Currently staying in room 211 at this Hotel. The room was sold having a smart tv.. which indeed it has. However unable to connect to WiFi on tv. Technician was useless.. the apps for prime and Netflix are on the tv. Reception now saying it’s not a smart tv!!! Although it clearly is!!! Not sure if the WiFi is too weak as the tv will not connect (if it wasn’t smart you would not have this option!!) tecnician walked away without resolving and reception not helpful. Also air conditioning not working properly…

As a young couple with a baby we booked a luxury room for a 4 nights stay with the ALL INCLUSIVE package.. but let me tell you that:

when we arrived in the room, no baby bed. When we went at the reception to RE-demand it they said “We don’t have any, just put the baby sleep in the middle” 😂 we had to get angry to finally get one. They came in our room and just left the unassembled crib on the floor.

There is no coffee machine, no kettle, a safety deposit box that doesn’t work and one poor bottle of water in the fridge for the whole stay.

We found 6 big cockroaches in our room for 4 days, even tho we never left one windows open during the stay, they came from a Hole in the bathroom.

There is no shower head in our bathroom. Just imagine to wash a baby in this condition.

The floor of the shower is only granite tile, perfectly slippery and dangerous.

For 2 buildings, they have 2 baby seats in the whole restaurant.

For an all inclusive package you don’t even get real sodas or bottle of water. They put a water dispenser in the middle and a cheap drink machine.

The food was OK.

For the system of the beach towels rent , every hotel receptionist has a different version. They take the money very easily but to give it back to you it’s a 100 calls history.

When you try to get a real conversation about those problems with the receptionists they simply get offended and don’t even dare to apologize.
After meeting some other clients of the hotel they had the exact same problems.

We felt very confused and disappointed. The hotel looks so good from the outside but nothing is right in the inside. I am sorry to tell you that they take better care of their plants than their clients.

I am sorry but that is the truth:
There was not much choice of food for lunch, snack and dinner, every day there was pizza and bruschetta (the pizza was not even properly baked) Every evening there were 5 different dishes, 2 of which were always rice or pasta. If you ate something and wanted to take something again you got very funny looks and were treated very disrespectfully. One day we had lasagne, which gave me a bad case of food poisoning. The staff were not hospitable at all, we were treated very disrespectfully and badly, they watched us all the time and just gave us arrogant looks. We were there to have a holiday and not to be beaten up so badly by the staff. On the first day at the Hotel Flower, my 2 year old daughter wanted to go and play on the playground and was suddenly attacked by dogs because the playground was not secured with a fence or something similar. At the pool bars or beach bar, the drinks had a very, very strange smell and when you told them that, they said that it was normal that it stank so badly. I have been on holiday in Albania for years and have never had such a bad holiday until now. It was a nightmare. For the price, it's not worth going there.

We just arrived a few hours ago. Except the steak house with its good service, everything is on a very low standard. First of all they forced us to pay in lek and gave us a very bad trading rent. Everything around the hotel is broken and disgusting. The pools are warm and overcrowded. Also the beach is full of plastic and dirt. When we wanted to book a massage, they just increased the price about 30 euros per Person! On the Menu, we saw the “old” price-list. Then you have to ask for the regulation of the air-conditioner, otherwise it’s around 25 degrees. A lot of the facilities in the rooms are damaged and the bed towels are dirty.
