My first time. My Sister is a time share owner and we had an AMAZING TIME IN OUR VILLA. The room service for coffee, laundry detergent, paper products, all the things you could possibly need they provide. Well maintained property. Halloween is the current holiday. They have decorated thru out the community. It's not raunchy either. We'll out together. I truly will be back.

It is a very ideal place to spend a vacation if you have the time. A whole lot of amenities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Wish I had more time to enjoy every single bit of this resort but alas my vacation was short. The customer service was very good and timely. Loved staying here. The room we stayed in was outdated in the washroom, washroom had molt in the showers and the carpet in the room had an odor. The kitchen was renovated and lovely. We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. This didn't fit our schedule... What a pain.... But, I booked a room the night before. Kevin at the check in was able to combine the two reservations and we got into the bigger suite in a day earlier. We also checked in at noon rather then 4pm. Which was great. We loved the room and we were able to walk to Walmart to get supplies for the week...

The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel. We live about an hour away from the parks but wanted to stay at a Universal hotel to make our time away from work more convenient and relaxing. Having such a close proximity to the parks was great. If you stay at the hotel, walk over to the Sapphire Falls hotel to take the water taxi instead of taking the buses to and from City Walk. It is much more relaxing and enjoyable. I freaking love this place. The first day we stayed it rained but there is so much to do here. They have an arcade room, bowling, a bunch of food, shopping, you name it. The second day we stayed we got to enjoy the pools, and lazy river. They have a place to buy Cool rafts. The bars offer a drink mug which you can put another drink in for a discounted price. Close to Disney property, good upkeep. Nice amenities, staying here grants access to sister property within walking distance. Food on property is better than expected, although nothing to write home about. All in all my experience was a positive one.

Clean and acceptable for a decent hotel. Decent price too. It does seem to have very limited amenities like no daily room cleaning or breakfast or coffee or any basics. The walls also sound pretty thin as you can hear all your neighbors (with lots of kids for the theme parks). No frills but was a good price. I was satisfied. This place is beautiful and very well kept. Prices for things are fair with good staff. I had a problem with transportation to and from Disney and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When we go to Disney again or any attraction in the area we will stay there.

This was a nice resort in a very great area. It was walking distance from several stores... including Publix! It was near fitness locations so I still had a chance to workout. Overall, the hotel is satisfactory and serves the basic needs of overnights guests. Front desk staff and maintenance were prompt and friendly when dealing with a broken lamp in the bedroom. Tap water tasted and smelled odd. There was no way to make a cup of tea in the room, and the price for a pot was exorbitant. The bed and pillows are also way to soft my my liking.

Patricia is the best!!! Had a great experience staying here for a while week. We were upgrade to s king bedroom and breakfast was convenient in the mornings. Shuttle to the amusement parks was also convenient. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good deal. It's also close to Mango's (Spanish lounge) that if you drink and party, you walk back to your hotel within 2 min distance.

We stayed for my daughter's cheer competition. Rooms were average however the customer service was too notch!! The pool was extra nice and the had life guards on duty at all times. DoubleTree by Hilton is fantastic. Great location, including a walkway to SeaWorld for easy and convenient access. The rooms are clean, and very elegant. The beds are comfortable and soft. This hotel is yet nice, but however, the room I got was full of ants, and the towers look like old fashioned buildings. However, this has a nice pool, and everything, but I’m giving this 3 stars. Shared a room with 3 other people and we didn't kill each other. We ended up with 5 residents by the end of the holiday which we hadn't planned for. He was pretty quickly evicted though as for a cockroach he wasn't the most sociable (and we're very sociable people). Be warned, speed bumps in the car park come out of nowhere. So make sure your hire car is an SUV if you plan on staying here.

Among one of the nicer Fairfield Inn. Tucked away at the edge of a small shopping center. Restaurants nearby to walk to. Free morning breakfast at the Inn is much better than most others. Clean and well appointed. Parking could be an issue if shopping center's restaurants are full.

Nice rooms, could be cleaner. A couple spots on carpet and sofa that could have been cleaned. Breakfast and coffee included. Very close to Disney parks. Parking is convenient and free. We were put in an accessible room which was OK other than the shower was much too short for my husband and I, who are taller. The resort amenities from Summer Bay are amazing. Using them brought Crown Club Inn from 2 to 3 stars. Summer Bay has a beautiful water area and 24 hour pools. Crown Club is a breathe of fresh air from your typical resort. We got to the rest 3 hours early ahead of check in time and they let us check in. We wanted to upgrade to the King size b3d and pay whatever the difference was. They let us have the upgrade for free. This place is top notch. The prices are extremely reasonable and staff is so courteous. This is now out new getaway every year.
