This vacation is a gift from someone I taken care of and I can say I had a good experienced from the staff and all the people who do work in the hotel. Kind a little bit upset only on the lady when I am the one get the checkout but maybe that's her personality. Overall its amazing also the one in the pool area his name novas such a nice and helpful staff. Just make sure the room is really a dust free for some sensitive customer. But overall specially the food and restaurant is an incredibly great.

The club lounge was very comfortable, adding a touch of luxury to my experience. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, including the kids club staff who were great with my little one.
Additionally, the pool and beach area were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

Came to Sharjah to explore museums and booked in this amazing Resort. Check in was smooth and loved the amenities (kids club, swimming pool and the beach). I ordered all my food from room dining food was nice and price was good. Definitely coming back. Thanks for allowing me to have late checkout.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was nice and clean, the buffet had a great selection of breakfast/dinner options. The staff were extremely welcoming, warm and accommodating. All in all, we really enjoyed our time and definitely will be back!

Beware of the smoke and mirrors. Staff is extremely polite. Hotel is beautiful. However don’t fall for the shenanigans. Unbeknownst to myself, this hotel is located in an area that doesn’t serve alcohol. I’m ok with that, but arrived at 8:15 pm and wanted some wine with dinner. What I’m not ok with is tricking people who don’t know into staying by advertising there is a bar. Or the restaurant advertising sushi, steak and beer and not having beer. They said they did have beer. And gave me a free 0.0% Stella. This was awesome, which is why I said staff are awesome and helpful. However, not their fault, that did not taste like the Stella I know. It tasted like someone took Stella, left it in the sun for a month for all the taste to evaporate away and then added water and bubbles again. The food was 7/10. Kids enjoyed their steak from seafood restaurant. My noodle dish was decent. False advertising is -3 points. Sorry guys. Just be upfront.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff!
Loved the restaurant and food quality; the infinity pool is the best as well as the beach; the architecture and lighting is so nice and the interior design is also great, especially the room upgrade with a pool view and larger size 👍

Being a guest which prefers Sheraton any day, still this property surprised me completely. I loved the location, services, elite lounge and overall what it had to offer.
I had a great time relaxing, reflecting and even working from this place. I never knew, I can find such location and facilities in Sharjah which can beat many properties and their services in Dubai.
I would highly recommend this property to people who would like to spend time at semi resort place and relax during their trip. It’s located bit far but do have some shuttle services for its guests, please check before your reach here. If you are driving, it would be much convenient for you.
I would like to mention one person assisting in elite lounge - Mr. Ahmed, I have rarely find someone so dedicated, hardworking and caring associate. I will come back soon for sure.

I celebrated my bday last Sat March 2 and it was really a wonderful experience, like we had last Dec. Very relaxing to stay to such superb hotel. Thank you also to the amazing staff. More power and continue making your customers' stay a happy and memorable one through your kindness and great place to stay.

A serene place away from the bustle of sharjah crowd and traffic. This one is situated close to Ajman border.Close to the beach, valet parking and self parking options available. The structure resembles old arabic architecture. Very well litten up in the night. Company held a meeting in Wasit ball room, very spacious hall with a separate lobby for tea and coffee break. Affordable pricing as well. We had almost 25 guests and sheraton offered us an international buffet menu. The food was good, delicious but I didn't like the fish tandoori. The restaurant, Gusti, closes early at 11.00pm. But they waited for us not less than 30 minutes. Great service offered by the chef directly and the floor supervisor.
