The place was amazing! Breakfast was super tasty especially their honeycomb! Definitely would rebook here. Al Ain Rotana the best 😆
Our stay was great. I recommend they.
I had an amazing stay at Rotana Al Ain! The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and excellent service. A special shoutout to Jessie Bird, the Guest Services Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. I’ll definitely be back!
The new wing has newly modern smart design and furniture that is very nice.. the reception desk are lovely and helpful specially Ms . Jessie she is smiley great person.. the breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of variety and cuisines.. the two bedroom suites are spacious but their view is bad facing the big smoked and neighborhood houses..I would prefer two interconnected rooms with pool view instead
One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Since I entered, everything seemed contemporary and attractive. The entrance is very spacious and the staff are very friendly and supportive. The room is of high level of luxury, nothing was missed inside it. The most lovely thing about the room is their attention to every single detail, they take care of everything. The view from the balcony is also beautiful...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alain Rotana Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel welcome and valued. **Accommodations:** I got a nice suite were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my window, which added a lovely touch to my stay...

Our stay at the villa was truly enjoyable. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax, but also included practical features that were perfect for getting a bit of work done. One highlight was the dedicated table and proper lighting setup—ideal for working remotely or taking care of personal business. The setup was...
Had a lovely and restful stay. All staff were very kind
See my review on my othet booking. Reception is good but Restaurant service people for breakfast needs to be a bit more kind I guess 😊
The Hotel location is good and the breakfast was average it could be improved
Its a nice and kids friendly resort. Kids swimming pool is large enough to accommodate guest and their kids. Water Slide on kids pool is really nice. Breakfast menu with lot of Indian options are also very good.
It is pretty awesome. They offer a mix of modern luxury and traditional charm. They have beautiful gardens, three dutiful swimming pools, and a bunch of dining options. Plus, it's a great spot if you're into sports because they have tennis courts and a golf course nearby. It’s like a little oasis in the city. That's what I thought about it.

Comfortable and spacious 3 bed room apartment. Near to most attractive locations. Opposite to Al ain mall.It was too expensive and the breakfast could be better for a five-star hotel. They are too slow in responding to guest requests. I asked for a blanket and water, it took three hours for them to deliver after several calls
Though on the older side, this hotel was a very nice place to stay for my purposes (business). The location is awesome - relatively central and right next to a big shopping mall with a large amount of taxis right in front of it. The service at the hotel was fantastic. I remember being greeted immediately at the entrance, helped with my bag, etc. During my visit, our team needed to eat breakfast a...
The room is perfect for a couple or families . The hotel location is great. Mall and restaurants are near. Staff's are very helpful and friendly. And their breakfast is awesome.
I will stay in Al Ain for long period and I chose to stay in Ayla Grand hotel. It was the best choice. Luxury hotel rooms, many indoor and high quality activities such as gym, swimming pool, spas, massages etc. I suggest that for sure!
Stay was fine, nothing special, service wasn't great from front desk, but concierge guy very helpful. Was told wrong opening time consistently for Al Ain Mall, and breakfast service (and options) weren't great. Gym incredible, highlight of the hotel.
We had a pleasant stay here. The check in staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms neat and were ready as soon as we arrived. The check in went smooth. Extra bed we requested and paid for with our booking were setup soon. Great sized room and amenities for the Executive Suite. Room is large enough to add extra cot for a child (with payment). But toiletries were not provided for the extra bed. Kitchenette...

Good Hotel for family and good location and we are planning to visit the hotel next time
Good hotel for a weekend staycation. The pool is great and Mcgettigans is also a good experience
Check in experience was great. Mark from the reception took good care of us. We booked 3 rooms and all rooms were checked in right away. Bellman were attentive and helped us. Pools are very nice life guards were very attentive. Overall experience was great. Will definitely consider coming back.
Stayed here for the weekend with my wife and daughter and everything went well. I really didn’t want to book due to many bad reviews but I got a cobone and went anyway. Our highlight was the dinner and lunch we had from the hotel mcgetigans and Indian restaurant. Breakfast buffet was not bad, hotel amenities like the three pools, kids play area and green lawns were refreshing, our room also was very...

We had a quick check in which is great. The room is clean and relaxing and good value for the price per night. Clean and tidy. The hotel reception service attitude is very good
My stay at the Sheraton Al Ain was a delightful experience. Nestled in the heart of the Garden City, despite the Hotel is bit older this hotel blends modern comfort with warm hospitality. Simply put, this hotel was amazing! Even before our arrival, they had already assigned us an upgrade based on our Marriott loyalty membership—always a great start. The rooms? I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 staffs for an event at Al Ain Ladies Club and Ayla Hotel was the closest option. The service was great, the rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, a nice experience! 😍
The rooms need a bit maintainence, but the staff and the customer service is top notch. Thank you to the receptionist who welcomed me into the hotel and made sure all my needs are met. Green Mubazzarah Chalets, a hidden gem in Al Ain. Great location, quiet, peaceful, very pleasant and a super clean chalet one bedroom chalet (inside & out). Suitable for someone who looks for a peaceful environment, sitting almost idle, looking at the Jabel mountain and get mesmerized by the green loans inside the resort. There is nothing much kids can do in this resort.
Very clean and well maintained villas. Friendly staff who provided us the exact Villa we had requested. Very quick check in and check out process. Television services can be improved a bit otherwise overall a good staycation
Its our third time staying here in a span of two years-thats how much we like this place! We recommend it to everyone we know! The house and the area is spacious, clean, and the lcoation is perfect for family with kids. Now we plan to make it a compulsory trip to Green Mubazzarah chalet every winter.:)
Went camel riding with my long lost friend for 25 years. Both our families had lunch and did berbeque in the meadows. Wet our feet on the warm water. Ah... What else man... This is one of the most fulfilling and satisfying place in the whole of middle East. If you like to enjoy and if its your first time...never do the mistakes that I did... Never come in the evening... Please come in the day time...

The place feels like total luxury and it justifies the price. This resort is absolutely amazing, despite the few negatives that I will mention later, and I would come back and recommend it to people willing to pay the price range. I loved the place. This is my favorite winter resort. I want to go back again. It is so peaceful and far from crowds. You feel united with the nature as villas are in the desert, and it is so amazing that there are ghazals just few meters away. The rooms are in Arabian style with modern design. Phenomenal oasis engulfed in sand dunes. Perfect for stargazing and enjoying a tranquil getaway. They offer fun on-site activities (camel riding, sand boarding, etc.) and the staff are all extremely welcoming and kind. 10/10 would recommend!
Stayed in the Gazelle one bedroom villa for two nights. It is a perfect place for short stay cation as it is far away from the city's hustle and bustle, located in the middle of the desert. Dated but very nice overall. Nice pool and playground. Villas are solid and clean, no issues with pests. Very helpful and friendly staff, and nicely located for most of AlAin tourist resorts. Some of the advertised activities were closed, notably the fun fair, during February, which surely is a slightly busier time? Recommended overall, comfortable if not flashy

It is a great place to be near the pool to have some coffee and deserts. The arabic foods are good but no Indian cuisine are available.
One of the better options to stay in buraimi. The location isn't great with limited places you can access in comfortable walking distance. However, many activities for the kids and family. Ok options for food and entertainment. We had the large suite booked, so it was comfortable and spacious. Amenities in the room were below expectations for the price paid.
The hotel is good and the swimming pool is big. The desaign is luxury. I think it's the biggest hotel in buraimi. The breakfast is nice.
