Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Orlando1 / 41

The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel. Other than that, it was a very perfect stay!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and there is quite a few places to eat in and around the resort! Plenty if things to see and do with a bar...
We live about an hour away from the parks but wanted to stay at a Universal hotel to make our time away from work more convenient and relaxing. Having such a close proximity to the parks was great. If you stay at the hotel, walk over to the Sapphire Falls hotel to take the water taxi instead of taking the buses to and from City Walk. It is much more relaxing and enjoyable. The buses are crowded and...
My husband and I recently stayed at Cabana Bay for 6 days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We had the most AMAZING experience! For the moment we checked in, everyone was super friendly. They gave us an anniversary pin to wear throughout the week. The rooms were super cute and clean. I’m a huge mid century modern enthusiast and this hotel was like a dream come true! Every aspect of the hotel...
First time my wife and I have stayed at any Universal resorts and it will definitely not be the last!!! Loved the retro decor, these ease of checking in, the shops, food and bars . The lazy river was nice to chill in, the different pools and the view of Volcano Bay was awesome!! Every staff member greeted us with a smile from the check in to the housekeepers!! And best of all the pricing was very reasonable...
Good room but needs touch ups badly. We stayed in the family suite 2 bedroom with volcano view ...paid a pretty penny just needs some touch up. The housekeeping staff is amazing very sweet. Wish the pool had a more convenient entrance from the expensive tower rooms. Went to the splash pad side my 5 yr old was only on in it after 5 min he had a chemical burn. Notified the life guard they came and tried...
I freaking love this place. The first day we stayed it rained but there is so much to do here. They have an arcade room, bowling, a bunch of food, shopping, you name it. The second day we stayed we got to enjoy the pools, and lazy river. They have a place to buy Cool rafts. The bars offer a drink mug which you can put another drink in for a discounted price. The rooms are big and we had a great view...

Hotel was extremely clean and the food options provided at the hotel where pretty good. The pool is nice even though I didn't enjoy it. The venue for the professional event that I was attending was very well organized, clean, and easy to attend as the location was within the hotel. The hotel is also within walking distance of a few restaurants in centrally located near many areas of entertainment in...
Beautiful resort. The pool is huge and warm. Has two hot tubs and a bar outside by the pool. Everyone is friendly. The buffet is delicious. Has spas and other great restaurants near lobby. Resort is connected to convention center. Valet parking. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Located near Valcano bay and i believe Universal. Lot's of places near by. Definitely a resort worth going...
Room was great, very clean and comfortable. Best pillows in a hotel I've ever stayed in. Hot water was plentiful and immediate. The hotel itself was easy to navigate and had several different food options. Only issue was the concierge and front desk staff were not very knowledgeable or welcoming and the food service is pretty slow.
Very nice hotel and very quiet rooms! The staff is friendly, and the restaurant/bar options are nice. The pool is heated which was nice since it was a cooler Florida day with a breeze. The room has all the normal amenities (mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, etc). There's not a whole lot of young people there. Probably more attractive stay for business people or families with more money. I quite...
Was impressed with the layout and structure of this building. Rooms were nice, pool was big, only one clothing drawer in the room. Microwave available for use in the deli. Only big issue, was when we caught a ride from the motel to dinner, we called for them to send someone to pick us up, they didn't tell us that the drivers went home around 8. We had to call a taxi to come get us. Other than that...
To me the staff directly related to the hotel services were less than friendly and accommodating. Those involved with food/bar services were much friendlier and made me feel welcome. Overall the property seemed more rigid than what I've become accustomed to in my travels. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because of the "family" draw of the area in which they are. On previous trips to Orlando...
They did a nice renovation changing to a soft gray theme but didn't finish, leaving the shower stall and bathroom floor tiles brown. Ruined the effect.
this is the best location for OCC south/north facility - I wish the organizers let us know and that I stayed the full time. fantastic bell service!

My first time. My Sister is a time share owner and we had an AMAZING TIME IN OUR VILLA. The room service for coffee, laundry detergent, paper products, all the things you could possibly need they provide. Well maintained property. Halloween is the current holiday. They have decorated thru out the community. It's not raunchy either. We'll out together. I truly will be back.
It is a very ideal place to spend a vacation if you have the time. A whole lot of amenities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Wish I had more time to enjoy every single bit of this resort but alas my vacation was short. The customer service was very good and timely. The rooms were very clean and well put together o and the bed soft and cuddly like a cloud. Would definitely recommend to people to stay...
Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok but they didn't have comfortable drawers to put your things on and not enough places to hang towels. The kitchen had only 4 of each thing which is annoying, as you usually need one of those to prepare the food and such... The swimming pools were disappointing because they were very small, simple and always crowded. The shock was to go to...
Loved staying here. The room we stayed in was outdated in the washroom, washroom had molt in the showers and the carpet in the room had an odor. The kitchen was renovated and lovely. For the price I expect everything to be at the level of the cost and it wasn't. Customer service was great. The hot tub by our room was broken but within days was fixed, so that's a plus. Overall I would visit again but...
We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. This didn't fit our schedule... What a pain.... But, I booked a room the night before. Kevin at the check in was able to combine the two reservations and we got into the bigger suite in a day earlier. We also checked in at noon rather then 4pm. Which was great. We loved the room and we were able to walk to Walmart to get supplies for the week...
Impressed. No complaints. Staff was gracious, courteous, and prompt when service was requested. Rooms were updated, spacious and well appointed. My family enjoyed one day of the resorts amenities while on our Disney trip, which included, mini golf and the paddle boats. Staff were all nice. Grounds were well kept and beautiful. Am not an owner, although was treated as such for the deal that I got. Still...

The resort is conveniently located close to the major attractions, has a good value for it's money and caters towards families with children. I liked that they have a few amenities that the kids and adults enjoy. My young kids enjoyed the huge pool, splash pad and game room and they frequented these areas a lot during our trip. I enjoyed the gym and Starbucks they have on property and service was good...
The staff all around was incredibly friendly. The pool area was laid out really well and the cat that lived there was really friendly (I wish I could have taken her home). The bartenders at the Oasis Bar were all wonderful. The lobby and Sunset lounge had a nice, comfortable set up. Having tables with electric outlets was great. The rooms were bright. The color scheme and flooring fit the theme perfectly...
The staff is super friendly here! The rooms are nice, and clean. We went as a family of 4 and stayed in a standard room because we knew we would be at the parks all day. It was very comfortable including the beds and I usually dread sleeping on hotel beds! The staff cleaned and changed the bedding everyday. I highly suggest the pier 8 market! It was so convenient for us to grab breakfast before hitting...
We had a brilliant stay here! Rooms were set out nicely, a decent size and were well maintained. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and happy to help out. Great pool areas which our little one loved, nice and safe with multiple lifeguards and tower 2 pool has a zero entry which is a great touch for younger kids. The food options at Pier 8 are brilliant, we found we ate here quite frequently...
We stayed for my daughter's cheer competition. Rooms were average however the customer service was too notch!! The pool was extra nice and the had life guards on duty at all times. Only thing I would do differently is stay in tower 1 the amenities were a little bit better on that side. The food was excellent and at an affordable price. The price for the food was good and such a variety of choices....

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld
Orlando, 10100 International Drive 🧭 Map
Not quite to Hilton/Doubletree standards. Would give a 3.5 if I could. It’s a resort style set up with multiple pools and games which is nice. It’s nicely landscaped and the hotel lobby is well done however the general upkeep and quality of rooms is lacking. The price was reasonable but from the pictures on the website and reviews I expected more. In fairness I’ve stayed at almost 100 Hilton properties...
The tower is nice, noisy rooms from the ducts. Breakfast is bland, coffee is not good. Staff are very friendly. Resort style setup.
This is a beautiful place to stay. The parking is terrible, then YOU get charged 14.00 a day to park your own car which it's not much space. Or you can valet for 22.00 a day. Also, if you stay in one of the two story buildings it's very loud in the morning. The cart they use to bring towels and change linen is very loud when the role it. The staff speak very loud to each other. Stay in the towers is...
A nice hotel but way overpriced. As a resort is it very nice and family friendly, but is starting to feel dated. The majority of the rooms are over 8 two story buildings, which are spacious but don’t feel very up to date and felt worn at the edges; the curtains were dirty and fraying at the edges. I did get a great cookie welcome and check in and check out was easy. For the proximity to sea world it...
DoubleTree by Hilton is fantastic. Great location, including a walkway to SeaWorld for easy and convenient access. The rooms are clean, and very elegant. The beds are comfortable and soft. But, most importantly, the service is top-notch. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for great service, and money's worth.
This resort is wonderful. So close to anything you want to do in or around Orlando. From the moment you check in you feel so relaxed. The staff is wonderful. The room always clean and fresh. My bed was so comfortable. The restaurants have so many tasty choices. The gardens are well kept. Planning to come back again.

The rooms are a bit outdated but okay for price. They smelled a little old coming in. We sprayed lysol, and it was a little better. The location was perfect for where we planned to travel. The beds were small, I believe 2 full size bed and one of the beds had 2 flat sheets instead of 1 fitted. I appreciated nice painted walls and refrigerators and microwaves. Customer Service, housekeeping, were great
At check in our original room booking was only set for one night, but the front desk staffer updated that issue and we had a fantastic room right near the pool. The grounds are well taken care of, and the amenities of the hotel are awesome. Convivence store, bar, eating areas, game room, and plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was alright, and the Zebra bar food was really good. Our room was enough...
This is a great place to stay if staying on I Drive. Rooms are clean although the dark furniture make them look dated. But I guess dark furniture is also more forgiving from wear and tear. Rooms are cleaned daily and bed refreshed twice in a 1 week stay. Towels refreshed daily. There was shampoo conditioners and soap left daily once used also so if you want to travel a little lighter you can. There...
Great experience! We stayed here for our Universal trip. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and have everything you need! Closet space, really nice swimming pool with towels, in room microwave, refrigerator, ice for rooms. I also like that they have plenty of desk space if you need to work. They have a nice buffet in the am, and the staff was so helpful. They offer free transportation to Universal...
Wow, I am pleasantly surprised. My friend and I got a room here for around $55 a night and weren't really expecting much, just something better than what we had previously. There are 3 pools, restaurants, and a small arcade. Rooms are small but cozy, and very clean. Our bathroom was great, and the shower even had a shower mat. The location is amazing, I couldn't believe how walkable the area was. This...
Our room was extremely clean and had a reasonable price. Arcade is old and mostly broken so I don't recommend it. Pool is great and we had fun. Dirty in some spots but amazing hotel overall. It really is a great location and is in a good walking distance from most places in this area.
It's on international drive in Orlando. A great location! Yes it was spacious and clean. Must book the tower room for space. The Staff was very nice. The pool was beautiful and grounds well kept.

Super sweet and quaint little resort!! Super clean, well designed. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Amazing communication and efforts during hurricane milton. Rooms are awesome. My kids loved all the amenities and had an amazing time!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! We will be back!!
Big rooms with many amenities like kitchen, washing machine. 2 showers 2 bedrooms and living room that is very comfortable for families. The rooms are old fashioned design but everything works and it was clean. the hotel is fairly priced and i would say it is good value for money. Bottom line recommend.
This was just the place I needed for my Orlando vacation! The resort was such a sweet community filled with tons of amenities from the pirate ship pool and mini golf to the restaurant and pool tables. The people at the front desk made us feel special and wanted to give us the best stay. We also enjoyed sitting out on the screened in balcony watching the hurricane pass through. Rooms were nicely appointed...
We’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed. The resort is awesome for kids and the staff is super friendly. Centrally located near lots of activities, shopping, and restaurants. The pool grill is really great too. Nothing but praise for the Marriott Harbour Lake.
We recently booked to stay here for a week. The front desk and recreation room were friendly and welcoming, 5 stars. The building we were assigned had renovations going on ALL DAY until 8pm. There was a consistent noise like a compressor literally all day until 8pm. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with the major dips on the side and the rise in the middle. The pool area may not be as grand...
The rooms were huge, very comfortable and clean. The pools with the small waterpark and thr minigolf were excellent entertainment for the kids.

Amazing location with access direct to I Drive. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Easy access to public transport links taking you all the way to the premium outlets Plenty of room for 3 adults. Shower of decent pressure. Walls are thinner compared to other hotels so knocked a star off for that. Overall - amazing and I would stay again. Very clean. All staff super helpful

My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. While the location is excellent—close to many restaurants and gift shops—several issues detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, the room was not fully cleaned during our stay. One of the most frustrating problems was the toilet, which clogged almost daily, making it difficult to use as waste wouldn’t flush properly. Additionally, the combination...
A great hotel, with great accommodation and service! Super clean, and the front desk is always willing to help you and guide you to make sure that you stay is as best as they possibly can make it! Super grateful to stay here, and I will definitely recommend anyone who comes to Orlando to stay at this hotel
It was fabulous. The rooms for me looked great! My sister and I just stayed there to sleep because we spent most of our days at Disney world! We crashed this hotel. I like the antique furniture. I'm not saying all the rooms look like that but ours did and I didn't mind it. It gave the room character. It looked just like the picture. Had a room in block 3 level 4. Nice night time views of International Drive. Room a bit dated, but comfy beds and functional. Have stayed here a few times and have always felt safe and secure. Good value hotel and no complaints from me or my wife. Would recommend this hotel.
Great location. Large comfortable, clean rooms. Beautiful grounds with 3 pools. Well maintained property in a great location. I have stayed there several times and enjoyed the convenience of walking the drive or taking the shuttles.
It was cheap. Located next to a Walgreens, IHOP, Dennys and McDonald’s. Good Tv with Hgtv channel. Very near Universal Studios.
Bedding didn't even have fitted sheets or comforter just 5 flat sheets stacked ontop of eachother. They were dirty also. Pillows are small and beds were sinking in middle. Shower had holes in bathtub and toilet also found multiple roaches alive and dead Dirty shower and toilet and floors. I had amazing experience and Aventura resort in November 13 to the 15th. All the staff for friendly and very helpful amazing customer service. The location of the resort was also an amazing location. We had a fantastic stay at Aventura Hotel. Super great transportation to the parks. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for bus to arrive. We loved the rooftop bar and pool area. They had a nice hot continental breakfast buffet. They use the same fake eggs you would get at a Days Inn. I toured a hotel room that was very beautiful and nice. They had a small water park area for children. The outdoor pool is heated. I don't know that all of the rooms are as beautiful as the one that I saw. The inside was clean.
I don't have complaints about my stay, everything was fine in my room. I tipped every day the housekeepers for don't have any problem. Money talks and B#@ walks. By the way why Google KEEP asks Notre than one time the same question. I already posted my review 3weeks ago.
Clean comfortable rooms. Great view overlooking pools. Lots of useful amenities. Beautiful water features and walkways throughout. Outdoor areas desperately need pressure washing. Pool furniture was moldy and broken. Would stay again when the outdoor areas are cleaned up.
The rooms are excellent. Staff are very nice. Very big and spread out hotel. Beautiful views from rooms. And outstanding pool area. Large convention halls as well. I had a very nice stay.
The gentleman assisting me when I arrived was extremely nice. He was very helpful and very accommodating. The room was very neat. Clean linens. No bad odors. It had a decent sized refrigerator which for me was extremely convenient.

I would recommend this place. First off, know what you are getting! This is NOT a high end resort! It is a little older, and they offer both newer high rise and older motel style 2 story buildings. Everything was good for the price though. They have a nice pool area to hang out in. If you are planning to go to Disney or Universal this is more than nice enough to have a good time
I can honestly say my experience was Excellent! Took my family for spring break and we had absolutely no complaints! The staff was very friendly. I booked three rooms and all were in great condition. The location of the hotel is an excellent spot in Orlando because it’s close to everything. We were able to walk to a lot of places. I would definitely stay again without question
As someone who has read the reviews before going and comparing them to actually being here...I honestly have no clue where half of the people writing reviews about this hotel are staying. The hotel cleanliness is okay. The location CANT be beat. Outside of Disney east surrounded by eateries, shops, and a carbival within 100 yards. Excellent value with a pool bar as well. Lots of kids though. If i was a parent it would be 4 stars and maybe 5 (for value).
This is an older hotel typical for the area. Run down and well used. Definitely not fancy by any means but if you just want a place to crash at night, it is in a convenient location for Old Town and Disney. Rates are very affordable, especially during off season times.
First time staying at Seralago. The hotel is not the best but it is nice when it comes to saving money. Hot tub, pool, play ground, arcade, cafe, mini market with merchandise. The staff who work in the cafe are great! Nice people who help take bags up and down the stairs for you (no elevator). Downside: bathroom needs a good scrubbing. Nice place for the money. It is an inexpensive motel and it shows. The rooms need to be remodeled with some electrical outlets added. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Our 2 bedroom villa was impeccable with a beautiful view of the lake and fountain. I highly recommend...

It is a very good hotel, it has 4 pools, gym academy, laundry, restaurant, bar and the employees are very helpful.
Fantastic location, clean and updated, good amenities and incredible customer service! I travel to Orlando several times a year and this is my new favorite go-to hotel. EDIT: I recently started traveling with my dogs and wish I could give another star for how welcoming and friendly they have been with our dogs! Awesome place!
Stayed at this hotel for two nights, I felt like it was well worth the money! We had a nice, clean room with plenty of towels and the regular essentials. However when we checked in we were informed that there was an $80 deposit that was due, which we had no clue about because we booked through a third party and not the hotel's website directly, you do get the deposit back when you check out minus the...
Hi there! I recently stayed in this hotel, I checked out Thursday morning in room 358, and I believe I left a personal item there by accident! I wanted to email but unfortunately you do not provide an email on your website! I was just wondering if you could keep this item and I can come reclaim it momentarily. Please email me back ASAP! Thank you so much! Also amazing service! Bed was always nice and...
It's located very convenient to Disney attractions. There prices are reasonable. The rooms were decent size. There housekeeping could use a little help, by room I found a dirty diaper under my bed and a Pokemon ball under the other bed. And on my first day they neglected to stock restock anything they took my towels that didn't bring more back.
Affordable, clean, well managed. Parking in front of rooms make it convenient for shoppers. Larger rooms. Some accessible rooms available for wheelchair access. Best receptionist I have come across in a long time. No bar however it is planned to open in January. Many pools.Close to everything.

Close to Disney property, good upkeep. Nice amenities, staying here grants access to sister property within walking distance. Food on property is better than expected, although nothing to write home about. All in all my experience was a positive one.
Clean and acceptable for a decent hotel. Decent price too. It does seem to have very limited amenities like no daily room cleaning or breakfast or coffee or any basics. The walls also sound pretty thin as you can hear all your neighbors (with lots of kids for the theme parks). No frills but was a good price. I was satisfied. I didn't like how the front desk also has a "vacation sales" or whatever...
We loved it. The rooms are comfortable and large. The staff is accommodating but not intrusive. The amenities were stocked and clean. We will be going back and I tell everyone to check out this hotel! The proximity to Disney is super close as well.
This Hotel is pretty good! I love Charlie, the Blue and Gold Macaw in the lobby he is very friendly. They have a nice pool area, staff, and rooms but the only thing I didn't like is that I could hear every word said by the neighboring room when I turned my television off!
Recently stayed here for a week in a 3 bedroom unit. Our group had 5 adults and 2 children. No complaints. Unit was very clean. We had an issue with one of the safes and one of the toilets running. Both were repaired VERY quickly. The pool was nice and there was also a small playground for our kids to burn off energy. The housekeeping staff was amazing. They cleaned and organized "everything" in our...
This place is beautiful and very well kept. Prices for things are fair with good staff. I had a problem with transportation to and from Disney and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When we go to Disney again or any attraction in the area we will stay there.

Great location, rooms were OK. Perfect spot to rest after a Disney park, but that's it. You gotta know that it's just a place to crash after you're doomed from being the whole day at the parks. Good parking, and there's a pharmacy next, just in case. Be aware, there's a LINE for checkin at 11PM from all the people coming back from the parks, yes.....even here you have to do a line.
As I'm writing this I'm chilling in room 605. My wife and I had every intention on not staying once we read all the reviews, we were extremely nervous to stay. Getting here the main office area was nice and the women was very pleasant to us. We made sure to ask for a do not disturb sign to counter any unwanted early morning knocking. Worked like a charm. The bed and pillows are pretty firm, if you...
Decent resort for the price and not much more. This place was built in 1972 and updated in 2009. I'm sure it was a great place back in 72, it still is today, however I'd class this resort as a great bargain. The resort is in a great location, there are multiple clean and heated pools. We stayed 3 nights and I'd say overall I'd do it again. Don't expect much other than that at this resort. Staff was...
no no no no no. it’s cheap for a reason, but it’s not worth the trouble! their facilities are outdated; there’s one microwave in the whole place, mold and fleas in the rooms, and inhospitable staff :/

Very nice place. The rooms could use some updating but all in all nice place. The water park in awesome for being at a hotel. There is another pool that is outside and it's heated. I recommend doing a time share tour to get the best rates. I got a decent rate online but heard the staff tell someone about the time share tour rate. Much cheaper.
This is a nice vacation spot for someone with kids. This is our second time here & it was just as nice as the first time we came about 4 years ago. My kids really enjoy the waterpark & heated pools. I would recommend CoCo Key to anyone because its on International Dr. & EVERYTHING you can imagine is on this strip (walking distance). Try it out for yourself, you wont be disappointed. Oh plus the rooms...
The room is clean and had NO issues. Beds were comfortable and my 2 bed room was spacious. I was nervous to try something new because you never know what you're going to get. There were no bugs or bed bugs which someone put in prior review. Rooms were cleaned daily. If you're afraid of being in a diverse environment that is FLORIDA Then this is not for you. It was safe...diverse crowd...busy and active...
This was very cost effective for our family. The hotel had a lot to offer. The food was good, most of the staff was friendly, the pools and water park were nice. It's a quick drive to Disney and universal. The arcade was ok, about a 1/4 of the games weren't working. Our room was clean, but had some damages to the entertainment center and the wall heater. Our room was by the water park and it was loud...
Definitely worth it. Had a blast. Rooms were clean. Amenities were on point. The arcade had a lot of games that were down or took your tokens and didn't work. Also had a drink from the bar and it made me terribly ill. Overall totally worth and we will be back in May!
We were very excited to stay here! The rooms looked brightly colored and the water park looked fun from the pictures. We arrived at about 6:30 in the morning and they were able to get us checked into our room right away. Due to the unseasonably cool weather, the water park was closed our first 3 days. The regular pool was heated and opened daily. When the water park did open, it was operated in sections...
