Bel Conti Hotel in Durres

A homey feeling hotel with a great restaurant, bar, pool and private sunbaths by the beach 🏖️ Very welcoming atmosphere, tasty restaurant and helpful staff. Rooms are simple but well furnished. I have been here solo, have enjoyed every moment of it. I felt very safe even at the beach you don’t have to worry about your belongings. Even though is September sea water is warm as well as the weather. Definitely will come back and recommend for others as well 🤩

The reception service is 10/10. The girls working there were the nicest and the most helpful girls ever and helped me with everything i asked them for. Would definitely come again next summer

Bel Conte - small and cozy hotel with great staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The reception team helpful.
However, the highlight of our stay were the waiters from the beach bar. Gerard and Ensev are the stars of the Bel Conte. Thank you for making our stay special and for your beautiful hospitality.

From all the restaurants I’ve been to in Dürres, Belconti has honestly been the best. The Greek salad was amazing, the vegetables were super fresh and you could really taste the difference. We also tried the pizza, and it was delicious, with the perfect crust and fresh toppings. The service was really good too, everyone was kind and welcoming. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality. Overall, everything felt genuine, not touristy or fake like you sometimes get in seaside places. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Dürres.

Simply great, we were very satisfied with the service in the pool bar and (kids club) the cleanliness and the child-friendly atmosphere with the lady Gamze in the (kids club) she was very friendly and kind to all guests and children, very entertaining, we had a lot of fun. The food in all restaurants and the service and reception in reception were very good. Unfortunately I have to criticize the service on the beach, unfortunately in my opinion there was little drink spending in terms of staff and the cleanliness was not 100% to my satisfaction.

I give 4 only because the hotel is located 100 meters from the sea with umbrella and sunbeds included in the price of the room. The pool is okay and there is a bar that serves cocktails. The breakfast was super good: wide range of choice between sweet and savory. The room was very clean, but very small and a little left to itself, antiquarian. The cleaning service is absent: in the morning they sometimes make the bed, but they don't even change the towels in the bathroom. The room has a wardrobe, two bedside tables, a safe, a wall-mounted hairdryer, towels and no bidet. Apart from the really small room and the absent cleaning service, our problem was another: the safe was faulty. Coming from Italy we had a lot of cash with us and needed this service. So, after calling the girl at the reception several times, they give us the key that they use to open the safes. Up until then it could still have been fine, but the problem was when one day we asked for the key and they told us that another guest had it. We then realized it was a common problem and waited for the keys. This situation annoyed us a lot because another evening, we asked for the keys from a man at the reception who told us that he didn't know anything because he didn't work there... The girl arrived after half an hour and still made us wait because she had the key yet another user. In short, at midnight we receive the keys... It's certainly not a bad hotel, but there are so many things to fix...

Hotel rooms could be much better. I had dinner there, and I was very pleased with food and service. The waiter was always there, but not intrusive, which I appreciate very much.
