Friendly accommodating staff; good facilities; quiet, clean rooms; close to the airport - the hotel offers free shuttle bus; close to the shops for the last minute shopping. Ideal for a layover or if traveling really early and don't want to stay in town.

Stayed for 3 nights, amazing. Breakfast was definitely the biggest downfall of the stay (quality wise), but a free breakfast is always appreciated and accepted! A close walk to the rail station for those who need access to the airport, even for extremely early flights you’ll feel safe walking over in the early dark hours of the morning. Didn’t experience the pool, but the gym was perfect and very spacious. Also, woman at the front desk was super helpful although I cannot remember her name.

Stayed just for a night. Samantha at the front desk was super helpful as were the shuttle drivers. It's is one of the nicer Hyatt Places i stayed at this year. Good breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel after a flight cancelation. It was only one night. Room was cleaned and staff was very efficient in picking us up in the airport and arranging a room. They offer shuttle 24/7 and it worked perfectly in the middle of the night.

Rooms were in need of repairs and cleaning. There were two, 2 ➕️ inch holes in the cabinet where the refrigerator were. Staff were not friendly except for shuttle driver. Breakfast didn't even have decaf coffee or hot cocoa. Poor selection and about 20 minutes late in putting out the early morning breakfast. It was a convenient location close to several restaurants.

The staff were absolutely fantastic.
They're really the difference between 'OK' and 'OUTSTANDING' at many places and this is one of them. I needed a vase for some flowers and there wasn't one in the room. Went to the front desk; they didn't have them in housekeeping but she went looking herself and found a solution. All the staff were helpful like this (on the phone and in person).
Bed was super comfortable, shower was fantastic, and the room was absolutely spotless. Bonus few people notice but is nice: The door keys are tap/contact. ...much faster/easier than hotels with picky magstrip readers you have to slide 3x.

Decent for one night by the airport if you have an early departure. Rooms are big and check in/out is super easy.
The main issues are the heat and air and cleanliness of the room. There was no regulating the temp from the room - even with the thermostat. We went to bed freezing and woke up burning hot. Also, there was an ant infestation in the bathroom which ended up in our toiletries bag… should definitely be attended to.
Overnight parking is $8.

- The hotel is not doing room service unless you schedule it the night before the service. The room and hotel in general is a bit run down. Furniture is all scratched, carpet looks quite old and full of stains. One of the nightstand lights did not work. no extra blankets available, so if you get one dirty, there's no replacement. The swimming pool was out of order during our whole stay, that was a major point with the kids. I whish that was mentioned in a more clear way in the hotel website and other booking services.

Nice place, convenient to airport and rental car agencies. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are quiet. One can hear airplanes take off, but it is muted and this is an airport hotel (hint: the Oregon Air National Guard launches at 9am)

Expected a room with balcony facing the river because the website I used to book the hotel showed one. Ended up not getting either one. Great location though!
