Hotel Vivas in Durres

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The hospitality from the staff was below any expectation, showing a lack of care and professionalism. The cleanliness was extremely poor, failing to meet even the most basic standards. Breakfast was disappointing and poorly organized, with no fruit available and staff lacking even basic service skills. Nothing about our stay met the expected standards, and I do not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Been there in may, not nice experience. First room didn't had a light and was dirty. Second room was nice. Food very poor, never ever. Swimming pool was closed. Hotel looks nice but need lots of boost. Also staff have to be a bit more nice. Not recommending.

Very bad. Hotel looks nice outside and inside. Newly renovated. Rooms are okay not perfectly clean But its okay. Went for all inclusive option for a week. Food is not tasty, poor and not enough in quantity. It looks disgusting. All inclusive guests wait for restaurant to open as if you show too late is nothing to eat. had stomach issues during the stay. Beach bar doesn't have drink menu. Small drink offer, no ice. Wanna get ice, get it yourself in the bar inside. Young bartender very nice and easygoing. But even polite Hotel Staff won't change my opinion and awful experience. Bealive all bad opinion, its true. Don't go there!

I do not recommend it at all!!!! The rooms and bathrooms are dirty. It is dusty and worn. The food is basic and super monotonous, mostly green beans, cabbage, potatoes, white rice, some chicken or beef, burnt zucchini meatballs... Only beer is good for drinking at the beach bar. The staff does not monitor the lack of plates, glasses, utensils, and at certain times you have to beg and wait for them to be brought to you. Some napkins are put and then they are not reloaded. I don't even want to talk about cleaning the tables with a dirty rag. The elevator breaks often, and the staircase, which is also an emergency exit, has no lights and is dark at night. The air conditioners in the restaurant, bar and at the reception are turned off most of the day and you have to insist to put them work at 35 degrees outside. The maids knock on the doors after 2 p.m. and are very noisy. Rooms are swept only. Overall lack of organization and poor management with the main goal of saving on customer convenience. They don't respect the customers and try to save on everything . The only ones who were doing their jobs properly were the guys on the beach .

Terrible place, very dirty and miserable, food is very bad, staff is rude and don’t even care, cockroaches in the plates for lunch and when i showed it to one of the servers he just laughed and left it there, mold and dirt in every room, dont be fooled by good reviews, avoid this hotel

We staied in the hotel only for 1 night. But experience with hotel is really interesting. After our arrival we were welcome from unfriendly staff on recepcion. We had a small standard room. Bathroom is really old and not nice. In the evening i asked a lady on reception for print my bording pass. She asked me for 1€ for each. Its a standard of 4*hotel? I mean, this service in 4* hotel must to be include in the hotel rate. The biggest problem was with our departure. Some of the guest blocked our car on hotel parking. The recepcionist didnt speak english, but he confirmed me about his mistake with guest parking which arrived at 3am. So we need to go and wake up other guest to reparl their vehicle. Receptionist only catch guests car key and asked me to repark their car? But why me? Its not our job to repark other peoples car and wake up them early in the morning. There was a problem to catch our flight trom Tirana for this morning situation. This hotel is maximum 2*-3*, definitly not 4*hotel.
