Recently renovated and well maintained apartments, good cleaning. Excellent location, in the center of Saranda, possibility of free parking. Very nice staff.

The apartment is in the perfect location. The owner is very nice and helpful. We had the complete view of Saranda and the promenade. It's very clean. Small drawback: balcony door a bit leaky you can hear everything from outside. And one door doesn't look pretty through the foil. Otherwise I can recommend it to everyone. We stayed there for 5 nights in May.

Stayed here from the 6th to 16th August with my 16 Yr old and my husband. Mila and El G - I can't spell his name - are very welcoming and friendly hosts. They made us feel at home. Mila's breakfasts were very good - tasty, filling and varied. The room was cleaned functional bit we could have done with more hangars in the wardrobe ad I'd suggest hooks on the walls too. The rooms were cleaned daily too...

The place ist very beautiful and clean. Very nice rooms and a beautiful garden with a lot of flowers and different plants. The whole family is so nice and helpful. It's not like you are guests, it feels like a big family!!! They will do everything for making your stay as comfortable as they can!! At least I can fully recommend this place. I will definitely come back... Hopefully as fast as I can...

The apartment was very clean, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to the beach and restaurants but in a quiet area without noise. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I really appreciated the hospitality, as the hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The WiFi was ok. Everything was perfect. The hotel room was clean and spacious with a large terrace. The hotel is next to the beach, they have private beach so you don't have to pay for the sunbed and umbrella. The food was very tasty. If you like the seafood, you must try the fried mix with french fries. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially Claudiu. They treated us like we were friends, not just tourists...

This hotel is fantastic and we couldnt fault anything, the staff are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful and try really hard despite limited having limited English. The person that was really excellent though and stood out, was Siderol, who we also enjoyed chatting to because he spoke very good English, gave us so much advice and information, and ordered several taxis for us. One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in Albania. It is located about a 5 minute drive from Saranda’s main promenade and it has its own private beach. There is a pool and the grounds are immaculate. Breakfast was delicious and an array of options that you could order from the staff. Service was great. Would definitely go back.

Loved this place. Very stylish interior with a great love to detail. Sea view rooms are breathtaking, the bed is comfortable and the toiletries were really nice. The food (breakfast & dinner) was delicious. The hotel has a pool and a small, yet beautiful private beach. The staff was very attentive, they could improve on their knowledge regarding local tours. Very nice boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Some may not speak English well but all are multi lingual. Excellent location. Beach front with spectacular views.

The rooms were spotless, breakfast was amazing, the staff were incredibly attentive, the views from the room were amazing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an amazing hotel in Sarande.

The best hotel and position on Saranda. If i could, i Will give them 6 stars... The staff is friendly, professional and always at your service Here you have the impression that you are at home and not in a hotel, all efforts are directed to get the impression of a home atmosphere, really great Coming back summer time

We reserved the roôm for two nightd and was amazing.stayed with my family at a Duplex room ,perfectly clean and cozy. We met Rose and that suggested activities for our first time in Saranda. Felt as home. Thanking illyrian Boutique Hôtel for best feelings!

I booked the hotel for 3 nights and came with my family.Everything was perfect from the staff first very welcoming and also the rooms very clean that they also cleaned everyday for us. We also spend our our night time in their amazing Rooftop with amazing cocktails

We had a wonderful experience at the Illyrian Boutique Hotel. Rose and the team at the front desk were so friendly, welcoming and full of recommendations to make us feel at home right away. Location is great, the rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable, and onsite restaurant breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Illyrian Boutique Hotel. The view from the balcony was stunning, and breakfast was served right by the sea. We also got around using AlbCars, which made our whole road trip possible. Highly recommend if you're planning to explore more than just one city.
