I recently visited Al Ain Rotana to celebrate World Pharmacist Day with my colleagues. The hotel provided an excellent atmosphere for the event, with neat and clean surroundings. The arrangements for the sessions and classes were well-organized, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. A really good place for professional gatherings and celebrations.

We had a great time with the whole family with a lot of activities to do in the hotel, the kids enjoyed the pool so much. Thank you to Jesse and the whole hotel staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely coming back.

I had a great stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out though was the service. I especially want to mention one of the waiters Obada who was fantastic. He was warm and professional and made us feel genuinely welcome every time we came to eat. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

The place was amazing! Breakfast was super tasty especially their honeycomb! Definitely would rebook here. Al Ain Rotana the best 😆

Relax place every thing fine and unfortunately they don't provide late check out as well in the other branch of Bawadi mall even in different occasions they use notices and early call to push customer do check out on time.

Comfortable and spacious 3 bed room apartment. Near to most attractive locations. Opposite to Al ain mall.It was too expensive and the breakfast could be better for a five-star hotel. They are too slow in responding to guest requests. I asked for a blanket and water, it took three hours for them to deliver after several calls

While the room itself was decent, I couldn’t help but notice how persistent the staff were about asking for reviews—especially the cleaning crew. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were great and the gym was good to maintain workouts. The room service was fantastic and quick to have rooms clean daily. Moiez was the cleaning guy for my floor. It helped me every time I needed water or fresh towels. He made sure to clean my room up quickly and did a splendid job. Its a nice and kids friendly resort. Kids swimming pool is large enough to accommodate guest and their kids. Water Slide on kids pool is really nice. Breakfast menu with lot of Indian options are also very good.

It is pretty awesome. They offer a mix of modern luxury and traditional charm. They have beautiful gardens, three dutiful swimming pools, and a bunch of dining options. Plus, it's a great spot if you're into sports because they have tennis courts and a golf course nearby. It’s like a little oasis in the city. That's what I thought about it.

Truly deserve all the good ratings. My elderly parents (foreigner and doesnt even speak arabic) who were traveling just two of them had to check out way earlier than the reservation date due to family emergency but the hotel kindly allow us to early checkout. Suitable for someone who looks for a peaceful environment, sitting almost idle, looking at the Jabel mountain and get mesmerized by the green loans inside the resort. There is nothing much kids can do in this resort.

Went camel riding with my long lost friend for 25 years. Both our families had lunch and did berbeque in the meadows. Wet our feet on the warm water. Ah... What else man... This was our 3rd year in a row of staying at Telal Resort Al Ain - they surprised us with a Welcome Back cake!! This place is so unique and incredible, never seen anything like it. A lot of improvement since the new owner took over its operation and they added a kid playground area with attractions prices are reasonable too for being in a hotel at the middle of the desert which is affordable compared to many others

I have recently stayed in this resort for Eid holidays 1/4/2025, it’s cheap and worth the money very big rooms , clean rooms , good service, friendly staff , good view , however need to improve in the amenities like pool , changing rooms , kids play area however good experience

Hi , We booked 2 villas and we received our key after 1 hour of waiting . That too for one villa . Due to the delay , we were forced to cancel the second villa . Dated but very nice overall. Nice pool and playground. Villas are solid and clean, no issues with pests. Very helpful and friendly staff, and nicely located for most of AlAin tourist resorts. Some of the advertised activities were closed, notably the fun fair, during February, which surely is a slightly busier time? Recommended overall, comfortable if not flashy

It is a great place to be near the pool to have some coffee and deserts. The arabic foods are good but no Indian cuisine are available.

Didn’t expect to find such a lovely hotel! But we got lucky! The room was great. We had an incredible view and the pool was so enticing. It was pretty cold but had a good swim. I slept so well in the comfiest of beds. Decent breakfast for the price.

One of the better options to stay in buraimi. The location isn't great with limited places you can access in comfortable walking distance. However, many activities for the kids and family. Ok options for food and entertainment. We had the large suite booked, so it was comfortable and spacious. Amenities in the room were below expectations for the price paid.

The hotel is good and the swimming pool is big. The desaign is luxury. I think it's the biggest hotel in buraimi. The breakfast is nice.

Very nice resort located on the top of Jabal Hafeet mountain. Excellent swimming pool, kids activities, water slides, surrounded by mountains, excellent rooms with service, mouth watering breakfast. Perfect for families and couples

It was 🤩 amazing. We really love the amazing view of al ain. Only that the pool was not good. It’s so cold that you could enjoy swimming. Hope next time they can do something with their heater. It would be perfect.

No good view and air condition water pressure

Extremely clean, the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were so clean it was like no one had ever used them. Lovely room and a great rain shower separate to the bath. Will definitely stay there again.

Good Hotel. Big and comfortable rooms. But not suitable if you go with families or senior or Junior office colleagues.

In overall, the service was great, receptionist did a great job taking care but missed some points to show the appropriate room.
