Hotel Vivas

Nice spot. On the beach with beach beds and umbrellas. They serve drinks and food on the beach terrace. There is ample seating in the porch. Toilets are clean.

My family and I spent 7 wonderful days in your hotel in July 2023. Everything was excellent, accommodation, food, pool, beach... I'd give you 10 for cleanliness. Greetings

i'm in love with this hotel! everything is great - our room, swimming pool, meals (everything is tasty and fresh), bar (drinks are really tasty). staff is helpful and smiley, wifi works everywhere
for wacation it was the best place for us, so i can recommend this hotel from all my heart

We bought the all inclusive package for 7 nights. In general our stay here was great. But there is one thing that bothered me. Will explain later.

I'm actually not sure why the hotel got severals 1 star. In my opinion, they have a great food. Sometimes they ran out the food if you come at the end of the lunch, but still there's always something to eat and it's tasty.

They have a good ambience and decorations. I've walked along the beach coast in Durres, and I can say this hotel is one of the best. The sunbeds were placed nicely, it looks really good compared to the left/right side beach.

The staffs are all nice, and friendly. The cleaning services also regularly cleaned our rooms, although we don't want in the beginning because we think it's not necessary to change the sheet.

However there is a downside on our shower floor. The water did not run to where it's supposed to be, it ran the other way around so it can flood the whole bathroom. We needed to pay attention all the time when showering which is quite tiring. I needed to push the water with my feet during showering time. Which is very annoying.

But all in all, it's a great experience staying here. With a great deal. The party really made a difference too.

Well located in the best area of Durres beach. Nice and very friendly place. Good service from professional staf. Clean room.
