My first time. My Sister is a time share owner and we had an AMAZING TIME IN OUR VILLA. The room service for coffee, laundry detergent, paper products, all the things you could possibly need they provide. Well maintained property. Halloween is the current holiday. Was there for a reunion. For the most part it was great. Some minor issues with no a/c in some rooms and the trash by the dog area was full and not emptied the entire weekend. No dog bags were replaced in the dispenser. I had my own, but I noticed other people were not cleaning up after their dog in the easement away from the hotel.

Really great spot. We were put in some very cool mid century style apartments that were super spacious. The garden is beautiful and our stay was super quiet. You are right in downtown Orlando but it feels like you’re out in the country. Would stay again.

The lake is a beautiful background for the 3 houses and art deco apartments located on the property. We stayed in the wellborn building. It is a series of apartments (we had 2 bedrooms, a living room area with a couch, a separate bathroom, a kitchen, and plenty of closet space). The bed was huge and super comfortable. The back door opened to the courtyard. There's a coy pond, and a variety of flowers...

Very nice place to stay, walking distance from Orlando Eye. The staff is super nice and they will make sure that your stay is comfortable. Breakfast has a good variety. House keeping keeps your room real clean. Highly recommend this Motel.

Patricia is the best!!! Had a great experience staying here for a while week. We were upgrade to s king bedroom and breakfast was convenient in the mornings. Shuttle to the amusement parks was also convenient. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good deal. It's also close to Mango's (Spanish lounge) that if you drink and party, you walk back to your hotel within 2 min distance.

Its totally worth it. No complaints, it was very quiet, clean and the view was amazing. We only stayed one night and it cost us about 120. Definitely recommend. I would also advise you call and make reservations first because it was completely booked!

Fantastic location, lots of things to do close by. I've stayed in a few hotels in Florida and this has been my favourite so far. The staff are extremely helpful and able to answer any question I asked. Free shuttles to all parks are brilliant and the free breakfast every morning saves you quite a bit of money from heading out every day for breakfast. It isn't 5 star accomodation but for what it is...

The location was around a lot of restaurants and and activities. So you didn't have to drive far to have a good time.
