Very clean kitchen and bathroom, all excellent I recommend it to everyone

Extremely welcoming and satisfying staff and absolutely fantastic location. Rooms were clean and nice. For breakfast you have to walk 30m to another restaurant, which would be no problem if the food there (Banana restaurant or something) was not absolutely terrible, and you will need to visit another restaurant because the breakfast is only enough for a 6 year old. We also had no cold water (!!)...

The breakfast was very bad. Little mess with cold water as they only came out hot water from the tap. Otherwise, they were good and nice

Went there very unhappy since redirected from the non-functional Ocean Hotel. Unfortunately the Bora Bora hotel has not yet taken their number away from the Ocean Hotel which makes the booking very confusing. That being said, the Bora Bora Hotel was a very nice place to stay. We went with a small group of people and we enjoyed very much our stay there. The room was very nice and comfortable and the food was excellent. Everything was 5 min away footwalking from the hotel. I would totally recommend.

Very clean rooms. Staff was nice. No shower curtain in the bathrooms but that was a very minor inconvenience. Very nice view out off the front of the hotel. Breakfast was awesome.

The location of the hotel was good in the centre, a short downhill walk to the seafront. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a big balcony with a view of the sea. The basic breakfast was taken in the cafe downstairs.

Quiet hotel outside the chaos of Saranda's evening stroll. Private parking space available along the city streets. Really nice and accommodating managers, clean rooms and satisfying breakfast. Lobby looks good, new and stylish. Our twin room 214 was ok. Bathroom is a bit dated, old taps and shower with just a curtain. We asked for a non-smoking room but strong smoke came in from the staircase or corridor till midnight. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable. We loved our stay at Hotel Fron! It’s right in the heart of Saranda, just a 2-minute walk to the promenade. Our room was stylish, clean, and had a stunning sea view—absolutely perfect to wake up to. This hotel has a lot of potential. A large saltwater swimming pool decorates the exterior area and by the ocean you can find a rock cliff beach with sunbeds. We have spent six great days in that hotel. Very clean rooms, friendly staff (speaking English and Italian) and fresh and tasty food. The pool with purified salty sea water and beach services additionally have added value to our positive feedback. Highly recommend that hotel.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Saranda with the best swimming pool ... natural salt water and no chlorine! The view of the coastline is amazing from the seating on the shaded terrace. Beautiful view from all room, clean nice beach so there’s no need to go to the very crowded Ksamil. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that the hotel let locals in to rent (?) the sun beds reserved for hotel guests.

To start off: Incredible view from all rooms! The view alone is worth staying at this hotel and if you are lucky there are a few rooms with a bigger balcony than others. There is also a ”beach” right below the hotel with nice sunbeds and umbrellas with beautiful water. The staff is also incredibly nice and helpful. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from the center of Saranda. On the downside...

A nice family run hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Semi-private beach and a nice view from the balcony. The only minor complaint is that the wifi reception was weak in our room and the connection slowed to a crawl in the morning and evenings when too many guests used it.

The view is amazing, sunset at the balcony from the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But the most important is the bed, and it was the worst I ever slept in. It's so hard it accteley hurts when you lie on the side. It's not that clean in the room. Not dirty, but not cleaned well... The breakfast is mediocre, not bad...
