We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Radisson Blu Al Ain. The buffet was excellent with a great selection, and the service truly made our morning special. A big thank you to the amazing staff — Sheila, Kaung, Alam, Ritu, and Ajith — for their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. They were always smiling, quick to assist, and made sure everything was perfect at our table. Their warm hospitality and excellent service added a personal touch to our stay.
Everything about our stay reflected genuine care, professionalism, and great attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Al Ain — we’ll definitely come back again!
Room seemed bit old but the property is well taken care of.
For dinner, they had only 2 veg options and that too tasteless. They should really look into improving their menu and have inclusive menu. Also, most of the dessert tasted stale.
But for the breakfast, there were many options and food was tasty too. Infact Jaspreet, Alam and Sheila ensured that we are comfortable and provided great service.
They also have a mini waterpark which is quite a good fun activity for kids.
They have only one family pool which also had a bar in it. They should look into having a separate adult pool.
Overall great experience. Definitely recommended for families or friends who are looking to get away from city life.
The food was delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service truly stood out, thanks to Mukesh and Rubel, who made the evening extra special. They were attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with whatever we needed. Special thanks to Jabir, who was amazing from the start, very accommodating and even arranged a complimentary early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was good, though we wish there were a bit more variety. Still, the service made up for it, thanks to Sheila, Kaung, Ajith, and Jaspreet for their warm hospitality. Also, shout-out to Lin and Htet from housekeeping for keeping our room tidy and being so nice throughout our stay.
As for the Duplex Villa, it was a bit disappointing. Some amenities were missing or not prepared in advance. We booked for four people, but the provided items were not enough — such as towels, toiletries, pillows and blankets. There was also no hand soap, and the kitchenware and utensils were quite limited. On the bright side, the housekeeping team was quick to provide whatever we asked for. Since it’s a villa with a kitchen, it would’ve been nice to have dish soap at least. Because they don’t provide any, you’re basically forced to leave the dirty dishes when you check out, which feels a bit inconvenient.
Overall, we had a lovely stay — fun amenities, great staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. With a few improvements in the villa setup, it would be perfect!
The buffet breakfast was another highlight. A great selection of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff headed by their supervisor, Sheila, Kaung, Alam, Ritu, Ajith and Dhanu were friendly, attentive and accommodating, ensuring everyone had a pleasant dining experience.
I highly recommend Radisson Blu Al Ain to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and genuinely friendly staff and excellent customer service!
Perfect staff
One highlight was the dedicated table and proper lighting setup—ideal for working remotely or taking care of personal business. The setup was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to stay productive when needed.
The food provided was also a pleasant surprise. Whether ordered in or enjoyed on-site, it was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, with a good variety of options.
We also believe we received an upgraded booking, as the villa felt even more spacious and well-appointed than expected—definitely a nice touch that added to the overall experience.
Overall, it was a great mix of comfort, convenience, and quality. Would definitely recommend it for both leisure and work-oriented stays.
