Royal G Hotel and Spa

We had a wonderful vacation here)) The rooms are wonderful, the view is simply breathtaking. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. There was enough food in the buffet, but even when the omelette was running out, the staff offered to sit at a table for 5-10 minutes and personally brought eggs. This is a high level) I also liked the cleaning: it was really clean every day. The beds were changed regularly. Once we were in the room when the maid came and already wanted to refuse cleaning, but they changed our towels, took away the trash and quickly wiped down the bathroom, it's gorgeous) They change the water generously, they can even give you water twice if you run into the maid. The rooms, as I understand it, were luxury level, although we booked standard ones from the tour operator. It means we have such a good agency, because other vacationers complained about small rooms overlooking the road. I really liked the spa) It's gorgeous to go every day without restrictions and enjoy. The umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach are simple, but in good condition. The water is not bad in terms of cleanliness, we went to the vaunted Vlora - we didn't like it at all, and the water there was dirty and smelled of sewage. So we were very pleased with the hotel and the fact that we chose Durres) Naturally, there were some imperfect little things, but they did not upset us at all against the background of excellent service, interior, smiling staff, spa and beautiful sea. But if you asked what could be improved, I would say about the trash cans, which did not work pedal, yes, hair conditioner would be a wonderful addition to the set in the bathroom, and perhaps that's all) And I am a very picky person. Of course, I would like to add something fish for breakfast, but for the cost of the hotel, the food is already gorgeous: dried fruits, interesting sweets, watermelon, melon, bananas every day. And also nuts and a wonderful selection of vegetables. The only thing that spoiled the vacation was the unscrupulous owner of the car rental, which is located behind the hotel and goes out onto the road. Disgusting, I do not recommend it at all(( But the Royal G hotel itself left only pleasant impressions, and despite my love to vacation in a new country, city and hotel every time, I will choose this hotel with pleasure if I come to Albania again)

Very decent hotel in Durres. The staff is friendly, cleaning is every day. Breakfast is not bad:)

One of the most comfortable hotels and suitable for families. It was the most beautiful holidays spent there, the food was perfect, the hospitality and the atmosphere of relaxation. The children enjoyed themselves very much and are waiting to come back again. You are the best..

Breakfast and lunch are wonderful and a fantastic service from the beautiful girls at the buffet.
The rooms are cool and clean so that anyone can spend time.
The gym and spa are very comfortable and convenient.

I recommend this hotel to everyone because it's the most beautiful hotel in Durres. I had a lot of fun when I was here and I can say, this hotel has a good comfort.

One of the best hotels in Albania!
Excellent facility with a great location near the center and a beautiful view of the sea from the room. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful - especially when Anisa & Pamela is taking care of you. To sum up, I recommend this place to visit and stay! 10/10
