Had a wonderful family trip at 2 Bed room chalet. very spacious rooms and easy access to pool. Since the chalet is separated from from main building, it was more isolated and safer. staff was very social and helpful

the breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of variety and cuisines. the two bedroom suites are spacious but their view is bad facing the big smoked and neighborhood houses

It's on the rooftop where the Skybar Restaurant is also located. The pool is temperature controlled and maintained for health and safety purposes with on-site, qualified Lifeguards

The facilities are quite nice, especially the roof top pool area and cafe. Since I visited in the cool weather season, our team had our work meetings in this area in the evening

Near every thing , opposite the biggest mall , pool is great , also the sky 5 cafe is good with nice view at night , has under ground parking .

The room is perfect for a couple or families . The hotel location is great. Mall and restaurants are near. Staff's are very helpful and friendly. And their breakfast is awesome.

To be fair, I chose not to report this to the front desk as it wasn't a big deal to me. The bathroom did smell a bit funny (not bad, but a little mildewy). Sound-proofing between rooms is the only actual issue I had

I remember being greeted immediately at the entrance, helped with my bag, etc. During my visit, our team needed to eat breakfast a bit early and little this like that. The staff were always very ready to support us

The room is large and very well cleaned and balcony is nice to see pool area and relax. The atmosphere of the hotel make you feel like you are at home from faraway home

The resort has a great swimming pool -temperature controlled. The resort and its nearby area is so lush green that you cant take your eyes off. In all a highly recommended place

The reception desk, while being manned by two male staff member, was very efficient giving no credence to the adage that men cant multitask…. A point I had the joy of making to my wife at the time

Its a nice and kids friendly resort. Kids swimming pool is large enough to accommodate guest and their kids. Water Slide on kids pool is really nice. Breakfast menu with lot of Indian options are also very good.

I recently stayed at radisson Alain and had an overall satisfactory experience. **Pros:** - The hotel staff were incredibly supportive and welcoming. - The swimming pool, especially the kids' area, was fantastic

Plus, it's a great spot if you're into sports because they have tennis courts and a golf course nearby. It’s like a little oasis in the city. That's what I thought about it

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 staffs for an event at Al Ain Ladies Club and Ayla Hotel was the closest option. The service was great, the rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating

Everything is perfect and good location best location is c block , no room service no house keeping , there is nothing just come and stay in your villa it's good actually your paying around 500 for 1 bed room, other places you will never find this rate

We checked in to aloft no welcome very cold check in we booked half board for two night two rooms + one kid restaurant times were not explained had to ask for the timings & locations no buffet in on the first night set menu only and was asked to pay for the kids dinner and when mention the child is 5 years still insisted that we have to pay

I stayed four days in Aloft Al Ain. My family enjoyed the stays so much! We like the rooftop pool with good vibes. Loved the rooftop pool and relaxing bar up there. Such a comfortable stay with cool weather in Al Ain

However, there is one Nepalese employee who is exceptionally courteous and attentive. Others could definitely learn from him

The other staff also were really courteous and pleasant. The rooms were really comfortable. The proximity and access to the mall makes it a good choice for families

I enjoyed staying in this place. Beautiful scenery, The house is clean and fully equipped with towels, pots, a kettle, a heater, outdoor campfire. We loved having breakfast and lunch outdoors.

Usually, I take my Family to hotels by the beach since we love the sea. But Ayla Bawadi was the only exception. I recommend it as a near attraction for a quick getaway from daily routine in Al Ain

They are very considerate and accommodating, room was prepared in a short while mean we did not have to wait for long time before we can go in our room. Pool was very nice as well we enjoyed alot

A beautiful resort, loved everything. It was a different experience, in the middle of the desert, surrounded by Gazelles. The customer service was also excellent. The view from the pool is spectacular. It was worth it!

This was our 3rd year in a row of staying at Telal Resort Al Ain - they surprised us with a Welcome Back cake!! This place is so unique and incredible, never seen anything like it. Staff is very welcoming and friendly

This is also thus far the only camel/horse ride experrience I've had that literally walked us out into the dunes area instead of just circling around a small area, which was great! - The 2 pools are superbly designed, very beautiful outdoor pool wuth desert view and perfect place to chill and watch sunset

This is my favorite winter resort. It is so peaceful and far from crowds. You feel united with the nature as villas are in the desert, and it is so amazing that there are ghazals just few meters away

The rooms are in Arabian style with modern design. The fireplace at the terrace is beautiful. I like to sleep when it is quiet and the noise was annoying

Spacious room, with amazing view, however old tears and wears noticeable on furniture and bathroom. We asked for more towels, which were never provided

Each room has its own wifi code so if you walk around the resort, you'll need to sign on to different WiFi as you move. You can see them perching on the roof top at night

Quiet place with no interference. You get wonderful tea just outside the hotel which is open early morning and closes late night.

It is a nice accomodation with a good Wi-Fi reception and internet connectivity. The foods at the restaurant @ ground floor are very tasty and not expensive. We have a very good experience during our stay here
