Great hotel. Clean, beautiful, quiet. The best service. Very helpful and friendly people. The food is fresh and excellent. If you are going to Albania, I recommend only this hotel. I recommend it with all my heart.

Stayed here with my family. The location is excellent for shops, bars & restaurants. The hotels private beach is a 5 minute walk. What let’s the hotel down is the small overcrowded roof top pool. It’s more of a plunge pool than swimming pool.

Overall it was quite good, but the biggest problem was the bad smell in the toilet - there is for sure some problem with sewers. I would also suggest more differentiating breakfasts as it got boring.

Very disappointed in the stay overall…
Hotel looks nice and elegant however it’s dirty.
Never come all inclusive as you will be treated worse than anytning.
In the hotel you only have all inclusive breakfast and cheap drinks…
Lunch&dinner are served on the beach which is nice however, I had 2 days food poisoning and couldn’t stand looking at the same
Food everyday had to go out and eat elsewhere - waste of money.
Staff is polite overall.
In the hotel you won’t get any coffee or snacks in all inclusive u will have to pay for it!!!
U don’t have coffee in your room, you don’t get towels for besch or swimming pool.
On the beach you have to go on the small (all inclusive) beach becasue the one more specious is for those who pay? I’m so confused.
It’s very loud location - till midnight fireworks and people playing drums outside - I mean for a young person is good but with kids it gets quite annoying..
defo no recommended for families ! Absolutely nothing to do and you have to even pay for ice cream 😂

The food was delicious. I've never been at more beautifull hotel then Empire.
All of the stuff was So nice and helpfull.
