We had another great stay at the Piolets Soldeu Centre. Since the refurbishment, the rooms are very nice and the hotel is our favourite place to stay in Soldeu which we visit 3 or 4 times a year. All the staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention must go to Cesar and Lorena, the bar staff. They were very friendly and gave excellent service.

Lovely last minute stay. Woman at front desk and the manager were both extremely helpful and spoke English very well which I appreciated. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I return to Andorra. They had a restaurant with a buffet but we didn’t eat there.

Couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our 7 night stay. The position is amazing-just a short walk to ski lifts and the bus stop is across the road. Our room was very clean and comfortable, looking out to the gondola and ski runs. The breakfast included was absolutely amazing- easily the best meal of the day! Hotel Piolets is amazing. We had a triple room with balcony facing the slopes. Room was large and well appointed. The staff at this hotel are beyond fantastic. Every need is met with kindness and professionalism. The spa is super and well deserved after a days skiing. It isn’t busy in the spa and you can swim on the pool watching the gondala go up and down and the black run skiers race down. Lovely...

Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. The only caveat is it’s distance from Andorra La Vella (the city centre), but the staff will happily provide you with the private shuttle service. Excellent staff, location, price and food

This is a good place to stay while skiing. A gentle walk of about 150m to the gondola. The hotel has spacious ski locker room, although there is another at the gondola (€55 for 6 days!). Food here is fine with plenty of choice. Staff friendly.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms, lovely food, very close to gondola and ski hire. The only issue was that we ordered a vegetarian picnic for the homeward journey and it didn't materialise. Our apartment was spacious as it contained three bedrooms, but it did not have much of a balcony (room to stand only) and the master bedroom bathroom had a toilet with phantom flush. This place is great. It is two ski lifts just outside the door. There are ski lookers in the basement. Super convenient. It has a spa with a sauna, a jacuzzi and a decent sized pool. We stayed for a week in a twin room. All the staff have been brilliant and it’s a great place for a skiing trip. Access to the slopes is just outside the hotel. They have lockers for your ski gear. They can arrange your lift pass. I would definitely come again.

We stayed a Friday night with our two children of 6 and 8 in a family room on the second floor. The second floor is also the location of the bar, which had loud music till midnight, not ideal when you have young kids or even if you wish to go to sleep before midnight. Les Pardines is a real gem. Hotel is adjacent to one of Andorra's top hiking areas. Hundreds of cars make the trek to this park where you can walk and be back in time for lunch. Excellent restaurant in beautiful setting. Eat inside or out. Staff was extremely helpful in designing activities and making sure we were having an excellent visit. Quiet and beautiful setting. Insanely good. If you’re not planning to go to Andorra (yet), then do so for the sake of visiting Les Pardines. This beautifully designed hotel is owned by the nicest local farmers family. It's a really nice place. The staff is extremely helpful. Near the Funicamp it takes me 5-7 minutes to walk. I will deffinately come here again! I stayed in Coray few years ago, Guilem is a way better- you feel among friends here. Breakfast is good and sauna is nice. There's a huge area to relax, play table games and other games with kids. The room rate is also pleasant, not very high.

The best hotel in Encamp. We have been here 7 times already. The location, the view from the window, the rooms, the food, the attitude of the staff, the pool and sauna are all top notch.
