I had an amazing stay at Rotana Al Ain! The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and excellent service. A special shoutout to Jessie Bird, the Guest Services Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. The new wing has newly modern smart design and furniture that is very nice.. the reception desk are lovely and helpful specially Ms . Rooms are good but it can be much better. I would really love to visit again and see the changes at some point. Breakfast was amazing. We were assisted by their restaurant team member Mr.Tajul. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoyed the facilities, and will be happy to visit again. We read some concerning reviews before our trip, but found no evidence of the subjects of their complaints. Having such outliers may mean that their quality systems need tighter control, but again we saw no issues.

The hotel def needs some management attention, our room did not have towels and body soap. We were not allowed to eat until 8pm at Arabesque for Iftar because we are non fasting guests even if we have already requested 7pm as I have an ailing and diabetic mother. Its a nice and kids friendly resort. Kids swimming pool is large enough to accommodate guest and their kids. Water Slide on kids pool is really nice. Breakfast menu with lot of Indian options are also very good.

I have been there for 6 months and am happy with the place. There is building work going on to add another kids pool, not sure if i will be staying when that opens though as i expect it to be noisy. My cleaner Dipak though is superb, honest, reliable, incredibly hard working and always smiling. 5 stars for Dipak (cleans chalets 8xx) and 4.5 stars for the hotel.

We arranged to stay overnight in the city of Al Ain so we chose the Ayla Hotel for this occasion, which we found it clean and comfortable. By the way, Ayla Hotel is centrally located in Al Ain City within a Community Mall and with direct access to a Pharmacy and a supermarket! Enjoy! :)

Went camel riding with my long lost friend for 25 years. Both our families had lunch and did berbeque in the meadows. Wet our feet on the warm water. Ah... What else man... We went for a barbeque at night. Lovely and relaxing atmosphere. We were not allowed to play very loud music because of other people around us but could play music at reduced volume (which was acceptable for us). Overall a good experience. Would definitely visit again. We didn't book a room, so I rated room and service as 3 to give a neutral review.

The rooms are very good, but the service leaves much to be desired. The reception staff do not greet guests, and it often takes multiple follow-ups to have the room cleaned. However, there is one Nepalese employee who is exceptionally courteous and attentive. Others could definitely learn from him.

Usually, I take my Family to hotels by the beach since we love the sea. But Ayla Bawadi was the only exception. I recommend it as a near attraction for a quick getaway from daily routine in Al Ain. Also the mall with all amenities is an added value. 👌

Phenomenal oasis engulfed in sand dunes. Perfect for stargazing and enjoying a tranquil getaway. They offer fun on-site activities (camel riding, sand boarding, etc.) and the staff are all extremely welcoming and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

Stayed in the Gazelle one bedroom villa for two nights. It is a perfect place for short stay cation as it is far away from the city's hustle and bustle, located in the middle of the desert. Spacious room, with amazing view, however old tears and wears noticeable on furniture and bathroom. We asked for more towels, which were never provided. An old TV cable system with very limited options of channels , maybe not essential with the numerous activities provided unless it was too cold outside and you catch a cold and want to spend the rest of ur stay in the room.

Amazing resort. Equally amazing staff. Generous with rides to your room as well as helping out with your needs. TVs in living room and bedroom. WiFi is awkwardly set up. Each room has its own wifi code so if you walk around the resort, you'll need to sign on to different WiFi as you move. Peacocks roam the facility. You can see them perching on the roof top at night.

Apartment hotel. Stayed in a fully contained 2 bed apartment so great for families. There is a large supermarket nearby if you are self catering. They have a small swimming pool, kids play area and garden area. Don't expect much from the on site restaurant. Quite far from town.
