better experience than a single room hotel stay. And we are just around the corner from Disney. We will be back.

Upon arrival, which we were only going to a resort with a pool, we were informed upon check-in that the main pool was closed. At that time we were given the opportunity to leave without being charged. We were not advised in advance and we really put a huge damper on the trip. Good experience overall but fell short on service at the cafe in lobby area. Two days in a row, staff at the cafe left my coffee on the counter while I was standing few feet away without any attempt to alert me my order was ready. Walking distance to Disney Springs. We spent a lot of time there at the awesome pool with zero depth entry, water spouts & lazy river. Pool restaurant is reasonable for a resort. Cafe just OK. Parking is a long walk and $10 night or $20 valet. Rooms were clean and nice but not quite up to what we were expecting. Be aware of the daily resort fee.

The room was not serviced efficiently before my stay (lack of appropriate amount of towels and tge latch on the balcony door was not locked), and the room service had a missing item that management had an issue delivering. Very good location that is close to the Disney downtown area. It has very large conferences rooms enough to fit over 2000 people. It is an okay hotel in terms of luxury. The pool has a lazy river and a bar. The house keeping is pretty good. The people are very nice and friendly.

We were in town for March Madness and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and had great water pressure. My room was very clean, and the temperature in my room made it easy to sleep. The front counter worker didn't listen very well when I checked out and had to redo the charges. I ate at the little on-site cafe, and it was good and not too costly. The meeting space was great. All in all the staff was courteous and helpful. Shout out to the bell staff. They were excellent.

Best hotel team ever for an event ! I was there for a business trip and the entire hotel - bartenders, servers, manager, director, chef were all amazing! We booked a room with two queen beds and they didn't have one, but they upgraded us to a hospitality suite. Very pleased with the customer service. Clean and spacious room with mini-fridge and microwave, and free parking. We will definitely be back.

I stopped in for the day at Rosen Plaza for an event. It was held in a week lit cool environment. There was plenty of options for food as there are restaurant as well as snacks to purchase. A little cafe is made available as well. Overall a great stay and experience.

The resort as a whole is really nice. However for the money it's costs to stay here, the rooms could be better. The bathrooms are small and not configured to be accommodating.
