From the very first day, the reception team was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
One of the highlights of my stay was the housekeeping service — Eden did an amazing job keeping my room spotless every single day. Her attention to detail and positive attitude truly made me feel at home.
I also spent a lot of time in the gym, where Captain Abdulrahman stood out for his professionalism, support, and dedication. He was always attentive, ready to help, and gave great tips for improving workouts.
This level of hospitality made my stay memorable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Upon arrival, 20 minutes past the check in time of 3pm, I anticipated that my room would be ready. However, I was informed by the receptionist Erika that the premium room that I had booked was unavailable. She mentioned that the only available option was the room without a balcony and would need to wait for an additional 20-40 minutes.
What was disappointing was not just the room
unavailability but the way the situation was handled. Erika did not offer an apology at the beginning and did not keep me updated while waited. I had to follow up. Throughout the interaction, she did not seem apologetic nor did she smile which left me feeling quite annoyed.
Unfortunately Erika’s handling of the situation was robotic and lacked the warmth and friendliness expected in such a role.
On a positive note, another receptionist guy apologized and offered me a complimentary breakfast which I declined.
By the way the premium room with the balcony that I was eventually given also did not meet the expectation, as the view was obstructed.
For future reference, I would suggest that front line staff receive additional training in customer interaction to ensure the guest feel welcomed and valued.

I had a wonderful experience at Al Ain Hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed the nice, clean pool—perfect for relaxing and cooling off.
The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and truly exceeded expectations, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The overall atmosphere was calm, and everything was well-maintained.

We stayed in Room 504. The air conditioning was not working properly the cooling was very low even after setting it to 18°C with the fan at speed 3, which disturbed our sleep after returning to the room from an early night and morning trip. Also, the dental kit was not provided. However, overall, the stay was good.
