Beach: sandy beach hotel Royal Beach Resort Sharjah about 3 km from the hotel (line 3), entrance fee. Bus to Royal beach Resort Sharjah (under condition of purchase at the reception entrance ticket to the beach - about 30 AED per person). Umbrellas, deck chairs.

Note: alcoholic beverages are not available!

When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit, in the approximate amount of which is 1000 AED (Deposit is returned in dirham). Or as the Deposit is kept the passport.

Had a 1 night stay at superior twin bed room with city view with balcony. Amazing view and room was clean and good. Breakfast buffet at flavours restaurant. They serve international cuisines. They also have other amenities like swimming pool, kids play area, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, and health club. Do visit and share your experiences here with me.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms just have a unique feature that they don’t advertise, when you use the shower it floods the bathroom. I changed room for this but the same.
Rooms large enough and clean.
I’d like to see built in USB ports to charge devises as UAE uses UK plugs.

The room I stayed in was the lagoon view which was very beautiful. The first room they gave me had a problem with the washroom that it was very congested and everything was fit in a very small space. Later, they switched the room and then it was fine. Room is overall spacious and good. All hotel staff is very nice and kind. MD:Jisan did a great job keeping my room clean and tidy. Very professional, polite and speedy. Thank you!

Another great experience with the housekeeping staff! M.D Sharif was also very professional, friendly, and efficient. They kept my room spotless and were always quick to respond to my needs. The hotel staff overall has been amazing, and I truly appreciate the excellent service.

One of the best and most classy hotels I have stayed in. I would like to thank all the staff for their special attention to me. Especially, Faiross, Joy, and Paul. The breakfast has a lot of variety, the room is super clean and tidy. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV in the room didn't have YouTube. It would be good if you take this into consideration.

In addition, since I do sports, I pay a lot of attention to the fitness room in the hotels I stay at. It would be good if you check the water and cups in the room often. The room is often messy. Check this out

During our stay at the Marbella Resort, we encountered a slight inconvenience regarding breakfast service. While the resort itself was satisfactory, we were required to visit the Holiday International for our morning buffet. Despite this minor setback, the food quality was commendable, and the ambience was pleasant. I would like to express my gratitude to Miss Angha for her exceptional hospitality and warm welcome.

The hotel was great overall but a bit dated. I would say you can feel that the quality isn't quite there. They hardly ever answer the phone in advance of arriving. But the service during the stay was responsive but did not take initiative. They didn't provide any bedding for the sofa bed, I had to phone twice to get a complete set. Also not enough towels.. Excellent breakfast. Excellent pool. Excellent view from 12th floor balconies over the lagoon.

A good and affordable hotel with the good view on the Flag Island. The hotel is quite (very good sound insulation of balcony windows). The only minus there - is the absence of own beach (there is a free bus once per day in 9am to the local beach, but the beach option could be better).

Many thanks I would like to present to the hotel staff: Cabin Cleaner Arman helped me a lot during our 2-weeks stay there; Stewards Kurstanbek and Afroz - very polite and pleasant, assisted us every time. Also, the meal registry personnel are very polite and pleasant (unfortunately, I don’t know the names - my bad).

In addition, I would like to note: very good water supply in restrooms, clean and modern rooms (for European guest could be the problem with local 220V sockets, but idea with own switches - good) with own small teapot, a rather strong Wi-Fi signal everywhere in the hotel with the good speed.

I make a booking for 1 week and I was satisfied with what I see. From the reception area up until our room we have received such a good hospitality. The room is spacious with good view of the city and the lagoon, it's cozy and clean. The food is suitable for our tastebuds. The outdoor pool is attractive and you will not feel bored with your stay for the hotel has a lot of activities they can offer.Salute to Mr. Arman for his attention for cleanliness of our room. Continue to be a good contributor to your company.

We booked 10 rooms last weekend. One of the rooms had our mom and aunt who are two older ladies. In this room, the AC broke down in the evening and we called service and they fixed it. However, it broke down again in the middle of the night and didn’t work till the morning. This is in the middle of July where the temperatures are around mid to high 40s C, and staying without an AC is almost impossible. They couldn’t ask for Service at night, but in the morning we called the reception and the maintenance staff came and fixed it. We got to know from them that they were aware of the AC issue in our mom’s room and others on the same side of this floor. When I complained at check out for the receptionist, they apologized for the inconvenience and said that the hotel was full and hence they could not move us. We asked for reimbursement, they rejected my request and they said that next time they will make sure that they would ensure that we have better experience. I asked to escalate and talk to a manager, the receptionist said that they were the manager and nothing can be done. Of course for us we have zero trust that we will be getting fair treatment next time. This was one of our worst experience in hotels and for sure we are not willing to book on this hotel again as it wasn’t a safe experience for our mom and Aunt.
