i'm in love with this hotel! everything is great - our room, swimming pool, meals (everything is tasty and fresh), bar (drinks are really tasty)

Pool was nice & quiet probably time of year , our room was fine apart from the toilet button keep jamming , the breakfast was simple , we had half board included which wasn't the best , Limited choice ( not self service) & took a long time to get the food which all came out at different times & only 3 of us

My family and I spent 7 wonderful days in your hotel in July 2023. Everything was excellent, accommodation, food, pool, beach... I'd give you 10 for cleanliness. Greetings

I am sitting on my balcony on the last night of a week long trip and I cannot fault the hotel every member of staff was so pleasant and helpful the breakfast was basic but you could find something considering this was my first trip to Albania I was very surprised some people want ultimate luxuries but don’t want to pay so write bad reviews I had a few meals and all where lovely thank you all again...

In my opinion, they have a great food. Sometimes they ran out the food if you come at the end of the lunch, but still there's always something to eat and it's tasty. They have a good ambience and decorations

We bought the all inclusive package for 7 nights. In general our stay here was great. But there is one thing that bothered me. I'm actually not sure why the hotel got severals 1 star

Beautiful hotel, very clean, both the swimming pool and the rooms, I was very satisfied with the staff too, I really recommend it to everyone and don't believe those reviews which are false. I would happily go back.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel is located near the beach. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly, made us feel like we were home. We had a great time and will be back again.

Very nice hotel at the coastline in Durrës. The room was very nice with balcony and a big bathroom. The beach is just across the road and the sun-chairs is free when you’re staying at the hotel

We visited the hotel during our Easter vacations. It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel with our family , breakfast was excellent with many options of fresh local products

The staff was really polite and helpful , the atmosphere was something to remember , very different from all other hotels in the area, family oriented facilities

The location is excellent for shops, bars & restaurants. The hotels private beach is a 5 minute walk. What let’s the hotel down is the small overcrowded roof top pool. It’s more of a plunge pool than swimming pool

Great hotel. Clean, beautiful, quiet. The best service. Very helpful and friendly people. The food is fresh and excellent. If you are going to Albania, I recommend only this hotel. I recommend it with all my heart.

Empire Hotel’s buffet is very rich and just delicious! Empire beach bar is just amazing I feel like I am in Ibiza! Music, party and fun all the time 😍 We had delicious fancy cocktails at the beach bar

Amazing hotel with a greate rooftop and beach. The facilities was excellente,the food and everything else. Worth mentioning the kidness of staff,they were too friendly especially the reception staff

Breakfast was great, WiFi nice no issues at all, take along two mouth charger, Albania is great Tirana is good, the beach was not far, nice view

They need to improve the cleaning service (not every day we were getting clean towels and blankets) and the floor was never properly cleaned. Breakfast could be definitely better if they could add more sweet things

Great place to stay. Attentive staff, comfortable seating areas inside and out. Food was beautifully prepared and delicious. The facilities have been remodeled into a modern look. I felt very safe and at home here.

Acoustic isolation is a malus: Annoying is the noise coming from the traffic outside even with the window closed you hear cars, music and clacson. Also you can hear noises from other rooms and people in the corridors

Often they were lacking in service refilling clean dish , cups or simply napkins. All these things can be surely improved because the structure has the potential to became a really good hotel in my opinion

This hotel is a beautiful little gem tucked away in the Durres hills. The hotel is run by such a wonderful family that made myself and all of my family so welcome… nothing was ever too much trouble

Wonderful hotel! It's not very big, but cosy and very clean (especially the restaurant, the rooms and the lobby). Location is just on the front line at the Adriatic sea. The pool is also very nice and clean

But the cleaning staff hasn't changed our bedding the whole time we stayed there, nor did we get clean towels. Breakfast was the same everyday and only small changes at the dinner menu

Only 2 members of staff spoke english. We were allowed to the pool only until 5 pm. Not sure i will ever recommend this place

The food was excellent snd diverse - all kind of meat, vegetables, fish and seafood. The fruits were very fresh and sweet. He staff and the manager were professional but very friendly, they made our stay unforgetable ❤️

I'm rating 5 stars because of the cleanliness, hospitality and location

I'll start by saying that we swore to never return to Albania, then we found this hotel a few km from Durazzo, with a bus stop 30 steps away, costing 40 lek, for 40 cents they didn't even let us see the door of the bus, however we highly recommend it to everyone, especially because there is that beautiful family atmosphere that makes you feel mentally calm for the entire holiday period

The owners speak Italian and their son (12 years old) excellent English. Entire family engaged to make our stay pleasant. Big private parking, good wifi, nice garden, great breakfast, Easily reachable and well signposted

Family-run hotel, one more polite than the other, old-fashioned courtesy, perfect rooms, excellent food, but above all a lot of humanity that is lacking everywhere these days

I would recommend for an overnight in Durrës. we were welcomed by glass of house made raki and got a small bottle of the raki as departure souvenir

Hotel Lido offers a pleasant stay in an area very close to the city center. You will need 10 to 15 minutes to reach the pedestrian area with restaurants located right next to the sea

We spend one night in the roof top deluxe jacuzzi suite. May be a little dark in deco. You can see the sea but it‘s about 20 minutes by foot

This isn‘t a beach resort although offering 2 large outside pools that are not heated. Unfortunately you have to reserve the use of the indoorpool??which is difficult to understand

We had breakfast à la carte as it was low season. Good quality with friendly staff. Sometimes difficult to communicate in english

Air conditioning in the room is pre set at 23C , and you cant adjust it either way, contrary to the list of available services in the room that states AC can be adjusted 3 degrees up or down

I had the absolute best stay at Hotel Villa Pascucci – everything was beyond perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and treated me with the utmost care and professionalism

Absolutely Albanian top! Owner and his family was at all the time going extra mile to make us feel good and making sure that our epectations are fulfilled! Simple, good and therefore more rewarded that any other place we visited

The place is great and cozy (less than 100m to the sea). The room was clean and the prices are very confortable. Special mention: the dishes prepared by the owner were delicious.

You cannot miss that place if you want to know what local hospitality means!
