Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Orlando1 / 50

The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel. Other than that, it was a very perfect stay!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and there is quite a few places to eat in and around the resort! Plenty if things to see and do with a bar...
We live about an hour away from the parks but wanted to stay at a Universal hotel to make our time away from work more convenient and relaxing. Having such a close proximity to the parks was great. If you stay at the hotel, walk over to the Sapphire Falls hotel to take the water taxi instead of taking the buses to and from City Walk. It is much more relaxing and enjoyable. The buses are crowded and...
My husband and I recently stayed at Cabana Bay for 6 days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We had the most AMAZING experience! For the moment we checked in, everyone was super friendly. They gave us an anniversary pin to wear throughout the week. The rooms were super cute and clean. I’m a huge mid century modern enthusiast and this hotel was like a dream come true! Every aspect of the hotel...
First time my wife and I have stayed at any Universal resorts and it will definitely not be the last!!! Loved the retro decor, these ease of checking in, the shops, food and bars . The lazy river was nice to chill in, the different pools and the view of Volcano Bay was awesome!! Every staff member greeted us with a smile from the check in to the housekeepers!! And best of all the pricing was very reasonable...
Good room but needs touch ups badly. We stayed in the family suite 2 bedroom with volcano view ...paid a pretty penny just needs some touch up. The housekeeping staff is amazing very sweet. Wish the pool had a more convenient entrance from the expensive tower rooms. Went to the splash pad side my 5 yr old was only on in it after 5 min he had a chemical burn. Notified the life guard they came and tried...
I freaking love this place. The first day we stayed it rained but there is so much to do here. They have an arcade room, bowling, a bunch of food, shopping, you name it. The second day we stayed we got to enjoy the pools, and lazy river. They have a place to buy Cool rafts. The bars offer a drink mug which you can put another drink in for a discounted price. The rooms are big and we had a great view...

The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.
The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.
My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Not sure why they would put an open bar in the lobby. I would have asked to be...
Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.
The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.
Everything, amazing accommodations. Great room service and restaurants. Loved the pools! And having Starbucks on site was a bonus.

We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed. We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful...
This is such a beautiful hotel! My husband and I were here for a business event. The event space was stunning, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and professional. We enjoyed the amenities, like the beautiful pool and hot tub. There is high quality and enjoyable food at the hotel restaurants and store as well. Highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again.
This Hyatt is top of the line in service and accommodations. Our room was so large and clean. My mom was able to bring her scooter into the room because of the space. Our luggage was delayed from the airline and a bell man brought our luggage to our room and actually set it up for us. Every day we were greeted with smiles and every single person had a pleasant attitude from the bellman to the customer...
My stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I checked in until my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless and enjoyable. I stayed here for a company conference and really only utilized the meeting space and my guest room. The guest room was large and very clean. The mattress was pretty firm, you have a coffee/tea maker in the room and bottled water plus a small fridge. The conference space was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The banquet food was also good, I really appreciated the fresh veggie...

Loved our stay, clean, friendly service, excellent location, and well decorated and arranged two bedroom suite

The trip was excellent, spacious room & hall. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay even though it was only 1 night.

Nice clean hotel. More lifts needed for a long corridor. We got room at the end of the corridor and the walk from lift was quite a bit.
Love this hotel. Has an array of food options, great rooms and pool area.
Loved my unit 4862 #406. The pool was under renovation but a short and nice walk to the other pool. Fantastic view of the lake and walking area. Also, a good pool view when it opens could be noisy, though, if you don't have kids. They have elevators or steps. Good close by breakfast and coffee, too. Our unit was nicely decorated. My only issue was that the cleaning people didn't do a good job...
We have stayed several times over the last few years. Location is fantastic. Parking was adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool area was very nice and looking forward to new pool and bar area. However, the last condo unit was not up to the standard of vista cay. Missing kitchen items, broken small appliances, sparse living room items, very out dated appearance.
Overall great stay and location. Would love for website to post where townhouse availability is because we would have chosen one closer to an open pool since main one down for maintenance (which we knew about ahead of time). There were some slight issues in the townhouse that could have been easy repairs that were not done yet, but it was clean, comfortable and we will definitely stay here again.
So, I rented my room from AirBnB. I’m not here to review my room but the resort itself (my place was great). The facility was clean and I saw maintenance cleaning the halls daily. The main pool is closed during our stay and everyone was directed to use the secondary pool. The problem with this is overcrowding. The pool bar had a menu with food but we were told they are out of all food … during...
Everything was just wonderful! Very happy customer! Thank you! The Italian restaurant was just amazing, and CeCe our server was top notch! Everything was great! For the amount of people that go through that facility, a great job was had by all! From the check in to check out, excellent!

Amazing location for visiting Epcot. You can walk or take the boat to either them park. The towel animals were super cute when checking in. If you’re Platinum or higher with Marriott you get to pick your welcome gift at the Fuel market in the lobby. The beds we’re comfortable and the a/c was very cold. The only downside is the resort fee and parking charge which adds about $70 a day to the nightly...
We always have a great time when we have stayed at the dolphin. We enjoy eating a fuel, or the other restaurants, the pool, sing fireworks from our room, and overall atmosphere. We love that the hotel is so close to the parks and that the facility offers so many different amenities. I have to give a special shout out to Mohammed from the front desk. He was kind, sincere, genuine, and really made me...
The resort as a whole is really nice. However for the money it's costs to stay here, the rooms could be better. The bathrooms are small and not configured to be accommodating. There is a door stop in the floor that will get stepped on every time you get out of the shower and it's not fun to step on. I will say the people who clean the rooms are fantastic! The pool area is amazing. All of the restaurants...
I stayed at the Dolphin with my family and overall had a good experience. The biggest benefit of the Dolphin (and Swan) is that you get direct access to the boats that take you to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Room was great, very clean and comfortable. Best pillows in a hotel I've ever stayed in. Hot water was plentiful and immediate. The hotel itself was easy to navigate and had several different food options. Only issue was the concierge and front desk staff were not very knowledgeable or welcoming and the food service is pretty slow.
Very nice hotel and very quiet rooms! The staff is friendly, and the restaurant/bar options are nice. The pool is heated which was nice since it was a cooler Florida day with a breeze. Was impressed with the layout and structure of this building. Rooms were nice, pool was big, only one clothing drawer in the room. Microwave available for use in the deli. We enjoyed the lazy river as well as the bonfires in the evening. The restaurant menu was limited, but the food was good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Wonderful hotel! The location is great and the hotel itself is very clean, beautiful and modern! The staff is very hygienic and the maids do a great job of keeping the rooms clean and sterilized. Comfortable and clean room. Room service did a great job cleaning. Very thorough. The pool was great and the grounds are well kept and maintained. The conference facility is also good. Nice place and all, but its certainly engineered to nickel and dime you as much as possible. I bought a bottle of water in one of the shops and it was $7.50. That is insulting to me. The Villa De Flora is worth every penny if you're into buffets. Very good food. Stayed for a conference, but would likely not choose to stay here if I had to pay for it myself.
This review is for the ice, not the hotel. My only complaint is the 22 dollars for a parking lot, considering a family of four will start spending at a minimum 150.00. Parking should be a courtesy. Also I had to pay 12 dollars extra for buying the tickets online. Folks buy on site to save the extra fee. There were ticket machines in addition to the ticket desk. There was maybe 10 people in line....
This is one of the most amazing hotels that I have ever stayed at. Walking around the grounds is so fun to explore. There are multiple restaurants available for all types of people. The only negative I could come up with is that...
My family and I attended the ICE attraction. We are native Floridians and have never experienced the holiday season with cold weather. Ice was great but a little pricey, however I can understand since it hard to keep ice dry and looking so beautiful. The parking was outrageous, 23.00 regardless, whether you stay an hour or all day. It cost more than the tickets. The hotel was gorgeous! I just might stay there as a local vacation. I'm rated it a 3 because parking is too much.

It is a very ideal place to spend a vacation if you have the time. A whole lot of amenities for both adults and kids to enjoy. It was a great and enjoyable experience
I go to Orlando once a month with my mom because we have WDW annual passes. We've been trying different hotels each time because we're trying to optimize. Coronado Springs is the only one that I prefer to this Hilton, thus far. Disney Springs is pretty cool, and you can walk there (using pedestrian bridges) from the hotel. My only gripe with it is the extremely high resort fee.
We had a great trip. I wish we could have received a late check out but they did store luggage until our flight times.
The location is perfect for a short walk to Disney Springs! The lazy river is awesome! The room was spacious! The buffet at Letter Press was very impressive and food was great. We were super impressed with the gluten free bread choices and the dedicated gluten free toaster! You have no idea how important that is for my daughter with celiac!
Hilton looks a bit old and other than that is okkkk in general I’ll rate it a 7/10
Nothing great about this hotel. Not very clean. Some staff really nice and some quite unfriendly and unhelpful. First room smelt and was damp and wet I had concerns about mould. So cold no option to turn the AC off it kept turning on. Mediocre stay overall wouldn't stay again.

A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area. Children can go there every day and stay in the hotel all day and feel very relaxed. It's very close and convenient to go to the Disneyland.
The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. Good hotel, great location and amenities. Beds weren't as comfortable as I was hoping for but not bad.
They don’t provide bottled water which is surprising considering the price of the rooms. The queue to check in was crazy long so buffer time.
Really nice hotel booked purely for the express passes, Check in was slow and took about 40-45 minutes but all the staff were friendly and you couldn’t wish for a better location.
Right on Universal Orlando property within walking distance to Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. Nice size room, comfortable bed, and wonderful walk in shower Everything was nice and clean, but the pond out front did have some trash that should be fished out. The staff was polite and welcoming. I liked that you could text the front desk directly. I gave a 9 because of a problem...
Really close to the Universal parks Room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. Rooms and hotel in general was very clean We were checked in with no issues, staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is perfectly situated for access to islands of adventure, citywalk and universal studios. It is either an 8 minute walk or a few minutes in a water taxi direct to citywalk. The express passes were a lifesaver when it was very busy at the parks plus early entry was good.
Easy walk or boat ride to Universal Studios park Bed was comfortable. If you’re going to the theme park and need a rest break, this is so close to Universal that you can do that. Clean Excellent service! Arrived at 6am to get my unlimited express passes. Staff was really friendly
Short & convenient walk from Universal, with nice look and relaxed atmosphere - particularly enjoyed quiet evenings poolside watching Xmas movies projected outdoors. If you’re travelling with a group or family and looking to make most of rides in the Parks it’s well worth paying the small premium for this hotel for a night or two to benefit from the FREE ‘Unlimited Express’ passes. Enabled ride of...
On the Universal Studios property. Sushi at Orchid Lounge was excellent and I’m not a sushi lover.

Very nice and clean units. The kitchen comes basically fully equipped with whatever you need. However parking is abysmal at night time and the unit I stayed in had a minor bug problem. Beautiful pool.
Nice location, beautiful resort. We have what is supposed to be a handicapped Accessories room ,the shower have no grab bars, the shower floor have no Slip strips, the shower floor is very slippery. The handicapped parking is on the wrong end, steps are in front of the the handicapped parking you have to go down the walkway to in front of the building then go back up to the elevator to the second...
There is always something to do. They have an itinerary and the service is spectacular. I have no complaints.
Great place for Disney quiet and relaxing everything you need is here
Modern and comfortable. Nice amenities and plenty of space. Convenient location for Disney. Would definitely stay again.
Staff is so knowledgeable and pleasantly helpful. My Grand daughter loves the staff at the Activity Centre. If you need an item for your villa it is at your door within 30 minutes.

Super sweet and quaint little resort!! Super clean, well designed. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Amazing communication and efforts during hurricane milton. Rooms are awesome. My kids loved all the amenities and had an amazing time!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! We will be back!!
Big rooms with many amenities like kitchen, washing machine. 2 showers 2 bedrooms and living room that is very comfortable for families. The rooms are old fashioned design but everything works and it was clean. the hotel is fairly priced and i would say it is good value for money. Bottom line recommend.
This was just the place I needed for my Orlando vacation! The resort was such a sweet community filled with tons of amenities from the pirate ship pool and mini golf to the restaurant and pool tables. The people at the front desk made us feel special and wanted to give us the best stay. We also enjoyed sitting out on the screened in balcony watching the hurricane pass through. Rooms were nicely appointed...
We’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed. The resort is awesome for kids and the staff is super friendly. Centrally located near lots of activities, shopping, and restaurants. The pool grill is really great too. Nothing but praise for the Marriott Harbour Lake.
We recently booked to stay here for a week. The front desk and recreation room were friendly and welcoming, 5 stars. The building we were assigned had renovations going on ALL DAY until 8pm. There was a consistent noise like a compressor literally all day until 8pm. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with the major dips on the side and the rise in the middle. The pool area may not be as grand...
The rooms were huge, very comfortable and clean. The pools with the small waterpark and thr minigolf were excellent entertainment for the kids.
