The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.

The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.

My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.

I stayed at the Dolphin with my family and overall had a good experience. The biggest benefit of the Dolphin (and Swan) is that you get direct access to the boats that take you to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Nice place and all, but its certainly engineered to nickel and dime you as much as possible. I bought a bottle of water in one of the shops and it was $7.50. That is insulting to me. This review is for the ice, not the hotel. My only complaint is the 22 dollars for a parking lot, considering a family of four will start spending at a minimum 150.00. Parking should be a courtesy. We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. This didn't fit our schedule... What a pain.... But, I booked a room the night before. A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area. Children can go there every day and stay in the hotel all day and feel very relaxed. It's very close and convenient to go to the Disneyland.

The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. There is a capsule coffee machine and two bottles of mineral water. It would be better to book a high floor if possible. Good experience overall but fell short on service at the cafe in lobby area. Two days in a row, staff at the cafe left my coffee on the counter while I was standing few feet away without any attempt to alert me my order was ready. Amazing stay We stayed for one night to get fast passes and upgraded to club level, every aspect was well worth the money we paid. Beautiful hotel and probably the highlight for the kids was the night time movie in the pool.

We stayed here for 9 nights in Club Level and enjoyed our stay. House keeping is clearly overrun, sometime our room wouldn't cleaned until after 6pm which was a bit frustrating when you'd run out of towels etc.. beyond that all good, Club Lounge is a nice space, you can easily eat a decent breakfast and dinner there.

The hotel room facilities are relatively simple and there is room for improvement. The landscaping outside is beautiful. The breakfast is very average and the parking fee is expensive. But the front desk staff is very nice. I will not book again.

At first, we were given a room at the end of the corridor, and it was on the second floor. There was a musty smell when we entered... It was hard to rate it. After paying 50$, we were upgraded to a normal room, which was slightly better. I will not book a second time. The room was very old and the decoration was as bad as Holiday Inn.

The suite is very spacious, the two rooms are well soundproofed, the hotel has abundant facilities, and it is very fun to bring the children to play. The water temperature of the swimming pool is very good, and the children are not cold at all.

I would recommend this place. First off, know what you are getting! This is NOT a high end resort! It is a little older, and they offer both newer high rise and older motel style 2 story buildings. Everything was good for the price though. They have a nice pool area to hang out in. If you are planning to go to Disney or Universal this is more than nice enough to have a good time

I can honestly say my experience was Excellent! Took my family for spring break and we had absolutely no complaints! The staff was very friendly. I booked three rooms and all were in great condition. The location of the hotel is an excellent spot in Orlando because it’s close to everything. We were able to walk to a lot of places. I would definitely stay again without question

As someone who has read the reviews before going and comparing them to actually being here...I honestly have no clue where half of the people writing reviews about this hotel are staying. The “New” Avanti Palms Resort and it’s staff in Orlando are great. Very clean and modern lobby area which includes a lobby bar, fitness center, arcade and a great “mini restaurant” style eatery with Starbucks coffee...

Just stopped by to check out the remodel from the International Palms to the Avanti Palms. I was floored. Stunned is not too big a word. It is a startling transformation. Our family spent five pleasant nights in this hotel with a very good environment around Disney. The hotel hardware is new and spacious, bright, tidy and clean. It is not far from the four parks of Disney, and the hotel provides shuttle to and from Disney. What I like most is that every staff member and service of this hotel is so excellent. Recommended!

It's very close to the parks, and the ice cream in the lobby is delicious

The room was clean and the service was good, except that the location was a bit remote and it was not a Disney hotel after all. The waiting time for the car provided by the hotel was long. I booked it because it was the newest hotel.
