A charming hotel in an historic and well renovated period Ottoman era villa. The room we had was comfortable and spacious. There are level views from the balcony of the old and new towns and across the valley. It is well situated for the old bazaar quarter and castle. À highlight is the substantial breakfast available to be served on the terrace, the balcony or indoors. The staff are helpful and charming.

Stunning hotel in the upper hillside of the town. Traditional architecture, incredible views, charming owners and support staff. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night!

great value for money
Room was exactly like a picture. 250 years old, with many original details. Very cozy place with a fantastic view. They served tasty and home made dishes for breakfast on balcony on top, again with beautiful view. Free parking.

Beautiful, quaint hotel with lovely old style Albanian furnishings. Classic! We took “the best” room #3, with king-size very comfortable bed with soft linens. Spectacular long window seat with full-on view of the mountains was extraordinary to lounge in at any time of day. Had a huge private bathroom down a hall with a soaking tub and shower. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with table service on the balcony, in the courtyard or under the trees. Friendly, helpful service. Short walk to the fabulous Old City Center. Shops and restaurants galore. We highly recommend staying here. The road up from town tested my boldest Eastern European driving skills to the max! It was a great adventure on 2-way streets wide enough for one car!

Genuine and beautifull
Fantastic place but hard to find in the small narrow streets. Very genuine and beautifully both inside and outside.
Nice, helpfull and friendly management and personel.

The location slightly above the busy pet of the town is great with lice balcony on top of the building The room was very nice with a nice view on the castle The service was great too with Irvin been very helpful in making recommendations/reservations and even busing some médecine for us. The breakfast was « disappointing » compared to what we experienced in over places enverrai if the outside terrace is lovely If we only gave a 3/5 because of the price 100€ a night that is way to expensive compared to what we got and what we paid in over places in Albania Almost as expensive as France…

Superb hotel in Gjirokaster.
Was upgraded to the second hotel of the group in the city. Only problem was it was hard to find, because a road was closed. A hotel employee found my car and took me there. Great service!

AMAZING!!!! A wonderful hotel in the Ottoman style. My room was unreal, the view of the city and the castle. I had the pleasure of experiencing a thunderstorm, the rumbling and lightening cracking over the city was a sight to behold.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional!
Thank you so much for an amazing stay and I’m just sorry I couldn’t stay longer this time.
