Lovely and charming brother and sister running this hotel in Saranda. Nice and good breakfast with choices. Ok beds,linnen and pillows, a clean place. Tiny, small bathroom, looks bigger in pictures than reality. Lovely views from the balcony. Quiet place, no traffic noise or barking dogs. Near bus stop to Ksamil beaches. Near Saranda beaches. Spent a night with my family. Very basic hotel, the beds really soft and uncomfortable. The main issue in the room was a shower without a door so all the water is pooring out on the floor and nearby toilets. The location is ok but you'll need to climb a hill on the way back from the beach. not an issue with a car, though. I recommend it only if you're looking for a very simple place to sleep with...

Vacationing family in September, loved the hotel. Clean, very comfortable, cleaned every day, there are all the facilities in the room. Very friendly staff, the service is at a high level. The location is convenient to the sea 5 minutes, 2 km from the city center, near supermarket, many restaurants and cafes.

Stopped in for dinner and drinks - the sushi is amazing, very delicious! We got 8 plates and shared between 5, every plate was delicious but the salmon dragon roll was the best. Service is a little slow - it took a while for drinks and food to come out. The sunset view is amazing.

I would rate my experience at the restaurant a 10/10. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. You can literally see the whole city of Saranda while enjoying the tasteful dishes the menu offers. If you ever go to Saranda this is the the right spot for accommodation and/or dining with family and friends.

Location in the main road but approximately 2kms away from the city centre. Walkable distance (30m). Supermarket next door and close to so many restaurants. Bus to Ksamil stops 30m away from the hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is very poor and very little choice. Staff is quite nice and helpful. Everything is well cleaned.

The place is amazing. Very nice and clean rooms. The sea view is wonderful and there is an amazing beach bar where you can spend your time without never getting bored . Hotel was nice from the outside. Very beautiful pool and beach area. The room was big enough with a small balcony but the bathroom was very old and a bit and not practical. Breakfast was moderate and the waiters were not all too friendly

The hotel is highly recommended. We visited as a couple with 2 children and we really liked it. The room was a bit too small for so much but it was just about OK. We tried the kitchen once and I have to say that it was enough for us. We had a very lovely stay hear, the staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and very clean. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was great. The pool area was very clean and inviting and your only a stone throw away from the beach. The hotel was very nice, the staff was truly great and helpful. Felt very welcomed here, which was super nice to have. No problems with anything. A very nice hotel it the heart of Sarandë. The view on the first picture is taken from room #405. It has an awesome little pool you can dip into as you can see on the second picture. The hotel is very close from private beach clubs and promenade. You can also go to the rooftop and have a drink or a snack. Staff is attentive and helpful…totally recommended!

Nice hotel with very good and friendly staff. The hotel itself is somewhat cramped between other buildings but still has a small but very nice swimming pool. The rooftop where they have a bar and serve breakfast is beautiful with beautiful views which levels up the experience very much.

We stayed at Lemon apartment (yellow design) for 5 nights. The owner is good at communication and has amazing design style. The apartment was really clean and welcoming. Also- good location.

The host was very available at any time. The BOHO apartmant was very good. The only problem is that the building doesn't have an elevator. So you have to climb up the stairs to the 7th floor. Very good location and also the parking is provided by the host.

Amazing! Definitely better than we hoped for. We were shown a spotless room with marble tiles and an amazing view from our balcony. The beach is absolutely wonderful with the best lounge chairs I have seen, for free. Great service from the bar. Such amazing hospitality and location was stunning, especially for sunset. Surrounded by great resturants and a Spar nearby. The host was AMAZING and so so helpful! She also put up a happy birthday sign as I'd mentioned in my booking that it has recently been my birthday. The breakfast was a great spread too!

I wouldn't class this hotel as 4 star. The standard room was pretty basic especially when it comes to the furnishings, we was given a balcony but the view was mainly of the road. Our bathroom kept flooding after taking a shower and I continuously told the receptionists but nothing was done to fix it. Housekeeping could have also done a better job with cleaning the rooms, they would take our towels...

Average stay, hotel offering a spacious room for a family and parking. It is not located in the central part of the seafront so to eat at the Clow point you have to walk or settle for restaurants near the hotel. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed a bit in the rooms, especially the bathrooms and breakfasts with packaged croissants.
