The rooms need a bit maintainence, but the staff and the customer service is top notch.

The hotel staffs were friendly and very helpful, Mr. Jana the reception Manager was very helpful, his service was excellent and to the top notch
The Pool guards, Mr. Abdu, Ms. Shamim was very helpful pool coaches. Their service and commitment to their service was excellent. They were very helpful and supportive in terms of their service. Mr. Abdu does a great job and he deserves great rewards for his services.
I really cannot stop talking about how lovely the Room Service people were Ms Thetor, she was very friendly and sweet. She did a very brilliant job and deserves really a great appreciation for the hard work she does.

Found a few stains on the wall, dirty cup in the bathroom and stains on the towel for the pool. One of the ladies at the reception didn’t even finish the conversation with me and was already answering the phone midway our interaction. Didn’t feel the best… The housekeeping didn’t leave any coffee or tea that was used from the previous day.

Truly deserve all the good ratings. My elderly parents (foreigner and doesnt even speak arabic) who were traveling just two of them had to check out way earlier than the reservation date due to family emergency but the hotel kindly allow us to early checkout. As i was away and couldnt help out, i was so grateful for the staff attentiveness and consideration. I truly hope everyone who is considering to stay at this place, please do so. Service was impeccable, close to supermarket, good amenities among many other good things i can say for this hotel. Overall it was a pleasant experience for my parents stay. Thank you very much, keep up the great work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 staffs for an event at Al Ain Ladies Club and Ayla Hotel was the closest option. The service was great, the rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, a nice experience! 😍

We arranged to stay overnight in the city of Al Ain so we chose the Ayla Hotel for this occasion, which we found it clean and comfortable.
By the way, Ayla Hotel is centrally located in Al Ain City within a Community Mall and with direct access to a Pharmacy and a supermarket!

Thanks to the Ayla Hotel team for making our visit to El Ain the best part of our UAE visit. A big mention to Jana and the house keeping staff, who helped us while travelling with young children. Jana worked especially hard to make sure we could still enjoy activities during the hottest time of the year, including our last minute desert safari! Thanks to the team for accommodating our needs promptly.

I am extremely disappointed with my engagement party at Ayla Hotel. I had high hopes for this special occasion, but they completely ruined it. Despite taking a significant amount of money from me, they failed to deliver on any of their promises.
From the start, the service was terrible. They assured me that everything would be perfect, but nothing was as discussed. The decorations were not what I had requested, everything was different and very simple, from the flowers, arrangement, and the entrance. They didn't even set up the space the way we had planned.
I contacted the responsible person many times and even went there in person. He promised everything would be perfect, but nothing was as we had agreed. The staff was unhelpful, and it seemed like they didn't care about making the event special for us.
It was a complete waste of money, and it left me feeling very disappointed on what should have been a joyous day. I would not recommend Ayla Hotel to anyone looking to host a special event.

Hotel experience was nice, professional staff and very helpful especially Mr. Elshehat and Ms. Moe who went above and beyond, managing to fulfill our requests even when it was beyond their usual duties.

I had a fantastic stay at Ayla Hotel! The facilities were top-notch and the service was impeccable. I especially want to mention Jana, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. His assistance and friendly demeanor made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Ayla Hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.
