We needed a hotel to stay at as we were flying out of Portland Airport the following afternoon. We decided on this hotel because of the convenience and the restaurants located near the hotel. It is a very nice hotel and the check in was easy and the lady at the desk was so nice and helpful. She gave us a corner room, which was nice. The ONLY thing I have to complain about the room is that the fan was VERY squeaky for the first few minutes of it being turned on. It did stop after five mins., but it was super annoying at first. The room was clean, the bed was nice and soft, and though it was angled weird, it did have a lot of square footage. Nice hotel, helpful staff, and I love the tea served throughout the whole day.
Great, big room. Good service from desk staff. The size was great for a family to get re-packed before a long, cross-country flight.
We arrived at PDX very late and the shuttle came promptly after I called. Check-in was fast, our room was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. We didn't use any of the facilities.
Since we arrived so late, we slept in and missed the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. But there is an IHOP next door and several other food places in walking distance for easy meals.
First time in Portland - business trip. Great location (close to airport), staff and room!!
