My first time. My Sister is a time share owner and we had an AMAZING TIME IN OUR VILLA. The room service for coffee, laundry detergent, paper products, all the things you could possibly need they provide. Well maintained property. Halloween is the current holiday. They have decorated thru out the community. It's not raunchy either. We'll out together. I truly will be back.

It is a very ideal place to spend a vacation if you have the time. A whole lot of amenities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Wish I had more time to enjoy every single bit of this resort but alas my vacation was short. The customer service was very good and timely. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok but they didn't have comfortable drawers to put your things on and not enough places to hang towels. The kitchen had only 4 of each thing which is annoying, as you usually need one of those to prepare the food and such... Loved staying here. The room we stayed in was outdated in the washroom, washroom had molt in the showers and the carpet in the room had an odor. The kitchen was renovated and lovely. We have a time share, but could only use Friday to Friday. This didn't fit our schedule... What a pain.... But, I booked a room the night before. Kevin at the check in was able to combine the two reservations and we got into the bigger suite in a day earlier. We also checked in at noon rather then 4pm. Which was great. We loved the room and we were able to walk to Walmart to get supplies for the week...

I had never stayed here but a corporate event was held at this location and I got the opportunity to stay. I was happily surprised with this hotel. This beautiful hotel is conveniently located and has an unbelievable shopping experience. The hotel lobby leads out INTO the Florida mall! This hotel has friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed. What more can I ask for it? I stayed one night during a work trip, and I remembered a server who name Jesus at breakfast. He was so nice and made us feel so special. There is a shopping mall next by the hotel and I would recommend this hotel for future staying.

Gorgeous hotel, and kept very clean and beautiful. Great Care is taken for this property. Food is mediocre and expensive but the area itself is in a perfect spot with the restaurants all in driving distance. Service was great. The pools were fun and the kids had a great time.

At first, we didn't get the room we had requested. Called the front desk and they were quick to change us to the one advertised in our reservation. My room was very clean, and the temperature in my room made it easy to sleep. The front counter worker didn't listen very well when I checked out and had to redo the charges. We have stayed in the Dolphin twice now and have very few complaints. The location is amazingly located on Disney's boardwalk which gives you access to both Epcot and Hollywood Studio's park. The only thing housekeeping on the second day after I asked for towels in the afternoon was bring the towels and wipe down the sink in the bathroom. That’s all they did for the rest of our stay. The family room with bunks is great. Very spacious and very clean, the hotel itself is newer and still has that feel. Would highly suggest they put some water in the lobby and the gym. Beds were good, everything was clean, but the Lobby REEKED of perfume and set off my allergies. Fortunately the room smelled strongly of bleach instead. The ice machine was very loud outside of our room and all of the requests I had made on the reservation were ignored- no extra blankets or towels and our room was no where near the top floor. This is a new hotel as of August 2022. The rooms we had were fantastic. More room than normal hotels and new feel to it. The breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts too. They're conveniently close to Universal, SeaWorld and Disney (20 minutes). We had a plumbing issue, but no complaints otherwise.

Been here several times on business. The staff is always friendly. The accommodations are average. Their new patio is nice and the fire pit would be a great place to gather around with friends or family. The location is the biggest seller here, and has several restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location with access direct to I Drive. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Easy access to public transport links taking you all the way to the premium outlets Plenty of room for 3 adults.
