My stay at the Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa has been exceptional, especially when it comes to their suites and the level of hospitality offered throughout the hotel.
The suites are truly impressive — spacious, elegantly designed, and ideal for both relaxation and business. The Royal Suite and Presidential Suite stand out for their size, comfort, and stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. The layout is thoughtfully planned, offering a perfect mix of privacy and openness. The living areas are generous, the bedrooms comfortable, and the bathrooms finished to a very high standard. These suites genuinely give a premium, five-star experience.
What makes the entire stay even better is the hospitality from the team. From reception to housekeeping to the F&B staff, every member of the Sheraton Sharjah team delivers service with genuine warmth. They remember preferences, respond quickly to requests, and consistently make the stay feel personalised and comfortable. Their professionalism and attentiveness are a big reason why I continue to choose this hotel.

Yesterday, there were some difficulties with his meals due to dietary restrictions, but we are very grateful to the hotel for their quick response and care — tonight they prepared porridge with lactose-free milk and served berries. It was a very kind gesture.
A big thank you also to the team for beautifully decorating the room for my sister’s birthday, surprising her with a cake, and to the restaurant staff who personally congratulated her — it was very touching and made the day truly special.

When I reached home in Al Ain. I found that 2 baggages are not loaded in my car and are still in hotel reception
The hotel team is trying to solve this issue since bagages were with one ticket and staff forget to put in my car
