But other rooms, specifically higher up, seem to have a pretty good one. I got another accessibility room. So not sure if this is why the bathroom is the way it is, or of all are like this, but not a fan of the bathroom

We did have a fire alarm go off during the night, but we feel like it was handled well and we're grateful nothing serious happened. We highly recommend this resort and it has everything we were looking for!

It's always amazing! The staff is very welcoming. The property is in good condition. This is the perfect place to enjoy the Orlando area

Clean, spacious suite with one king bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice views, watch the Disney fireworks in the evening. Nice pool next to a small cafe and restaurant where we had delicious fish and chips by the pool

The staff was always friendly and polite! The pool was fun with music, daily games and prizes. The kids will definitely love this! The garage was not very well designed with limited space to park your car

To be clear we don't own here, we have stayed at several resorts in the area and decided this was where we would spend our time and money on vacation. Yes, the added daily resort fee is excessive

Excellent hotel, clean large rooms, great staff and inside access to the Florida Mall. The event included lunch and breakfast both of which were very good as well

This hotel has friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed. What more can I ask for it? I stayed one night during a work trip, and I remembered a server who name Jesus at breakfast

The rooms even though spacious are very outdated with chipped furniture and paint peeling from window sills. The rooms are still comfortable. Even outdated, The hotel is worth the experience

The hotel lobby leads out INTO the Florida mall! The rooms have refrigerators and an AC unit that works great but there are no microwaves

Great resort for families! Lots of fun for kids including a huge wrap around pool, splash pad, and water slide open late, too! The bartender outside can make delicious virgin drinks for the kids as well

Most excellent service! Wish I could give 10 stars for an amazing experience! We had a package delivered beforehand and wonderful Stephanie (and her IMPECCABLE customer service!!) made sure we were reunited with it upon our arrival

Great rooms with modern sinks and granite counters. Bed wasn't as comfortable, but it had lots of down pillows to adjust things to your preference. Nice amenities for solo travelers and families

We opted for the resort experience and didn't need our bedding changed,but Sharon on our floor kept us well stocked in towels and tp! Will definitely recommend!!

Location, rooms and service are great. The only complaint is lack of hot water at all times. Even when taking a shower at 10pm there is a lack of hot water. Otherwise wonderful place to stay and very friendly staff

The renovations made years ago are still seen today in the modern upgrades. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the valets were Johnny on the spot (quickly hustling)

Only 5min or so from the airport. Make sure you call the hotel for the shuttle once you get your bag. Only takes the driver 5min to get to the airport. the hotel has been renovated and the room looks great

I love the shower, large and the pressure is perfect. The M lounge is basic but everything you need. Breakfast is the lounge include eggs, oatmeal, fruits

Although close to the airport the noise from passing planes was non existent. Another great Marriott property

the evening little sweet treats, soft drinks for free, the alcohol is honour bar ($) Make sure you request a Lake view. It’s quiet and the view in the morning is great. The staff was fantastic and professional

They were in middle of renovations when we stayed there and the hotel is absolutely magnificent! We got a brand new room and we were blown away by how nice it was! Service was top notch

This Hotel is pretty good! I love Charlie, the Blue and Gold Macaw in the lobby he is very friendly

The walls also sound pretty thin as you can hear all your neighbors (with lots of kids for the theme parks). No frills but was a good price

They have a nice pool area, staff, and rooms but the only thing I didn't like is that I could hear every word said by the neighboring room when I turned my television off!

I didn't like how the front desk also has a "vacation sales" or whatever desk so you're always getting accosted to buy park tickets or vacation packages

It has any type of equipment you could want and offers spin and yoga classes. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and a slide. It had the biggest TV I have seen in a hotel room

We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed

The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies. The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well

Adorable hotel. To me it felt like a modern Game of Thrones decor. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast, with honestly the best eggs ever. Loved our waiter and staff. Beautiful place with great service.

Interesting Hotel concept, very pretty Lobby. Hallways are very dark with the feel of an old castle crossed with a new hotel. Be aware that room service ends at 11 pm. Also the mediocre bottle of wine in the room is $35

Excellent stay! We were here for 8 nights in a king suite. We checked in on a Friday afternoon & checked out early on a Saturday Morning. The rooms were comfortable & clean

We initially booked a hotel at the Holiday Inn across from Universal through Costco’s travel package, but after reading all the nightmare-fuel reviews about that Holiday Inn we decided to do a last minute change and ended up booking our stay with Candlewood Suites instead

It was very quiet and the room was clean and smelled fresh, and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! That's all a big deal! We could see the fireworks from Disney from our room, which our granddaughter loved! I highly recommend staying here

My only issue was the sofa bed didn’t have a blanket with the sheets & pillow. The coffee maker did break 3 days in & we never had another one brought after we notified the front desk, but that is ok

The noise level was ridiculous! You never heard anyone, ever! This is probably the quietest hotel I have ever been in! The free washers & dryers were great too! We only had to have our own detergent

If I could give Candlewood Suites more stars, I would

The resort is large, a good number of eating options. If you don't get a suite, the rooms are pretty small. The bathroom door to the shower doesn't even open all the way. No meals are covered with a basic room rental

Amazing location for visiting Epcot. You can walk or take the boat to either them park. The towel animals were super cute when checking in

We always have a great time when we have stayed at the dolphin. We enjoy eating a fuel, or the other restaurants, the pool, sing fireworks from our room, and overall atmosphere

Although overall customer service is good at the Dolphin, this gentleman definitely exceeded my expectations when interacting with him! My husband and I are very impressed and definitely plan to return, one again ☺️

If you’re Platinum or higher with Marriott you get to pick your welcome gift at the Fuel market in the lobby. The beds we’re comfortable and the a/c was very cold

I stayed at the Dolphin with my family and overall had a good experience. The biggest benefit of the Dolphin (and Swan) is that you get direct access to the boats that take you to Hollywood Studios and Epcot

Lol but they made sure our reservation was taken care of and assured us our late arrival was no problem. I loved the condos, they were just as described. Having elevators in each building was a huge plus with suit cases

I can only speak about the newer units in the Reserve. They were beautiful and modern. Full kitchen with pots, dishes, silverware, cups and glassware, and cutting boards. There is also a coffee maker and blender

We really enjoyed the pool and the walk along the water and watching the beautiful sunset from our patio. We loved staying here because it was close to shopping, universal and dining options

I was thoroughly impressed by this place! For the price, you get quite a spacious room with a full kitchenette and a smart TV. Everything was very clean, and the amenities in the room just work perfectly

Great experience, hotel was right in front of icon park, breakfast was good, staff was great, and tried their best to take care of us. Rooms were modern, beds were comfy

Service was quick and straightforward. The location is quite good because ICON park is only a few minute walk, and there are some more restaurant options in the adjacent shopping center

The lots are shared with The Orlando Eye/Icon and a shopping plaza next door, as well as the giant parking garage. There's no reserved section for the hotel other than Valet which costs even more

Chatting the front desk through the Marriott app was basically nonexistent. The one major complaint I have is the parking situation. I would suggest you don't pay for parking

It's a little dated but the amenities are good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff were outstanding, Julio was amazing. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable

We rented a room with a bedroom (2 beds) and a master suite that had a Jacuzzi-style tub and shower, a kitchen (equipped with a few appliances and cooking utensils), a living room, and a laundry area

Great resort for families. Clean spacious condo apartments. Love the in unit washer and dryer. Awesome pool; kids love it. Within walking distance of fast food, shopping and more!

Renovations in Tower 2 are great, and rooms are much brighter and inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is parking during events. But they are definitely making positive changes from the past.

The charter bus to all the Disney parks, including Disney Springs, is so convenient and a load off of us parents after a full day at the parks

THREE swimming pools, yes three!! Besides a hot steam pool which is great for lazing around. Good long morning walks and an exhaustive fitness centre too

Oh, and most importantly! The free shuttle service to and from Disney world, which is 15 min away, at fixed timings was a money saver. Overall a really good and complete experience

I'd suggest that relaxing in the resort for a few days and exploring its features is better than clubbing it with a theme park visit, so as to fully get the resort experience. Picture attached is the view from my balcony

ALSO, the water tastes like pool water and it's more expensive than gas in their marketplace so bring bottled FOR SURE! Other than that, the rooms and pools are VERY clean. Pirate ship pools are awesome with a big slide

My family and I stayed a week at this location and loved it! The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom villa and it was beautiful! The resort had its own cute little grocery that offered made to order sandwiches and salads

Hyatt Place Orlando is fabulous! The staff is the best I have ever experienced at a hotel; they are personable, friendly, funny, accommodating, and more! We were able to check in early (5 hours!) and you cannot beat how close it is to Universal Studios

Location is very good because it is a 10-15 minute walk to Universal Studios and less than a 5 minute drive to Orlando Kosher Grill

Our experience so far has been great. We had an early flight in, but we're still able to check in around 11, which was perfect so we didn't have to find a place for our bags. The staff was very friendly and professional

Wow! Can I say amazing breakfast options. The 6 cold cereal options, bagel/toast, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt with different fresh fruit. And even ALMOND milk!!! That is before getting to a great room

It is centrally located in Orlando near I-drive and Universal Studios. Two drawbacks were the housekeeping cart was in the hall for two days and hard to find a parking space Saturday night late

Very clean, spacious and centrally located. The room I stayed in was a one bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious. It had a separate bedroom and large bathroom with a full kitchen

Suites are large with great facilities - ideal if you have kids who are happy to take the sofa bed. Pool is basic but clean and safe, with plenty of beds and fresh towels available

There is a large pool with a bar. There is also a restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast for an extra charge. We did not eat at the hotel so I do not have a review of the food

This is a much nicer hotel then I normally stay in. Very nice accomodations if you are staying in Orlando. Great views from upper floors. I highly recommend this hotel!

Daily turn down service was excellent. Morning breakfast was pretty good and included with nightly rate. Only thing I would request would be to extend breakfast until 10:30am

The room has all the normal amenities (mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, etc). There's not a whole lot of young people there. Probably more attractive stay for business people or families with more money
