“I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience overall. The hotel is old and rundown, with worn-out furniture and cracked walls, showing clear signs of neglect. The photos advertised are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all.
On the positive side, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and their service was good. The food was acceptable, though nothing exceptional.
However, I had a major issue with my room. I specifically requested a smoking room, but I was given a non-smoking one instead. When I raised this with the receptionist, I was told I could smoke on the balcony. However, when I requested an ashtray from room service, they refused, saying the entire floor was non-smoking. I then asked to change rooms, but my request was denied on the grounds that the hotel was fully booked. This left me unable to smoke for two days, which made my holiday far from enjoyable.
Overall, while the staff were polite and the food decent, the hotel’s poor condition and failure to accommodate my request made for a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend it.”

Its a nice and kids friendly resort. Kids swimming pool is large enough to accommodate guest and their kids. Water Slide on kids pool is really nice. Breakfast menu with lot of Indian options are also very good.

Very bad stay due to cleanliness. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is below zero and there is no interest from them, they did not even change the sheets. The sheets had chocolate on them and they did not replace them. They did not even change the bathroom trash and left the dirt, there was a cockroach in the bathroom twice, no new towels or shampoo were put in and the carpet was not vacuumed. We contacted them more than once. Then the next day the cleaning manager sent a fruit plate as an apology! Is the fruit plate equal to the money we paid to stay at the hotel?!!! We can buy fruits easily and it is not like the price of staying at the hotel and getting good services. All our three rooms had the same problem. No one was satisfied at all. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the hotel at all. A complaint will be filed if compensation is not provided. As we lost a whole day in cleaning and waiting.

It is pretty awesome.
They offer a mix of modern luxury and traditional charm. They have beautiful gardens, three dutiful swimming pools, and a bunch of dining options. Plus, it's a great spot if you're into sports because they have tennis courts and a golf course nearby. It’s like a little oasis in the city. That's what I thought about it.

A decent stay with a mix of highs and lows.
Beautiful grounds with lush gardens and multiple pools, Variety of dining options to choose from, Spacious and comfortable rooms, Family-friendly amenities like kids' pool and playground and Convenient location for exploring Al Ain's attractions.
It depends on your priorities, If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of on-site amenities, it's a good choice. Just manage your expectations regarding value for money.

Worst experience ever..impolite receptionist..they didn't greeting us or explain anything.. they even never give us the full package as we booked..becareful they will say only have damaged room with bad bathroom smell to let u book villa with high price although they not saying the truth about having another rooms.....everything is old and hot (no A/C)..

Worst experience. Not deserved to be 2 star hotel. Their concierge line never answer and villa service is very bad. Room service taking very long to fulfill after many request. AC not functional after changing villa at mid night. Pest everywhere and broken windows and doors. No proper kids entertainment as mentioned in the advertisement. Not recommend at all for staycation.

I recently stayed at radisson Alain and had an overall satisfactory experience.
**Pros:**
- The hotel staff were incredibly supportive and welcoming.
- The swimming pool, especially the kids' area, was fantastic.
- The food was delicious and offered a great variety.
- The rooms, provided a lovely view of the swimming pool

- The check-in process took quite a long time.
Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a satisfactory stay and look forward to returning again.

I was not happy with my stay in the room, there were insects in it, and also when I wanted to use the extra pillow in the room’s closet, I discovered old blood stains on it. As for the lunch meal, it was unsatisfactory. As for the salad, I ordered two types, but they brought me the same salad, but its name was different. The grilled plate was never to my liking. The salmon dish had a burn on the skin that made you uncomfortable, and when I told the receptionist at the restaurant she did nothing. As for the service in the restaurant, it is very, very weak. There are no simple things like Kleenex. My meal took more than half an hour to arrive, and there were no visitors in the restaurant, just us and two families. As for taking the order, she was not cooperative and we waited 30 minutes for her to take our order. It was a bad experience
