Comfortable and spacious 3 bed room apartment. Near to most attractive locations. Opposite to Al ain mall.It was too expensive and the breakfast could be better for a five-star hotel. They are too slow in responding to guest requests. I asked for a blanket and water, it took three hours for them to deliver after several calls

Though on the older side, this hotel was a very nice place to stay for my purposes (business). The location is awesome - relatively central and right next to a big shopping mall with a large amount of taxis right in front of it. The service at the hotel was fantastic. I remember being greeted immediately at the entrance, helped with my bag, etc. During my visit, our team needed to eat breakfast a bit early and little this like that. The staff were always very ready to support us. The facilities are quite nice, especially the roof top pool area and cafe. Since I visited in the cool weather season, our team had our work meetings in this area in the evening. Nara, the primary site restaurant, offers a pretty good buffet for dinner, as well as a la carte and room service.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a bit 'wonky.' The auto function did not work (it would turn itself off despite the temp in the room and my set temp being way different). So, I had to leave the AC on constantly and adjust the fan strength manually. To be fair, I chose not to report this to the front desk as it wasn't a big deal to me. The bathroom did smell a bit funny (not bad, but a little mildewy). Sound-proofing between rooms is the only actual issue I had. I had a room with a connecting door, and you could hear every little thing. Even the TV in the adjoining room. You could hear halfway traffic very easily as well. The hotel really should consider three big upgrades: international electric outlets, way better sound proofing and decent coffee machines (Nespresso compatible...powdered coffee is yucky).
I very much enjoyed my stay here overall, and would return for business trips.

The room size is good but the facilities are rooted in the nineties. There is no smart tv ( so you are stuck with Arabic and Indian tv channels), there is no where to sit except in a terribly uncomfortable mini armchair, the water temperature in the shower is only 40 degrees ( so a hot shower is actually a lukewarm shower, at best), reception staff are slow to respond and so are the technicians when called to fix the tv when it stopped working.
To top it all off I turn up at 3 O’Clock this afternoon after a hard day’s work to find that my room was not cleaned and the water temperature issues were not fixed.
So this hotel needs a more professional management to drag it forward to the 21st century. It does have a good potential, the location is great and the finishing is excellent and the food is good.
Until these issues are fixed I don’t think I shall recommend my company to book training rooms or stays in this hotel.

Right on the other side of the mall, easy to walk over, take a bus to the central bus station etc.
The rooms look ok at first sight but we're quite dated when you took a closer look.
There were SEVERAL different hairs on the bed sheets and in the shower!!! Disgusting .... This shouldn't happen at a 5* hotel.
I also called them to bring the pre packed luggage down to the lobby so I could take it straight to the taxi when I was on the go.
When I got there the luggage wasn't there and the congieres apparently hadn't been informed.
Overall a huge NO on cleanliness and some of the staff

The room is perfect for a couple or families . The hotel location is great. Mall and restaurants are near. Staff's are very helpful and friendly. And their breakfast is awesome.

Since 1:00pm I been called the reception to call housekeeping until 5pm I’m waiting. I slide in the toilet because cannot be notice the water to the tiles. I’m very disappointed for this hotel they not do any action regarding of it instead I’m waiting long time and this is five star . Never come in this hotel.

I will stay in Al Ain for long period and I chose to stay in Ayla Grand hotel. It was the best choice. Luxury hotel rooms, many indoor and high quality activities such as gym, swimming pool, spas, massages etc. I suggest that for sure!

It's my first time booking a hotel by booking and surprised at how different when compared to the website and reality are.
I was disappointed with how the staff here at not helpful or professional in their work.
I booked a suit with two bedrooms for 3 nights, and I tried to manage my booking but I could not, so I contacted customer service in booking and was told that I needed to cancel to make a new booking they told me to get approval from the hotel, so I called the number of the hotel and they gave me the approval, so I called back customer service but they asked me to give the name of the employee and his position, so when I called back the hotel, but the two Egyptian men refused to give the name and avoiding to give me the approval for cancellation.
So, I came in the next day and stayed for not more than 4 hours, and checked out, and the amount of the next and the last night was non-refundable.
It was a big joke.
Not deserve even 1 star.

Secondly, the reliability of the connection was extremely poor. The internet frequently dropped, leaving me disconnected at crucial moments. This made it challenging to maintain productivity and stay connected with colleagues and family.
Lastly, even after reaching out to the hotel staff for assistance, the issue remained unresolved. While they were polite and tried to help, the overall infrastructure simply couldn't support a stable and fast connection.
For a hotel that markets itself as accommodating business travelers, this was a significant drawback. I hope Ayla grand hotel invests in upgrading their internet service to meet the needs of their guests. Until then, I would recommend this hotel only if reliable internet is not a priority for your stay.

"Very disappointing stay. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool to entertain my kids. I confirmed multiple times that all amenities were in good condition. Upon arrival, we found out the pool was closed. Despite spending nearly 2 hours there and my complaints, the manager charged me nearly half the room cost when I decided to leave. Had to book another hotel last minute. Poor customer service and misleading information."
