Property was centrally located. We left for 8 hours during the day and nobody came to clean up or enter room. We didn’t leave the sign it was occupied.

They made me change my room during my stay. The TV didn’t work in my suite. The door wouldn’t open. The staff was extremely rude to me and I must admit I think they’re a bit racist. I was very disappointed. I usually stay at the hotel all the time at this time I was as a third class citizen. This is not supposed to be the way of five star hotel she retreated I moved hotels to the salamander which is a five star hotel, which actually should be seven stars. They treated me like a king when I entered I entered my sweet cup of tea was waiting. That’s the way I deserve to be treated not the way I was treated by the Park Hyatt. I highly recommend you do not stay at the Park Hyatt

Bad review!!! The power outage almost froze me to death, the lights couldn't be turned on, and the hotel didn't even offer to compensate me

The rooms are really clean and neat. The service is also really nice. The swimming pool is good , but kind if confusing to get to .The location is okay , you just have to walk 20 minutes to go to the Lincoln memorial and the other monuments . We ate the breakfast here and it was amazing. The food is really good , but kind of expensive. Overall it was really good , we are definitely coming back!

Truly amazing hotel—I don't usually write reviews, but I really wanted to give 5 stars to the DC Park Hyatt. The rooms are very nice. The bed is super comfy. I absolutely love the bathroom; it has the best shower and shampoo I've ever found in a hotel. The staff is also incredibly friendly. I HIGHLY recommend the Park Hyatt, which is so far the best Hyatt I've been to!

[Globalist]. Got "upgraded" to a room where people were working directly outside our windows. The room had no sheer curtains... So the blinds had to remain 100% closed for the duration of our stay.
There was a 30 minute wait for breakfast for hotel guests every single day we stayed here. Breakfast was fine by American standards, but far lower than any other Park Hyatt.
This hotel contains all the pieces of the Park Hyatt puzzle, but somehow they don't fit together into a nice picture.

I don’t know where to start. This was a phenomenal experience. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. They pay attention to the most subtle details and prioritize that your stay is a 10/10 experience. Our suite was beautiful- very quiet and beautifully decorated. Loved the Japanese elements in the design throughout the hotel. Incredible and very quick staff.
Special shout out to Kiddy- a gem and a treasure and ensured that our stay was just top notch. She is an outstanding and caring person. We look forward to staying here again.

Stayed in a junior suite (room #616) during a meeting. The room was very well proportioned. Ample living room space which was comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. The bedroom was very nice as well, very comfortable and well sized. The bathroom was huge! Wet shower and bathtub area that was nice and great small walk in closet. The air conditioning worked well (other than my first room #630) and it was very comfortable to enjoy my time in the room. There was a comfy chair, c@a more rigid couch, and good desk setup in the living room area. I would return.
