Al Ain Rotana

I had an amazing stay at Rotana Al Ain! The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and excellent service. A special shoutout to Jessie Bird, the Guest Services Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

The new wing has newly modern smart design and furniture that is very nice.. the reception desk are lovely and helpful specially Ms . Jessie she is smiley great person.. the breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of variety and cuisines..
the two bedroom suites are spacious but their view is bad facing the big smoked and neighborhood houses..I would prefer two interconnected rooms with pool view instead

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Since I entered, everything seemed contemporary and attractive.
The entrance is very spacious and the staff are very friendly and supportive.
The room is of high level of luxury, nothing was missed inside it. The most lovely thing about the room is their attention to every single detail, they take care of everything.
The view from the balcony is also beautiful.

Rooms are good but it can be much better. I would really love to visit again and see the changes at some point.
Breakfast was amazing. We were assisted by their restaurant team member Mr.Tajul. He was truly a gem. His hard work must be appreciated by the management.
Swimming pool is very good. The life guards are very good and know their job and do their job perfectly.

My room was very clean and comfortable. We were greeted by reception who were very welcoming. Had a pool day where our server Ramen was very attentive and made our stay there that much better. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more

I recently stayed at Rotana Al Ain Hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the reception staff, particularly Stephanie, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She assisted us with a happy face and a warm smile, which made us feel very welcome. The luggage attendant was also very helpful and efficient. Overall, the staff were great and provided excellent service.

However, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning in my room. Despite the technician's efforts to fix it, the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. This was a significant drawback to an otherwise pleasant experience.

In summary, while the hotel staff were exceptional, the unresolved air conditioning issue affected my overall comfort. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.

Jeffery on the Front desk reception was amazing. He was very welcoming and took care of all my requests. He is truly an asset to the Hotel and I wish him all the very best for his future.
