There was no hairdryer in the room. I tried to call the front desk, but no one answered. I had to go down and speak in person. After waiting for 30 minutes, it still hadn’t been delivered, so I had to go there again and got the same message. There were not enough staff. I’ll wait. When it was delivered, I got very angry and said there were not enough staff and asked the manager to come out. However, the manager waited for ten minutes before he came out. Still the same, he told me to leave the room number and deliver it later. I expressed my dissatisfaction and said that maybe you would never deliver it. , I was waiting at the scene, and she said, OK, you can wait..., and then he left. Then we waited for another fifteen minutes before someone came to the front desk to bring a hair dryer. Another group of guests appeared next to them and said that they had been waiting for five days for the front desk to send towels and there was no response. They were very angry. The bathroom and bathtub in the room were full of ants. Go, the towel is also very old and has black spots on it

The hotel service is very, very, very bad. I suggest that people who can see this comment should not book this hotel. Now I would rather check out and lose money than change hotels.
I booked a pool view king room, and the hotel arranged a room with a door between it and other rooms. It was very noisy, and you could hear everything the next door said. Similarly, all our conversations could be heard on the other side. We were woken up at 1:00 in the morning and 7:00 in the morning.
We applied to the hotel for a room change from the night of check-in, and we applied for three days without success. The hotel kept saying that no one had checked out and there were no empty rooms, and asked us to wait, but in fact, it was just delaying us.
We put our suitcases at the hotel front desk, hoping that we could change rooms when someone checked out during the day, but the front desk still did not make any arrangements, and our room was not cleaned during the day. After a day of playing in Disney, I was upset and quarreled with the front desk until 1:30 and left the hotel, and refused any refund.
I don’t recommend this hotel at all! It’s not very close to Disney, there are bugs in the room, and the paper towels will turn blue when they are pulled to the back. The facilities are old and the front desk has a bad attitude and does not solve the problem!

There was basically no service, and there was urine on the pillow! Shocked! I kept smelling a strong urine smell! It must have seeped into the pillow! I called the front desk for an hour before they knocked on my door, and I was already asleep! Not even an apology! Too bad!

No way that this a 4 star hotel. Outdated rooms, my room had unprofessional repairs in the bathroom, cruddy cable TV, the balcony with pool view is a joke. Limited restaurant menu, limited hours. No coffee available in the mornings. Very indifferent service from the bartender. Basically there is no value added at this hotel. Everything has an added cost. You get what you pay for. And pay you will. Never again.
