My stay at the Sheraton Al Ain was a delightful experience. Nestled in the heart of the Garden City, despite the Hotel is bit older this hotel blends modern comfort with warm hospitality. The property is well-maintained, with spacious rooms that are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The staff stood out for their professionalism and friendliness, always ready to assist with a smile. The on-site dining options were excellent, offering a variety of cuisines to suit different tastes. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, featuring fresh, flavorful dishes to start the day right.

The hotel’s amenities, including the outdoor pool and fitness center, were well-kept and enjoyable. It’s also conveniently located near Al Ain’s main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city.

Simply put, this hotel was amazing! Even before our arrival, they had already assigned us an upgrade based on our Marriott loyalty membership—always a great start. The rooms? Spacious, well-maintained, and super nice.

The hotel is conveniently connected to a mall, which is a big plus. Need a snack? Forgot something? Boom, the mall’s right there. Later, I checked out the pool, and wow, I was genuinely impressed. The pool was fantastic, and the sauna and jacuzzi setup was a big win. They even have separate male and female jacuzzis, which gets a big thumbs up from me. A small detail, but it shows they’ve thought about everyone’s comfort.

Breakfast was top-notch. The staff were super willing to assist and made sure everything was perfect. For a Four Points, this level of service was impressive. Checkout was smooth, and the staff were all very nice. We did bring up one small issue during our stay, and they handled it like pros—understood it, took care of it, and didn’t skip a beat.

Pro tip: If you’re planning to visit Jabal Hafeet, this is the perfect place to stay. Spend the day exploring the top of the mountain, enjoy those epic views, and then come back to relax here. All in all, an amazing experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed here on my way to Oman, the rooms were very spacious, modern and clean, the bathroom was also great, with both a shower and a bath tub. Bed was extremely comfortable - much better than we were expecting to have! Overall highly recommend. Staff was very pleasant and efficient too.

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain hotel lasted two nights. The room was clean and cozy. For those who like to relax by the water, I advise visiting the large swimming pool. The hotel is also connected to the shopping center, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is friendly and creates an atmosphere of comfort.

It was an exciting stay in this unique and wonderful hotel. They have everything to make you feel comfortable and entertained. I did not feel bored for a single moment, starting with the good reception, the clean and tidy rooms, the wonderful restaurant, the gym and the swimming pool. It was a good experience in one of the best hotels in Al Ain city. The hotel location is very good next to the mall and about 20 minutes away from the city center. As for the services, the services are excellent, starting from the reception, to the cleanliness of the rooms. I also liked the cold sauna and the gym. Abdulrahman from the recreation department helped me a lot during my stay. Thanks to everyone there.

It was fun to spend time in this wonderful hotel. The rooms are good. The restaurant is also good and has different types of food. The gym is wonderful and has many equipment for all the muscles of the body. The swimming pool is large and the temperature is good. The most enjoyable thing was using the cold jacuzzi. I’m currently staying at the hotel, and I’m having a great experience. The room is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are perfect. I want to give special mention to Saif Ali and his colleagues, who have been providing excellent service during my stay. They are friendly, helpful, and have ensured that I have everything I need. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to the rest of my stay.

We stayed here one night as we came to visit the Zoo.
The place looks a bit old from the outside but inside everything is very nice, clean and new.
The room is good too, we had a balcony but didn't have a chance to use it. Just keep in mind that when you book the room, you must add sleepers and a toothbrush kit if you need it, otherwise you will need to call and ask for it. I think it's a hotel policy for spending less disposable stuff, as well as leave the towels on the floor if you want to wash it.
The pool is fine too, towels clean and good quality, personal is friendly, many kids and people who train.
We had a buffet breakfast there, it was not bad, they have varieties of food and sweets, I'm sure you can find something you like.
The hotel itself is very peaceful and quiet.
Also it's right next to the shopping mall, in case you need a supermarket or something else.
I'd stay in it again.
