Orlando, 7700 Westgate Boulevard 🧭 Map
My first time. My Sister is a time share owner and we had an AMAZING TIME IN OUR VILLA. The room service for coffee, laundry detergent, paper products, all the things you could possibly need they provide. Well maintained property. Halloween is the current holiday. They have decorated thru out the community. It's not raunchy either. We'll out together. I truly will be back.
It is a very ideal place to spend a vacation if you have the time. A whole lot of amenities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Wish I had more time to enjoy every single bit of this resort but alas my vacation was short. The customer service was very good and timely. The rooms were very clean and well put together o and the bed soft and cuddly like a cloud. Would definitely recommend to people to stay...
Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok but they didn't have comfortable drawers to put your things on and not enough places to hang towels. The kitchen had only 4 of each thing which is annoying, as you usually need one of those to prepare the food and such... The swimming pools were disappointing because they were very small, simple and always crowded. The shock was to go to...
Loved staying here. The room we stayed in was outdated in the washroom, washroom had molt in the showers and the carpet in the room had an odor. The kitchen was renovated and lovely. For the price I expect everything to be at the level of the cost and it wasn't. Customer service was great. The hot tub by our room was broken but within days was fixed, so that's a plus. Overall I would visit again but...
We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. This didn't fit our schedule... What a pain.... But, I booked a room the night before. Kevin at the check in was able to combine the two reservations and we got into the bigger suite in a day earlier. We also checked in at noon rather then 4pm. Which was great. We loved the room and we were able to walk to Walmart to get supplies for the week...
Impressed. No complaints. Staff was gracious, courteous, and prompt when service was requested. Rooms were updated, spacious and well appointed. My family enjoyed one day of the resorts amenities while on our Disney trip, which included, mini golf and the paddle boats. Staff were all nice. Grounds were well kept and beautiful. Am not an owner, although was treated as such for the deal that I got. Still...

The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel. Other than that, it was a very perfect stay!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and there is quite a few places to eat in and around the resort! Plenty if things to see and do with a bar...
We live about an hour away from the parks but wanted to stay at a Universal hotel to make our time away from work more convenient and relaxing. Having such a close proximity to the parks was great. If you stay at the hotel, walk over to the Sapphire Falls hotel to take the water taxi instead of taking the buses to and from City Walk. It is much more relaxing and enjoyable. The buses are crowded and...
My husband and I recently stayed at Cabana Bay for 6 days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We had the most AMAZING experience! For the moment we checked in, everyone was super friendly. They gave us an anniversary pin to wear throughout the week. The rooms were super cute and clean. I’m a huge mid century modern enthusiast and this hotel was like a dream come true! Every aspect of the hotel...
First time my wife and I have stayed at any Universal resorts and it will definitely not be the last!!! Loved the retro decor, these ease of checking in, the shops, food and bars . The lazy river was nice to chill in, the different pools and the view of Volcano Bay was awesome!! Every staff member greeted us with a smile from the check in to the housekeepers!! And best of all the pricing was very reasonable...
Good room but needs touch ups badly. We stayed in the family suite 2 bedroom with volcano view ...paid a pretty penny just needs some touch up. The housekeeping staff is amazing very sweet. Wish the pool had a more convenient entrance from the expensive tower rooms. Went to the splash pad side my 5 yr old was only on in it after 5 min he had a chemical burn. Notified the life guard they came and tried...
I freaking love this place. The first day we stayed it rained but there is so much to do here. They have an arcade room, bowling, a bunch of food, shopping, you name it. The second day we stayed we got to enjoy the pools, and lazy river. They have a place to buy Cool rafts. The bars offer a drink mug which you can put another drink in for a discounted price. The rooms are big and we had a great view...

Close to Disney property, good upkeep. Nice amenities, staying here grants access to sister property within walking distance. Food on property is better than expected, although nothing to write home about. All in all my experience was a positive one.
Clean and acceptable for a decent hotel. Decent price too. It does seem to have very limited amenities like no daily room cleaning or breakfast or coffee or any basics. The walls also sound pretty thin as you can hear all your neighbors (with lots of kids for the theme parks). No frills but was a good price. I was satisfied. I didn't like how the front desk also has a "vacation sales" or whatever...
We loved it. The rooms are comfortable and large. The staff is accommodating but not intrusive. The amenities were stocked and clean. We will be going back and I tell everyone to check out this hotel! The proximity to Disney is super close as well.
This Hotel is pretty good! I love Charlie, the Blue and Gold Macaw in the lobby he is very friendly. They have a nice pool area, staff, and rooms but the only thing I didn't like is that I could hear every word said by the neighboring room when I turned my television off!
Recently stayed here for a week in a 3 bedroom unit. Our group had 5 adults and 2 children. No complaints. Unit was very clean. We had an issue with one of the safes and one of the toilets running. Both were repaired VERY quickly. The pool was nice and there was also a small playground for our kids to burn off energy. The housekeeping staff was amazing. They cleaned and organized "everything" in our...
This place is beautiful and very well kept. Prices for things are fair with good staff. I had a problem with transportation to and from Disney and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When we go to Disney again or any attraction in the area we will stay there.
Everything was great! Bed was good, room was great, price was good! Will definitely be back! Very clean On the ball! In and out♥️

Excellent stay! We were here for 8 nights in a king suite. We checked in on a Friday afternoon & checked out early on a Saturday Morning. The rooms were comfortable & clean. My only issue was the sofa bed didn’t have a blanket with the sheets & pillow. The coffee maker did break 3 days in & we never had another one brought after we notified the front desk, but that is ok. The noise level was ridiculous...
The staff was always so friendly and professional. It was very quiet and the room was clean and smelled fresh, and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! That's all a big deal! We could see the fireworks from Disney from our room, which our granddaughter loved! I highly recommend staying here. You can't beat the location and rates either!
I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was...had to grab a room unexpectedly due to airplane delays...and I love this place! The front desk guy was super nice, he even called me to check and make sure I was satisfied with my room! The rooms are huge! Full kitchen, nicely decorated. Appears new or newly renovated. The only downside is the $15 charge for parking and no breakfast options. Well...
If I could give Candlewood Suites more stars, I would. We initially booked a hotel at the Holiday Inn across from Universal through Costco’s travel package, but after reading all the nightmare-fuel reviews about that Holiday Inn we decided to do a last minute change and ended up booking our stay with Candlewood Suites instead. First and foremost, they were incredibly accommodating — we arrived a bit...

New, clean, great front desk service! Worth every penny.
Stayed for 3 nights Labor Day Weekend for HHN. Brought our Golden Retriever for an extra fee. Room was nice and clean. Staff and housekeeping pleasant as well. Facilities and breakfast are standard. Chatting the front desk through the Marriott app was basically nonexistent. The one major complaint I have is the parking situation. I would suggest you don't pay for parking. The lots are shared with...
We are Disney pass holders from the Tampa Bay Area, our family comes to Orlando frequently. We stay at Luxury hotels and other Marriott properties in the area, almost a year ago our family stumbled upon this hotel while staying at another down the road. We now make this our go to hotel for most stays except when we do big resorts for special occasions. We met Isaac our first stay here and he was recently...
I was thoroughly impressed by this place! For the price, you get quite a spacious room with a full kitchenette and a smart TV. Everything was very clean, and the amenities in the room just work perfectly. Service was quick and straightforward. The location is quite good because ICON park is only a few minute walk, and there are some more restaurant options in the adjacent shopping center. Overall,...
Great experience, hotel was right in front of icon park, breakfast was good, staff was great, and tried their best to take care of us. Rooms were modern, beds were comfy. But the hotel is understaffed and parking is a nightmare. I dont get why we pay 12 bucks a day to use PUBLIC parking. Overall the hotel was great and I would stay again.

It's a little dated but the amenities are good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff were outstanding, Julio was amazing. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable
This was a nice resort in a very great area. It was walking distance from several stores... including Publix! It was near fitness locations so I still had a chance to workout. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants as well. The unit was slightly dated on the inside but I loved the animal print ideas.
We rented a room with a bedroom (2 beds) and a master suite that had a Jacuzzi-style tub and shower, a kitchen (equipped with a few appliances and cooking utensils), a living room, and a laundry area. The rooms were clean and smelled nice, the carpets didn't look super old, and the furniture was not super comfy but the beds were. The staff was very helpful and even had activities planned throughout...
Great resort for families. Clean spacious condo apartments. Love the in unit washer and dryer. Awesome pool; kids love it. Within walking distance of fast food, shopping and more!
The stay is nice. There are a few things here and there that need addressing but overall, it was nice. When you spend all day at a theme park it's nice to have a swim or hot tub soak. The kitchen is also nice to have for breakfast and whatnot.
Parkway International has become our home away from home. We vacation here once or twice a year and it has been excellent every single time. Our last stay was for a few nights as we were in the middle of a very stressful move. I knew we could come here and relax without any concerns. Good cookies, very clean and comfy rooms. Odd there were no mini fridges in ours or our groups of friends rooms. Also our double bed room use full size beds, not a queen. Little cramped for us last night.
Good hotel for a quick stay. I stayed only one night and it was good. Great rooms and the hotel was fine. If you only need a good place to sleep after a busy day in Orlando, this one is great. If on vacation with kids and thinking on making the hotel part of the fun, look somewhere else.
The location is located just of University with easy access to UCF via University or through a side street with access to Alafaya Trail. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance including local places, fast food, and chain restaurants. You can choose from sushi, pizza, Mexican, or BBQ. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is super helpful. Cookies are offered at check in...
This hotel was really great. The staff was attentive and friendly, and their cookies were amazing. The breakfast was also really good, and there was chef there to make eggs.
Great place to stay and it was very clean. My wife and I stayed at this Hotel from September 10 - 12, 2017 during Hurricane Irma. The Hotel did not loose power and we were able to eat at the restaurant inside the hotel, the Style. Great food. Warm and friendly staff. General Manager, Wayne, was available at any time, sitting at a front desk next to the check-in counter. My wife and I will be staying...
Overall, the hotel is satisfactory and serves the basic needs of overnights guests. Front desk staff and maintenance were prompt and friendly when dealing with a broken lamp in the bedroom. Tap water tasted and smelled odd. There was no way to make a cup of tea in the room, and the price for a pot was exorbitant. The bed and pillows are also way to soft my my liking.

Update: Dropping this location to 3 stars. Refused to make food when they have a 24/7 menu and advertise it everywhere. Had to order and eat the worst pizza ever. I’ve always been a loyal Hyatt customer and this location is a great reason why! Friendly staff, clean rooms and an excellent FREE breakfast! If you’re going to Disney World and don’t want to over pay for a hotel this location is for you...
Wow! Can I say amazing breakfast options. The 6 cold cereal options, bagel/toast, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt with different fresh fruit.... And even ALMOND milk!!! That is before getting to a great room. Two beds AND a pull out couch! Definitely a win on this hotel.
Great Hotel! Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is superb, the girls at the front desk were very accomodating to my requests. Breakfast is fantastic. Shuttles to Universal. Really great choice if you are going to the parks!
Great hotel, nice ambience. Universal booth in hotel is very helpful as well as the shuttle service.Outstanding staff( and diverse staff),who were very helpful, friendly and not shy to converse. Shout out to Jorge, Farrah, Deanna, Danielle, Elizabeth and Marissa. The hotel serving Starbucks is a nice bonus, especially for anyone who wants a night cap. Overall a great gallery host hotel.
Hyatt Place Orlando is fabulous! The staff is the best I have ever experienced at a hotel; they are personable, friendly, funny, accommodating, and more! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were very spacious and clean. A special thanks to one of the staff/managers for the fruit tray she had waiting in our room when we returned from a day at the park. It was a great and thoughtful surprise. Very close to universal studios and other parks.
Very clean, spacious and centrally located. The room I stayed in was a one bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious. It had a separate bedroom and large bathroom with a full kitchen. Lovely hotel. Suites are large with great facilities - ideal if you have kids who are happy to take the sofa bed. Pool is basic but clean and safe, with plenty of beds and fresh towels available. Location is great for Universal and International Drive.
I'm only giving 4 stars BC the TVs are outdated and I prefer a liquid soap over bar soap. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but it was clean and neat. Bartender was a little rough around edges.. Rooms were clean. Daily turn down service was excellent. Morning breakfast was pretty good and included with nightly rate. Only thing I would request would be to extend breakfast until 10:30am.. If we are on vacation and want to sleep in, it would be great to have a late breakfast. Ending it at 930 seems to be quite early..
We stayed here for a week during our vacation to Orlando. We loved how close it was to the parks. Free parking at the hotel was a plus, especially since some of the area hotels charge for that. They do have a shuttle service to the parks, but we did not use it as much. Our hotel room was very spacious and always clean. Housekeeping made sure our beds were made everyday, we always had fresh towels,...
Excellent room for the price....loved the suite set up. BUT ice machine and vending machines didn't work, which was a slight inconvenience. We only stayed one night and will stay there again. Good breakfast and close to Disney parks.
Very nice stay. We stayed for a week and the staff was helpful and friendly. They all say goodmorning smile and get familiar with you. Also if you are going to the parks they sell them more discounted than at the park door! Free breakfast. Nice sized swimming pool. Workout room. & CLEAN!
This is a great hotel! My family enjoyed our stay and we will most likely stay here again in our next visit to Orlando. Room was great, very clean and comfortable. Best pillows in a hotel I've ever stayed in. Hot water was plentiful and immediate. The hotel itself was easy to navigate and had several different food options. Only issue was the concierge and front desk staff were not very knowledgeable or welcoming and the food service is pretty slow.
Very nice hotel and very quiet rooms! The staff is friendly, and the restaurant/bar options are nice. The pool is heated which was nice since it was a cooler Florida day with a breeze. The room has all the normal amenities (mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, etc). There's not a whole lot of young people there. Probably more attractive stay for business people or families with more money. I quite...
Was impressed with the layout and structure of this building. Rooms were nice, pool was big, only one clothing drawer in the room. Microwave available for use in the deli. Only big issue, was when we caught a ride from the motel to dinner, we called for them to send someone to pick us up, they didn't tell us that the drivers went home around 8. We had to call a taxi to come get us. Other than that...
They did a nice renovation changing to a soft gray theme but didn't finish, leaving the shower stall and bathroom floor tiles brown. Ruined the effect.

Patricia is the best!!! Had a great experience staying here for a while week. We were upgrade to s king bedroom and breakfast was convenient in the mornings. Shuttle to the amusement parks was also convenient. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good deal. It's also close to Mango's (Spanish lounge) that if you drink and party, you walk back to your hotel within 2 min distance.
Its totally worth it. No complaints, it was very quiet, clean and the view was amazing. We only stayed one night and it cost us about 120. Definitely recommend. I would also advise you call and make reservations first because it was completely booked!
Fantastic location, lots of things to do close by. I've stayed in a few hotels in Florida and this has been my favourite so far. Not quite to Hilton/Doubletree standards. Would give a 3.5 if I could. It’s a resort style set up with multiple pools and games which is nice. The price was reasonable but from the pictures on the website and reviews I expected more. In fairness I’ve stayed at almost 100 Hilton properties...
The tower is nice, noisy rooms from the ducts. Breakfast is bland, coffee is not good. Staff are very friendly. Resort style setup.
This is a beautiful place to stay. The parking is terrible, then YOU get charged 14.00 a day to park your own car which it's not much space. Or you can valet for 22.00 a day. A nice hotel but way overpriced. As a resort is it very nice and family friendly, but is starting to feel dated. We stayed at a hotel last night in cocoa beach area for just under $200 and the $79 room here blew it out of the water. If I choose...
Pros: Three pools, playground, good location - close to many restaurants. Comfortable beds. There was a small fridge and microwave. Good deal for the money. Good view of surrounding area (we were on the 9th floor). Cons: Older style hotel - rooms open to the outside (I got up early and opened the door and the sunlight blasted my wife in the face as she was trying to sleep in. Our room had two beds...
Shared a room with 3 other people and we didn't kill each other. We ended up with 5 residents by the end of the holiday which we hadn't planned for. He was pretty quickly evicted though as for a cockroach he wasn't the most sociable (and we're very sociable people). Be warned, speed bumps in the car park come out of nowhere. So make sure your hire car is an SUV if you plan on staying here.
It's on international drive in Orlando. A great location! Yes it was spacious and clean. Must book the tower room for space. The Staff was very nice. The pool was beautiful and grounds well kept.
I had an amazing time. I recommend staying on the 10th floor. It has amazing views of downtown, Disney and I-Drive. It is close to everything you can do in Orlando especially Universal and I-Drive. Also walking distance to the Convention Center. Can't ask for a better location! The hotel had everything I needed including an amazing breakfast buffet (I recommend adding on this option to your reservation...

Just returned from a 5-night stay at this hotel and the experience exceeded my expectations. My family of three was visiting Disney and this location is perfect, just a short drive to all of the Disney parks and Disney Springs is about 10 minutes away. Also there are so many restaurants to choose from nearby. What put our stay here over the top was the attentiveness and hospitality of the staff here...
Incredible hotel with a staff that truly cares!!! Wonderful breakfast included with your stay, coffee and tea 24/7, lime infused water, cookies and individually wrapped granny Smith apples are set out throughout the day. Lots of Andy's mints at the front desk too! The girls at the front desk were helpful with recommendations too. The hotel is also located perfectly in a strip with awesome restaurants...
Breakfast consisted of powdered eggs and the waffles and other pieces were not that great. The meats for breakfast did not have much flavor and were not very tasty or bland. The hotel itself was good as far as sleeping the beds were comfortable. It has a great location to the parks now the parking was a little bit difficult to find for handicap parking and resulted in overflow into the shopping center...
Among one of the nicer Fairfield Inn. Tucked away at the edge of a small shopping center. Restaurants nearby to walk to. Free morning breakfast at the Inn is much better than most others. Clean and well appointed. Parking could be an issue if shopping center's restaurants are full.
Really good hotel! Very clean, the room too. The hotel is quiet and well located from the airport and amusement parks. Free parking outside the hotel, and if you can't find space, they give you a paper to park in the parking lots of stores right in front of the hotel. This is really neat. The breakfast is good!! Full of choices, fresh fruits, eggs (scrambled and omelet), waffles, meat (pork, bacon...
This is an older but well maintained property. Accommodations are more than adequate, but expect to hear some later or earlier than desired tourist travel. Rooms are plainly finished with no attempt at sophistication (Not a negative, just an observation). The breakfast is complimentary and on par with Hampton Inn. There's courtesy coffee in the lobby which is a step up from a Courtyard. Lots...

Overall, this was a nice place to stay while on a Disney trip. The front desk staff were wonderful and very accommodating, especially Taylor! She helped me extend my stay when I realized my trip would be a little longer than expected. Free parking is always a plus too, especially when most Disney hotels charge for it! The location was very close to Disney Springs, only about 15-20 min from Epcot and...
Employees were always friendly and nice. Had a very comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast was always good and was really nice just being 5 minutes from Disney. We will defiantly be staying here in tje future!
Nice rooms, could be cleaner. A couple spots on carpet and sofa that could have been cleaned. Breakfast and coffee included. Very close to Disney parks. Parking is convenient and free. We were put in an accessible room which was OK other than the shower was much too short for my husband and I, who are taller. The hot tub was ice cold which was sad because I have enjoyed it in the evenings on past stays
Great stay! Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfy. Breakfast was awesome! Shout-out to cage-free eggs. Definitely will stay again and recommend to friends and family.
This place has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish. It has been such a wonderful experience. The breakfast was awesome. I would definitely state here again and again.
Friendly staff. Got a room that didn't have any fans/ventilation in the bathroom. Make sure you do a courtesy flush or it'll be hard to sleep! Haha. Other than that, the pool was nice and breakfast was your typical deal. No complaints.

Crown Club Inn was ok. The room we first stayed in was a double queen bed room which was small but not as small as the T.V with no other extras. Day Two was much better as they moved us to a king bed suite with a small fridge and microwave. The room it self was bigger but not by much. The staff was very very helpful and attentive To our needs. To be fair to them the property is very well maintained...
Very reasonable price especially compared to other nearby hotels. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and ready to help. We actually considered extending our vacation just to spend a day on the resort because there was so much to do. My only complaint is that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and the ice machine was almost always out of ice. Their complementary...
The resort amenities from Summer Bay are amazing. Using them brought Crown Club Inn from 2 to 3 stars. Summer Bay has a beautiful water area and 24 hour pools. However Crown Club Inn itself doesn't match the resort it's a part of. The rooms are pretty basic rooms. According was cold but something smelled like old or dirty water in the bathrooms. It was mediocre at best. Pillows and bed pretty firm...
Crown Club is a breathe of fresh air from your typical resort. We got to the rest 3 hours early ahead of check in time and they let us check in. We wanted to upgrade to the King size b3d and pay whatever the difference was. They let us have the upgrade for free. This place is top notch. The prices are extremely reasonable and staff is so courteous. This is now out new getaway every year.
