The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel. My first time. My Sister is a time share owner and we had an AMAZING TIME IN OUR VILLA. The room service for coffee, laundry detergent, paper products, all the things you could possibly need they provide. Well maintained property. Halloween is the current holiday. We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. This didn't fit our schedule... What a pain.... But, I booked a room the night before. The resort is conveniently located close to the major attractions, has a good value for it's money and caters towards families with children. This is a beautiful place to stay. The parking is terrible, then YOU get charged 14.00 a day to park your own car which it's not much space. Or you can valet for 22.00 a day. DoubleTree by Hilton is fantastic. Great location, including a walkway to SeaWorld for easy and convenient access. The rooms are clean, and very elegant. The beds are comfortable and soft. Big rooms with many amenities like kitchen, washing machine. 2 showers 2 bedrooms and living room that is very comfortable for families. Overall the hotel was decent. You definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality of the room. However, in terms of ease of access of the park it can’t be beat for price of the room because you have both access to the bus but you can also easily walk across the way to the Sapphire Falls hotel and take the water taxi straight the parks which is so nice and simple.

This is an older hotel typical for the area. Run down and well used. Definitely not fancy by any means but if you just want a place to crash at night, it is in a convenient location for Old Town and Disney. Rates are very affordable, especially during off season times.

We had a great weekend with daughter and grandkids. The staff was spectacular in every way as they attended to our every need and request. The main pool and various hot tubs were perfect. The activities center is a great place for the kids and the boat ride to get there was short but captain made it fun. It's located very convenient to Disney attractions. There prices are reasonable. The rooms were decent size. There housekeeping could use a little help, by room I found a dirty diaper under my bed and a Pokemon ball under the other bed. And on my first day they neglected to stock restock anything they took my towels that didn't bring more back.

Affordable, clean, well managed. Parking in front of rooms make it convenient for shoppers. Larger rooms. Some accessible rooms available for wheelchair access. Best receptionist I have come across in a long time. No bar however it is planned to open in January. Many pools.Close to everything.

This place is beautiful and very well kept. Prices for things are fair with good staff. I had a problem with transportation to and from Disney and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When we go to Disney again or any attraction in the area we will stay there.

Great location, rooms were OK. Perfect spot to rest after a Disney park, but that's it. You gotta know that it's just a place to crash after you're doomed from being the whole day at the parks. Very nice place. The rooms could use some updating but all in all nice place. The water park in awesome for being at a hotel. There is another pool that is outside and it's heated. I recommend doing a time share tour to get the best rates. I got a decent rate online but heard the staff tell someone about the time share tour rate. Much cheaper.
