The room was nice. The downstairs was under renovation for a while, but it didn't affect the rest. The service attitude was very good.

The place was amazing! Breakfast was super tasty especially their honeycomb! Definitely would rebook here. Al Ain Rotana the best 😆

Mark from the reception took good care of us. We booked 3 rooms and all rooms were checked in right away. Bellman were attentive and helped us. Pools are very nice life guards were very attentive

The resort has a great swimming pool -temperature controlled. The resort and its nearby area is so lush green that you cant take your eyes off. In all a highly recommended place

Had the full board for 3 nights and 4 days, lets just stay we really didn’t want to leave, the whole staff is welcoming and friendly, special shout out to flavors staff, from the welcoming team, waiters and chefs, all very friendly and the food is nice, gym is fully equipped with everything plus lap pool, table tennis, squash and a boxing area

Its a nice and kids friendly resort. Kids swimming pool is large enough to accommodate guest and their kids. Water Slide on kids pool is really nice. Breakfast menu with lot of Indian options are also very good.

They offer a mix of modern luxury and traditional charm. They have beautiful gardens, three dutiful swimming pools, and a bunch of dining options

I recently stayed at radisson Alain and had an overall satisfactory experience. **Pros:** - The hotel staff were incredibly supportive and welcoming. - The swimming pool, especially the kids' area, was fantastic

I have been there for 6 months and am happy with the place. There is building work going on to add another kids pool, not sure if i will be staying when that opens though as i expect it to be noisy

Plus, it's a great spot if you're into sports because they have tennis courts and a golf course nearby. It’s like a little oasis in the city. That's what I thought about it

A well-managed Hotel with a great team. Ayla Grand Hotel is almost one of the best hotels in Al Ain and of course the best Ayla facility in the city. They offer a gym and rooftop pool with a small cafe called Sky5

The facilities are quite nice, especially the roof top pool area and cafe. Since I visited in the cool weather season, our team had our work meetings in this area in the evening

Near every thing , opposite the biggest mall , pool is great , also the sky 5 cafe is good with nice view at night , has under ground parking .

The room is perfect for a couple or families . The hotel location is great. Mall and restaurants are near. Staff's are very helpful and friendly. And their breakfast is awesome.

To be fair, I chose not to report this to the front desk as it wasn't a big deal to me. The bathroom did smell a bit funny (not bad, but a little mildewy). Sound-proofing between rooms is the only actual issue I had

I remember being greeted immediately at the entrance, helped with my bag, etc. During my visit, our team needed to eat breakfast a bit early and little this like that. The staff were always very ready to support us

I personally observed how attentively he looked after the kids not only when I was at the pool, but also the next morning while watching from my room. His presence made the families feel relaxed and well taken care of

The Hotel offer very good service. Starting from the reception desk to the restaurant and hotel facilities. The rooms are large and has all what you need and they give you free snacks in the fridge

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The hotel has a very nice pool that is shaded and has warm water and they have nice jacuzzi and steam room and Gym is very nice

But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff, especially Mr. Basil at Reception, an amazing friendly & professional gentleman. A gated property, good for families, safe & clean

Very spacious chalets fully equipped with split ac units, tv’s, fridge, microwave etc. Very spacious rooms and good running water pressure etc. with a bbq pit in the patio outside

Green Mubazzarah Chalets, a hidden gem in Al Ain. Great location, quiet, peaceful, very pleasant and a super clean chalet one bedroom chalet (inside & out)

Very clean and well maintained villas. Friendly staff who provided us the exact Villa we had requested. Very quick check in and check out process

Lots of greenery and parking space too at the chalet with cctv security. You can order food from their restaurants or even Talabat delivers here

A beautiful resort, loved everything. It was a different experience, in the middle of the desert, surrounded by Gazelles. The customer service was also excellent. The view from the pool is spectacular. It was worth it!

This was our 3rd year in a row of staying at Telal Resort Al Ain - they surprised us with a Welcome Back cake!! This place is so unique and incredible, never seen anything like it. Staff is very welcoming and friendly

Also in the normal swimming pool right next to it but on ground floor. We also got some of their activities, such as camel riding and archery

This is also thus far the only camel/horse ride experrience I've had that literally walked us out into the dunes area instead of just circling around a small area, which was great! - The 2 pools are superbly designed, very beautiful outdoor pool wuth desert view and perfect place to chill and watch sunset

This is my favorite winter resort. It is so peaceful and far from crowds. You feel united with the nature as villas are in the desert, and it is so amazing that there are ghazals just few meters away

The rooms are in Arabian style with modern design. The fireplace at the terrace is beautiful. I like to sleep when it is quiet and the noise was annoying

I have recently stayed in this resort for Eid holidays 1/4/2025, it’s cheap and worth the money very big rooms , clean rooms , good service, friendly staff , good view , however need to improve in the amenities like pool , changing rooms , kids play area however good experience

All 3 receptionist were very helpful, I don't know the name but it was 1 female and 2 Male staff. Great job guys, keep up the good work. The swimming pool guard was very helpful too

I felt comfortable, safe, clean and well taken care of. Location may not be the best but the staff makes it up. Villa was huge and equipped with your daily needs with amazing view outside your villa

They are offering lots of activities like horse riding, paint ball and quad biking. It has a wonderful swimming pool

A lot of improvement since the new owner took over its operation and they added a kid playground area with attractions prices are reasonable too for being in a hotel at the middle of the desert which is affordable compared to many others

It was 🤩 amazing. We really love the amazing view of al ain. Only that the pool was not good. It’s so cold that you could enjoy swimming. Hope next time they can do something with their heater. It would be perfect.

Very nice resort located on the top of Jabal Hafeet mountain. Excellent swimming pool, kids activities, water slides, surrounded by mountains, excellent rooms with service, mouth watering breakfast

Location was amazing, even the drive way to hotel. Swimming pool with the slides were awesome & so fun, pool timing 9-9 was great, view excellent. Room service was very slow and need multiple follow ups

Spacious room, with amazing view, however old tears and wears noticeable on furniture and bathroom. We asked for more towels, which were never provided

Usually, I take my Family to hotels by the beach since we love the sea. But Ayla Bawadi was the only exception. I recommend it as a near attraction for a quick getaway from daily routine in Al Ain

We booked 7 Rooms 2 family suits 2 junior suits and 3 deluxe rooms. The suits were very spacious just ask for extra beds to accommodate if it’s 3 adults

This hotel is now called the All Seasons. It is perfect for a one night stay but it would not be a luxury hotel or a resort. The rooms were comfortable with a somewhat energetic AC system
