Waldorf Astoria Orlando

This hotel was such an experience. Everything is flawless... just like “eating off the floor” is flawless. Our room was sealed, indicating that no one else was occupied after the deep clean, and it was incredibly comfortable. At the front desk we got a view of the pool and golf course when she heard we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary (it was just a random convo we had, we weren't expecting it!). Then, 5-10 minutes after checking in, we received a text message asking if we liked the room. From then on they kept an eye on us constantly to make sure we were having a great time. The pools and jacuzzi were so relaxing. And for a little fun, you can take a 5-minute walk to the lazy river and take a ride at the nearby Hilton. I also loved that all the Disney parks and springs are minutes away from this location. The staff were amazing. You pay a hefty valet fee (40 per day) but they are fast and you can call ahead to get a car. Everyone you deal with is nice and helpful. It was worth every penny we paid!

We had a fantastic holiday! The golf, pool, cabin and food were wonderful. It was nice to have the Hilton and Waldorf restaurants in the same building. The golf course is well equipped, a 100 foot walk from the hotel lobby to the clubhouse, free range balls for hotel guests and the course itself is challenging, fun and in perfect condition. They offer quality club and shoe rentals. The pool cabana was the perfect way to spend the day away, great drinks, food and atmosphere.

This was my first visit to Waldorf and it lived up to all my expectations. The view of the pool and golf course from our top floor room was exceptional. All the staff were very well trained, friendly and helpful. The golf course was challenging but not bad, in perfect condition with no waiting between shots. Lunch at Aquamarine was fair because the lobster/shrimp roll didn't have much seafood, but the atmosphere and service were fantastic. Dinner at the Bull and Boar was outstanding. Can't wait for my next visit.

Beautiful hotel with 5 star customer service! I recently had a wonderful 3 night stay and I cannot praise the Waldorf Astoria team members enough for their excellent customer service. Bellman, Steve from Chicago, it was a pleasure to talk to you. Great personality and ability to work with people. He even gave me some stock investing tips which I really enjoyed! The red-haired valet (I didn't catch his name) was charming, sweet, and very efficient. Brenna, Derek, Vanessa, Alyssa, Alexa, and Mary checked in with me daily via text to make sure my stay was enjoyable...and it absolutely was! Every interaction was exceptional. This speaks volumes about the overall management style and team atmosphere that develops in this location. Hats off to the entire Waldorf Astoria team for their dedication and hard work during such unprecedented times. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. The property is beautiful and very clean. Staffing was very helpful and nice. The rooms are slightly older but classic and clean so we enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping is impeccable I have to point out. Kid friendly golf friendly I would highly recommend for families to stay. Thanks Waldorf!

Our staycation at the Waldorf was such a pleasant experience. We needed to get a way from a few days to just relax and that's exactly what we were able to do. Every team member from the Spa, to the Restaurants, to the Pool/Cabana service was so friendly, informative, helpful and just pleasant! It made us feel SO welcomed. And honestly, gave me some inspiration on what I (and my company can do) to better service our clients. It's all about the people and how you make them feel, and everyone at the Waldorf made us feel relaxed and worry free.

My daughter and I took a little trip to Orlando for the weekend. We stayed at this property because it is a part of the fine hotels and resorts collection with American Express and we have never stayed at a Waldorf Astoria property before. This was THE BEST experience I have EVER had at a hotel. Ever. From the moment we walked in, my daughter and I were treated like we were the most important people in the world. As was every other guest from what I could see. This is how hospitality should be. From the attentive pool staff, to the restaurant staff as Oscar’s, the bellman, the front desk staff, housekeeping. Everything. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and this service and hospitality was truly truly 5 star. They are renovating parts of the property, but they are so in tuned with their guests and their experience that you could barely tell. Our stay was not in any way affected by the renovations.

The turn down service was amazing. The daily room service while we were at the pool. The calming jazz music they put on for you when they turn down the room. The small attention to detail in every aspect just blew my mind. They fill your ice bucket for you each night and fluff your bed. Replace your towels. The room service was impeccable. The food was delicious.

I cannot wait to come back with the rest of my family. Especially after they finish the renovations.

I would like to say that we had another wonderful experience at the Waldorf in Bonnet Creek. Luke with VIP services was more than helpful with reserving a Cabana and making a very special dinner reservation. We were welcomed with a personalized welcome card, chocolates, and a complementary drink card. The service around the pools were top notch and we were checked on regularly for any needs. This is our third stay with Waldorf and we plan on coming back in August. The Waldorf provides great customer service in a time when it’s hard to find. Highly recommended.
