The facilities are quite nice, especially the roof top pool area and cafe. Since I visited in the cool weather season, our team had our work meetings in this area in the evening
Relax place every thing fine and unfortunately they don't provide late check out as well in the other branch of Bawadi mall even in different occasions they use notices and early call to push customer do check out on time
To be fair, I chose not to report this to the front desk as it wasn't a big deal to me. The bathroom did smell a bit funny (not bad, but a little mildewy). Sound-proofing between rooms is the only actual issue I had
I remember being greeted immediately at the entrance, helped with my bag, etc. During my visit, our team needed to eat breakfast a bit early and little this like that. The staff were always very ready to support us
Comfortable and spacious 3 bed room apartment. Near to most attractive locations. It was too expensive and the breakfast could be better for a five-star hotel. They are too slow in responding to guest requests
' The auto function did not work (it would turn itself off despite the temp in the room and my set temp being way different). So, I had to leave the AC on constantly and adjust the fan strength manually

I like the pool very much put sometime when there qre too much people it become crowded and i feel like there is 10 people coming from each room.
Good hotel for a weekend staycation. The pool is great and Mcgettigans is also a good experience
The resort has a great swimming pool -temperature controlled. The resort and its nearby area is so lush green that you cant take your eyes off. In all a highly recommended place
Breakfast buffet was not bad, hotel amenities like the three pools, kids play area and green lawns were refreshing, our room also was very light and airy

The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, featuring fresh, flavorful dishes to start the day right. The hotel’s amenities, including the outdoor pool and fitness center, were well-kept and enjoyable
I’d especially like to highlight the housekeeping team for their outstanding support. Cathy, who regularly handles the cleaning of my room, consistently delivers the best service I’ve ever experienced
I also spent a lot of time in the gym, where Captain Abdulrahman stood out for his professionalism, support, and dedication. He was always attentive, ready to help, and gave great tips for improving workouts
This level of hospitality made my stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality!
One of the highlights of my stay was the housekeeping service — Eden did an amazing job keeping my room spotless every single day. Her attention to detail and positive attitude truly made me feel at home
The service team, especially Danushka, demonstrated incredible service, showing great attention to detail in keeping my room immaculate. I extend my thanks to everyone for this outstanding experience

We had a great time with the whole family with a lot of activities to do in the hotel, the kids enjoyed the pool so much. Thank you to Jesse and the whole hotel staff for making our stay memorable
My room was very clean and comfortable. We were greeted by reception who were very welcoming. Had a pool day where our server Ramen was very attentive and made our stay there that much better
I recently visited Al Ain Rotana to celebrate World Pharmacist Day with my colleagues. The hotel provided an excellent atmosphere for the event, with neat and clean surroundings
The arrangements for the sessions and classes were well-organized, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. A really good place for professional gatherings and celebrations
Our kids enjoyed the squeaky clean pools, it was the perfect spot to relax and laze around as well. I'd suggest the pool view rooms for the beautiful view of not just the pool, but also Jebel Hafeet
A fantastic experience from the get-go! Swift check-in, super clean and well maintained property, wonderful dining experience (we had breakfast and dinner), and most importantly, extremely welcoming staff! The staff made all the difference

Beautiful grounds with lush gardens and multiple pools, Variety of dining options to choose from, Spacious and comfortable rooms, Family-friendly amenities like kids' pool and playground and Convenient location for exploring Al Ain's attractions
Recently stayed at Radisson Blu Al Ain with my friends. Overall experience was very good. Room seemed bit old but the property is well taken care of. For dinner, they had only 2 veg options and that too tasteless
The ambience was elegant yet comfortable, making it perfect for both a relaxing meal and a special evening. The food was delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented
They should really look into improving their menu and have inclusive menu. Also, most of the dessert tasted stale. But for the breakfast, there were many options and food was tasty too
The service truly stood out, thanks to Mukesh and Rubel, who made the evening extra special. They were attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect
Highly recommend the Club House Restaurant for its excellent food, top-notch service, and warm hospitality. Special thanks again to Mukesh and Rubel for their outstanding service!

We stayed one night at the Oryx Grand Hotel for my friend's anniversary. The location is beautiful and calm, and it has a nice swimming pool and some gaming place. The mountain view from the rooms is amazing
The hotel is packed with fun family-friendly amenities. a pool with slides, splash play area, playground, and mini golf — perfect for kids and adults alike
The ambience is great, and the swimming pool is enjoyable to explore. The hotel also has a dedicated kids’ play area and several fun activities that keep children engaged
Nestled in the peaceful outskirts of Al Ain, the hotel offers a perfect escape from the city with stunning mountain and city views. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and affordably priced. great value for a family stay
I especially want to thank Moshi, who is at reception. She helped and guided us with hotel access, and all the other staff were also helpful and kind. Overall, I'm really happy with stay
The continental breakfast was delicious, and the food and beverage prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and fun-filled stay with family

Staff were nice including reception and house keeping, gave us extra towels and drinking water. Special thanx to Megan for making the reservation smooth and quick
We booked 7 Rooms 2 family suits 2 junior suits and 3 deluxe rooms. The suits were very spacious just ask for extra beds to accommodate if it’s 3 adults
And to Kareema for her hospitality and upbeat welcoming spirit
nice hotel, clean and very comfy, the room is relaxing and comfy to stay with
This hotel is now called the All Seasons. It is perfect for a one night stay but it would not be a luxury hotel or a resort. The rooms were comfortable with a somewhat energetic AC system

Security & waiters don't know the customer service. Need some training to improve their self. Reception staff is excellent
Overall good but room wasn't very clean when I checked in
During my time at the Ayla Bawadi Hotel and Mall , I had the opportunity to dine at your restaurant and experience the culinary delights on offer
No good view and air condition water pressure
Extremely clean, the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were so clean it was like no one had ever used them. Lovely room and a great rain shower separate to the bath. Will definitely stay there again.

The wild antelopes were really cute elves, appearing around the tents from time to time. At night, keeping warm by the fire, walking into the depths of the desert and looking up at the stars was a different feeling
You must experience a desert hotel when you visit the UAE. Since we were going to Al Ain, we booked a resort in Tel Ain. The whole family was very satisfied. The wild luxury tent hotel was refreshing
Swimming in the hotel's outdoor swimming pool at sunset, you can enjoy the desert sunset. Walking in the hotel area early in the morning, I also saw the desert sunrise. Everything is so beautiful and unforgettable
Amazing location in the desert, great environment and friendly staff. We had a very nice trip at Telal Resort.
It was just beautiful from start to end, we stayed 3 nights and could have easily stayed longer. This is the first hotel I've ever actually felt sad to leave. It has an aura around it that feels like it heals you
It is a lovely place. I love the ambiance, food, service and as well as the room.

I have recently stayed in this resort for Eid holidays 1/4/2025, it’s cheap and worth the money very big rooms , clean rooms , good service, friendly staff , good view , however need to improve in the amenities like pool , changing rooms , kids play area however good experience
All 3 receptionist were very helpful, I don't know the name but it was 1 female and 2 Male staff. Great job guys, keep up the good work. The swimming pool guard was very helpful too
I felt comfortable, safe, clean and well taken care of. Location may not be the best but the staff makes it up. Villa was huge and equipped with your daily needs with amazing view outside your villa
They are offering lots of activities like horse riding, paint ball and quad biking. It has a wonderful swimming pool
A lot of improvement since the new owner took over its operation and they added a kid playground area with attractions prices are reasonable too for being in a hotel at the middle of the desert which is affordable compared to many others
The staff who showed us room was very nice, helpful and friendly. The Rooms was big and spacious. Would recommend to visit this place

Quiet place with no interference. You get wonderful tea just outside the hotel which is open early morning and closes late night.
It is a nice accomodation with a good Wi-Fi reception and internet connectivity. The foods at the restaurant @ ground floor are very tasty and not expensive. We have a very good experience during our stay here
Kudos to the friendly and cheerful staff
The purpose of the hotel is used as shelter mainly for Filipinos and other nationalities to wait for their tourist/visit visa and employment visa who came from Dubai before they come back again to look for job or start a new work
The hotel charges 50AED per day without free food. The counting of days is thru the date and not by 24 hours. They assigned four person per room forr the men
