Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Orlando1 / 50

Orlando, 6550 Adventure Way 🧭 Map
I’m a huge mid century modern enthusiast and this hotel was like a dream come true! Every aspect of the hotel all the way down to the Zest soap/V05 shampoo is spot on! They did a phenomenal job capturing every single detail
My husband and I recently stayed at Cabana Bay for 6 days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We had the most AMAZING experience! For the moment we checked in, everyone was super friendly
First time my wife and I have stayed at any Universal resorts and it will definitely not be the last!!! Loved the retro decor, these ease of checking in, the shops, food and bars
We loved that they have a microwave and small fridge in our room (we made breakfast and dinner in our room. The gym is awesome, the pool is super fun…
everything was so wonderful! If we ever make it back to FL, we will definitely be staying at Cabana Bay! We love them!
They gave us an anniversary pin to wear throughout the week. The rooms were super cute and clean

It has any type of equipment you could want and offers spin and yoga classes. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and a slide. It had the biggest TV I have seen in a hotel room
We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed
The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies. The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well
My stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I checked in until my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless and enjoyable
Every meal was delightful, catering to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences. My room was lovely, offering comfort, cleanliness, and a tranquil environment to relax after a day of events
This Hyatt is top of the line in service and accommodations. Our room was so large and clean. My mom was able to bring her scooter into the room because of the space

The pool was under renovation but a short and nice walk to the other pool. Fantastic view of the lake and walking area. Also, a good pool view when it opens could be noisy, though, if you don't have kids
They have elevators or steps. Good close by breakfast and coffee, too. Our unit was nicely decorated. My only issue was that the cleaning people didn't do a good job on the floors
You could see trash particles under the dining table and in the living room. Also, the outside patio furniture was so filthy that it dirtier my white t-shirt, especially in the egg chair, which was wonderful to have
All in all, I would choose this unit and location again
Everything was just wonderful! Very happy customer! Thank you! The Italian restaurant was just amazing, and CeCe our server was top notch! Everything was great! For the amount of people that go through that facility, a great job was had by all! From the check in to check out, excellent!
Nice clean hotel. More lifts needed for a long corridor. We got room at the end of the corridor and the walk from lift was quite a bit.

Orlando, 1500 Epcot Resorts Boulevard 🧭 Map
The boys ate at The Fountain and had burger and chips ($50) We added a roll away bed for $36 and late check out for the same price. Really nice facilities but we did not have the time to enjoy them all
Although overall customer service is good at the Dolphin, this gentleman definitely exceeded my expectations when interacting with him! My husband and I are very impressed and definitely plan to return, one again ☺️
Room wasn’t cleaned well Bar staff at pool very unhelpful Kathryn bar manager very rude Shame as it’s a lovely hotel Disney woman also hard to deal with
The adults Had dinner at the Blue Zoo Todd’s English - the lobster bucatini and the salmon with white wine sauce and both were delicious ($140 with tip)! We had pineapple whip cocktail which was strong and well made
The Dolphin is an absolute delight. You can walk to Epcot or Disney Hollywood Studios. But if you’re feeling tired, no stress, just take the boat
Great location for Epcot. So easy to get there and felt very safe. Loved the food at the hotel restaurant. Fun in the pool very relaxing

Very good room, very new and big. I stayed here to go to Disneyland. Transportation can only be done by taxi or car rental. There is a Disney shuttle bus, but the schedule is tight and there are not many
Well appointed and comfortable. Some rooms are a little dated, but generally a nice destination. Food served at the restaurant was good. Morning cafeteria in main building was slow and the pastries were not fresh
The hotel features an outdoor communal pool and boasts beautiful surroundings. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of dining options
The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, each featuring a business area and bathrooms with separate wet and dry zones. It provides exceptional value for money. SUPER LUXE HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The gym and hot tub right after really relaxed me so well I had the best sleep of my life. Thanks for the excellent service. I would really highly recommend this hotel
The hotel is also very big and has many rooms

Hotel was extremely clean and the food options provided at the hotel where pretty good. The pool is nice even though I didn't enjoy it
The hotel is also within walking distance of a few restaurants in centrally located near many areas of entertainment in good dining
Room was great, very clean and comfortable. Best pillows in a hotel I've ever stayed in. Hot water was plentiful and immediate. The hotel itself was easy to navigate and had several different food options
Right across from the Orange County Convention Center
Located near Valcano bay and i believe Universal. Definitely a resort worth going to. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. Staff are polite and very professional. Oh yeah and the views are stunning, especially at night
The room has all the normal amenities (mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, etc). There's not a whole lot of young people there. Probably more attractive stay for business people or families with more money

Oh, and most importantly! The free shuttle service to and from Disney world, which is 15 min away, at fixed timings was a money saver. Overall a really good and complete experience
It was clean and the front desk service was good. The only thing was we had to pay the parking, that wasn't in informed.
The room was nice and I met my friends by chance
Conveniently located on International drive. Great mix of family and different ages. Really enjoyed our unit on the fifth floor. full one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Super convenient for cooking meals
The follow-ups by the staff, specifically Chris, to ensure we had a good stay and no further complaints were awesome. This resort has highly professional and friendly personnel
Absolutely stunning gym facilities and wonderful main pool area. Also enjoyed playing billiards pool side. My only critic is that we did not enjoy the restaurant as it wasn’t full service

The location is perfect for a short walk to Disney Springs! The lazy river is awesome! The room was spacious! The buffet at Letter Press was very impressive and food was great
Disney Springs is right across the street. The pool area and lazy river are very well designed. The kiddie pool is perfect for children ages 0-5, and parents can sit back and relax while watching their kids play
Coronado Springs is the only one that I prefer to this Hilton, thus far. Disney Springs is pretty cool, and you can walk there (using pedestrian bridges) from the hotel
We were super impressed with the gluten free bread choices and the dedicated gluten free toaster! You have no idea how important that is for my daughter with celiac!
The staff at the breakfast buffet was great and even asked us if we wanted a cup of coffee to go and she actually made us two new coffees for us to take away
We stayed in a fireworks viewing room, and we could see two different fireworks shows far away from our room every night from 9:00-10:00

The swimming pool is nice, and when I arrived, there were welcome cookies that taste very good! Check in and check out process is easy, and fast, workers here are helpful and friendly
There is one on the G floor, which has a good breakfast and is always open. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby
Good experience overall but fell short on service at the cafe in lobby area
A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area
Children can go there every day and stay in the hotel all day and feel very relaxed. It's very close and convenient to go to the Disneyland

Because we went to Disney, the service has been downgraded to a 4, but it is still quite good for a hotel (Disney's customer service was too good!). The large pool even has a ping pong table and a sandy beach
There is a Starbucks and dining area that are open until late, so you can eat whatever you like for dinner after the park. There is also a wide variety of vegetables and rice, so Japanese people will love it!
A lovely hotel to stay in. Close to all the attractions. The hotel should cater to vegans more. But the rest of the services are great.
The room is quite big, but the hotel check-in is quite slow, there is a long queue, there are many rooms and many people, the soundproofing is not good, it is quite noisy, at night there seemed to be two foreigners living next to us who were particularly noisy, we later complained, the hotel said that there were too many people and they couldn't change the room, they could only remind the guests next...
But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen
Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage

This resort was great for families with small children. I frequently stay at Marriott's globally and this resort met all my expectations. Great location, pool area and activities for the kids
Super sweet and quaint little resort!! Super clean, well designed. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Amazing communication and efforts during hurricane milton
The people at the front desk made us feel special and wanted to give us the best stay. We also enjoyed sitting out on the screened in balcony watching the hurricane pass through
This was just the place I needed for my Orlando vacation! The resort was such a sweet community filled with tons of amenities from the pirate ship pool and mini golf to the restaurant and pool tables
The room was large with plenty of space. The staff was friendly and very nice. Everyone took time to greet us as we passed and always asked if we needed anything
My kids loved all the amenities and had an amazing time!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! We will be back!!

They also comped an executive suite for the couple for the night. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and purposefully designed. There were ample supplies in the room
Thank you, Brittany! My room was amazing. The cleaning staff were helpful without being overbearing. The half price wings were a welcome spot on cool evenings
This is a good choice if you are traveling for business. Its location makes it very convenient if you are traveling to Orlando
Short distance to convention center with plenty to do. Good selection of nearby restaurants bars and entertainment. Rooms are clean and attractive. Staff has been top notch
I had a salad, fish, rice dish and fruit (thanks to the buffet staff for accommodating my request). I like it better than Rosen Center because there are shops and restaurants across the street
They gave us the option of having a different room, or check in at 8:30 pm. They then moved our belongings to the desired room the following day while we were out enjoying our vacation. We celebrated a special event

I ate at the little on-site cafe, and it was good and not too costly. All in all the staff was courteous and helpful
Best hotel team ever for an event ! I was there for a business trip and the entire hotel - bartenders, servers, manager, director, chef were all amazing! We had a group of 100+ and wanted to host an impromptu happy hour
- enormous - good restaurant and propriety - safe
I just recently attended a conference at this hotel and what a pleasure it was. The hotel is beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. I have to specifically mention the awesome staff at the pool bar
While we would have loved to go to the breakfast buffet and treat ourselves we had to pinch pennies while there waiting for the resort to correct their error

It is convenient to take a taxi to the supermarket to buy food and go shopping at the outlet. I highly recommend it! I was supposed to check out at 11 o'clock, but I wanted to extend it for one more hour
Hotel and room were spotless - pool area beautiful and lots of different areas to enjoy
The hotel room is very new and clean! It is very convenient to go to various parks, either by shuttle or by boat. I like it very much and was surprised that it was so comfortable
Very good location, very close to various places in Disneyland, and the service is very good. Although it is not an official Disney resort. But it still has a holiday atmosphere
The price-performance ratio is very high. I can only say that the real thing is much better than the photos. The transportation is convenient and the location is excellent
The location is very good. Free shuttle to animal kingdom and free water taxi to Hollywood Park.

It had a small refrigerator, a blow dryer and a TV, a nightstand and the dresser on the inside was clean! There's was a pool in the back that looked really nice for the kids and family that wanted to swim and just stick around the hotel
Firstly, the room was not fully cleaned during our stay. One of the most frustrating problems was the toilet, which clogged almost daily, making it difficult to use as waste wouldn’t flush properly
The rooms for me looked great! My sister and I just stayed there to sleep because we spent most of our days at Disney world! We crashed this hotel
I'm not saying all the rooms look like that but ours did and I didn't mind it. It looked just like the picture. It also had modern day furniture in it but the room we stayed in was antique looking
The faculty seemed very nice and the grounds were kept up and clean! We stayed on the first floor. You could hear the traffic from the road at times but for the most part it was pretty quiet
Sent from my iPhone I was hesitant when I booked this hotel because it is an older property, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were fairly updated, clean and comfortable

beyond that all good, Club Lounge is a nice space, you can easily eat a decent breakfast and dinner there
Beautiful hotel and probably the highlight for the kids was the night time movie in the pool
This hotel is very good, the rooms are large and clean, the scenery is picturesque, the Italian food in the hotel is very authentic, and the boat ride to Universal Studios is full of scenery
You must stay at this hotel when you go to Universal Studios!! The hotel room card is the Universal Express Pass, very affordable The hotel is very large and the swimming pool is heated There are buses and water taxis directly to Universal Very convenient, equivalent to living in Universal You can enter and exit the park many times a day
The only downside is that the bottled water provided in the room is charged, but there is no notice, and it is directly deducted from the hotel deposit
The hotel is currently under renovation, which affects the appearance of the facilities, and the service attitude of the dock staff is average

Had a pleasant stay at the double tree. We needed a good site centrally located to several events I was attending over the weekend and it didn't disappoint. The room was clean and well organized
Starbucks on site was a little busy and expensive. Overall this was best nightly deal we could find, but the cost of parking would be a deterrent in the future
I also found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had about the facility and the surrounding area. I've attended several events at this location and will likely stay here again in the future
Near to universal studio theme parks and nice service staff at reception
I got in the shower after he left and while the water did flow it was scalding hot at all temperature levels. I advised the front desk at checkout, they thanked me for letting them know
I think it would have been nice if they took some off the bill as the reasons for staying in a hotel are literally to sleep and clean-up

We’ve stayed at this beautiful resort several times, and it’s our favorite HGVC resort in Orlando! We love the comfortable rooms, the screened in porches, and the gorgeous walking path around the lake! Great pools & hot tubs as well
Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable, it’s definitely a place to vacation and relax when you’re not home! Resort has a small store/restaurant with a lot of different things, plenty of options as well as a Starbucks
They’ve also seriously upgraded their TV viewing options, so we could watch the football games we wanted to watch and access the streaming services we have as well. Great deli & bar, and very friendly staff!
This resort and the staff understand the purpose of vacationing away from home. You won't miss home with all the comfort and amenities this resort offers. Plus, a plush mattress sofa bed too
Great experience. Our second trip here. We love it. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and modern. The landscaping was wonderful. This is a top-notch resort! We hope to be back soon.
