The Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes Hotel1 / 50High rating
Orlando, 4012 Central Florida Parkway 🧭 Map
Beautiful hotel, loved all the amenities. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of options, all fresh and a great omelette station. We also loved the coffee shop for a quick breakfast. Try the chia seed pudding, it was fantastic. Pool was beautiful, lots of space, comfortable chairs, frozen treats delivered to while sitting at the pool was a great surprise. I will say the service was lacking a bit....
Our family of four had an incredible experience at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando. We unexpectedly had to fly down from Canada for our son's medical treatment, staying for two months. Despite the challenging circumstances, Morgan and her team at the Ritz went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. After enduring a tough month leading up to our visit, with much time spent in the hospital, our son...
I was just reflecting back on some of the highlights of 2023, and after our cruise in November, we decided to spend the night at the Ritz Carlton, Grande Lakes outside of Orlando. It was such an amazing beautiful resort, the total feel of luxury, set apart from the busyness of the world. We enjoyed the pool, fine dining and superb service. A highlight, and I would be remiss to not mention, would...
Visited the property for a Spa day with a friend. I have to say; the service is always impeccable. However, the property is a bit run down and not worth the price point they market themselves at. I purchased 2 50-minute sports massages for my friend and I, totaling almost $600 for below-average massages. The Spa area was average, nothing special. For this price point, I would not come back and instead...
Even though our stay was fairly short, we had the best time ever! Our room was spotless and very beautiful. The balcony view of the lake in the morning with the sunrise was breathtaking. We had room service and the Italian wedding soup was delicious as well as the Ritz Carlton Cake slice. Ali at front desk checked us in and he was super helpful and friendly. He gave us wonderful tips and highlights...
Best massage! Highly organized and efficient booking. Hospitality 5 stars. Henry was amazing. If you have time that's worth the stop and you have full access to all the amenities, we had lunch and went for a swim in the wonderful heated pool! The guy on the pool deck, sorry I don't remember his name, was very attentive. I had a virgin Miami Vice 5 stars. Everything about this day gave me a...

It's OK, it would be better if the price was cheaper.
The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and an elegant and quiet environment. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding. The service staff is enthusiastic and professional, and the stay experience is very satisfactory. It is cost-effective and worth recommending. I will choose here next time.
Everything is good. Upgraded to the Fireworks Room so you can watch the fireworks at Epcot. The only problem is the shuttle bus to Disneyland is a bit unpunctual. It's better to take an Uber.
Very good environment. Very nice service.
The room facilities are very good, but the service is not so good.
The restaurant Bull and Bear had amazing food. Pool service was good. Chef at Oscars was friendly and excellent with providing an allergy friendly breakfast for children.

The only missing was a refrigerator in the room and the AC it was very noisy! Other than that, it was an extremely enjoyable day and the golf course was spectacular🏌‍♂️⛳️
Great stay Amazing service from check-in, restaurants, golf shop/course. Restaurants and food were great. I was a little nervous about the dress code throughout the property, but it wasn't a problem at all. Definitely a 5-star experience.
Tick off the list As golfers and great fans of the late Arnold Palmer, we have always wanted to visit Bay Hill golf club. It was just a short stay but it was very nice to visit his famous golf course. The staff were great. The room was lovely. The bed very comfortable.
We go back every year to stay at Bay Hill Love the place , the staff and the amenities It is the best !!!
Be careful what food options you choose
Amazing stay, everyone was welcoming and really treated you like as if you were Mr. Palmer himself. Genuinely look forward to coming back. Very disappointed in the golf situation. As we know, no one can control the weather, however when you can only complete 9 holes due to the forecaddied group ahead taking over 3 hours in the rain to complete their 9 holes, you’d expect at least a half round refund...

The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.
The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.
My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Not sure why they would put an open bar in the lobby. I would have asked to be...
Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.
The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.
Everything, amazing accommodations. Great room service and restaurants. Loved the pools! And having Starbucks on site was a bonus.

Couldn't be more satisfied, very comfortable hotel. Wanted to stay again, but unfortunately it was fully booked.
Very satisfied and like it. The staff is very nice
The only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night). My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button. Clean. It has both boats and buses to the every park. And it has extended hours.
The Dolphin is an absolute delight. The location is perfect. You can walk to Epcot or Disney Hollywood Studios. But if you’re feeling tired, no stress, just take the boat. You also get early entry. I highly suggest this hotel.

Nice clean hotel. More lifts needed for a long corridor. We got room at the end of the corridor and the walk from lift was quite a bit.
Love this hotel. Has an array of food options, great rooms and pool area.
Loved my unit 4862 #406. The pool was under renovation but a short and nice walk to the other pool. Fantastic view of the lake and walking area. Also, a good pool view when it opens could be noisy, though, if you don't have kids. They have elevators or steps. Good close by breakfast and coffee, too. Our unit was nicely decorated. My only issue was that the cleaning people didn't do a good job...
We have stayed several times over the last few years. Location is fantastic. Parking was adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool area was very nice and looking forward to new pool and bar area. However, the last condo unit was not up to the standard of vista cay. Missing kitchen items, broken small appliances, sparse living room items, very out dated appearance.
Overall great stay and location. Would love for website to post where townhouse availability is because we would have chosen one closer to an open pool since main one down for maintenance (which we knew about ahead of time). There were some slight issues in the townhouse that could have been easy repairs that were not done yet, but it was clean, comfortable and we will definitely stay here again.
So, I rented my room from AirBnB. I’m not here to review my room but the resort itself (my place was great). The facility was clean and I saw maintenance cleaning the halls daily. The main pool is closed during our stay and everyone was directed to use the secondary pool. The problem with this is overcrowding. SUPER LUXE HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Very good room, very new and big. I stayed here to go to Disneyland. Transportation can only be done by taxi or car rental. There is a Disney shuttle bus, but the schedule is tight and there are not many. A very cost-effective hotel. The hotel is also very big and has many rooms.
Very good, there is a shuttle to Disneyland
Very spacious room and great for family gathering.
The room is OK. It's a normal American hotel. It's quite big. The service is pretty good. But the deposit is really not returned once you pay it. I've been there for almost 3 months and the deposit is still not returned. Friends who want to go should think carefully.
The location is good. It's very convenient to go to Disneyland. The environment and services are very good. My child lost a stuffed dog. When the hotel found it, two people came to deliver it to the room. I will choose here next time.

Very nice ambient for business stay. Very cool and peaceful place surrounded by trees and with a very nice pool. The swimming pool is nice, and when I arrived, there were welcome cookies that taste very good! Check in and check out process is easy, and fast, workers here are helpful and friendly.
There is no view of Disneyland at all, false advertising, but the hotel is ok.

Children can go there every day and stay in the hotel all day and feel very relaxed. It's very close and convenient to go to the Disneyland.
The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. It was a great and enjoyable experience
I go to Orlando once a month with my mom because we have WDW annual passes. We've been trying different hotels each time because we're trying to optimize. Coronado Springs is the only one that I prefer to this Hilton, thus far. Disney Springs is pretty cool, and you can walk there (using pedestrian bridges) from the hotel. My only gripe with it is the extremely high resort fee.
We had a great trip. I wish we could have received a late check out but they did store luggage until our flight times.
The location is perfect for a short walk to Disney Springs! The lazy river is awesome! The room was spacious! The buffet at Letter Press was very impressive and food was great. We were super impressed with the gluten free bread choices and the dedicated gluten free toaster! You have no idea how important that is for my daughter with celiac!
Hilton looks a bit old and other than that is okkkk in general I’ll rate it a 7/10
Nothing great about this hotel. Not very clean. Some staff really nice and some quite unfriendly and unhelpful. First room smelt and was damp and wet I had concerns about mould. So cold no option to turn the AC off it kept turning on. Mediocre stay overall wouldn't stay again.

Amazing stay We stayed for one night to get fast passes and upgraded to club level, every aspect was well worth the money we paid. Beautiful hotel and probably the highlight for the kids was the night time movie in the pool.
We stayed here for 9 nights in Club Level and enjoyed our stay. House keeping is clearly overrun, sometime our room wouldn't cleaned until after 6pm which was a bit frustrating when you'd run out of towels etc.. beyond that all good, Club Lounge is a nice space, you can easily eat a decent breakfast and dinner there.
The hotel itself is very nice, but the room was just ok. For the amount of money paid per night, the room was pretty bare, nothing special about it at all. The only thing that made the hotel worth the price, in my opinion, is the fast passes that were included for the parks. Overall, it was clean, ok enough, and I would stay again, but only for the fast passes.
